Neil at ClearCoat Roofing was fantastic! He came out met with the insurance adjustor on site and worked with the insurance company, providing anything they needed or requested. Even scheduled the repairs for what best worked with my schedule!! The crew was quick, clean, and professional. Definitely recommend!

Signed up for the roof service plan, they sent someone out within a day, pointed out all the potential risks of my roof that is about 8 years old. I was not in a position to buy a totally new roof so they went over the alternative options for me, and now they have been out a couple times, have done some repairs and added the GONANO treatment to my roof. I have 15 year money back guaranteed on my roof now! Can not beathe price for everything, and the fact that no one else does anything like this makes this a very good company to work with! I recommend the to all my co-workers and whoever signs up, they tell them I referredthem and I get $200! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

We had wind damage this year and a bunch of shingles on the peak of our roof which blew off. I called in the morning and they were out by mid-morning. We decided to replace them and not put the same ones back on.

My roof was 30 yrs old! Didn't have any problems till this summer.
Neil was very nice to work with and he worked out a payment plan I could afford.
The roofers were great. They worked nonstop, cleaned up all the old shingles, etc. Cleaned up all around the house and deck.No problems!

I called ClearCoat from their ad in the monthly Reach Flyer. Neil was notified, responded, and came to the property the same day. He did a full roof, and siding inspection on my house, and detached garage. He told me all the issues, and had me reach out to my insurance adjuster. He came out the same time the adjuster was here to help answer any questions. It ended up being a pretty extensive insurance claim that involved total roof, siding, and gutter replacement. The roof was an old wood shake, asbestos tile roof where all new OSB sheathing had to be installed. Neil had met me before the removal began , and explained the whole process. He responded by phone, and text quickly, and let me know when his crews would be arriving. The roofing, siding, gutter, and paint crews all done quality work, and cleaned up the work areas everyday. The outcome of all of their hard work is amazing, and brought a whole new life to this 1902 farmhouse. I rate Neil, and ClearCoat roofing as a 5 star company, would recommend , and use them again. Very professional, responsive and work was completed timely. I was having a lot of trouble finding other contractors to respond so it was very refreshing to have Neil get me a quote and replace the roof and gutters so quickly. Very good experience!

Hired this company to do some cedar wood siding repair a couple months ago. I chose them due to all the good reviews on here. Unfortunately the owner sent his 'B' team to do the job; perhaps because it was a fairly small job. I had to ask for a few spots to be redone a couple of times, and monitor the clean up lots due to trash and a few nails being left on the ground. Plus, communication was a little challenging due to non english speakers not clearly understanding. So had to reach out to the owner several times to clarify. As much time as I spent 'monitoring' their work, it turned into a 'job' for me as well. On the positive side, the owner is responsive to correcting issues and he did personally come out to finish the clean up. Also the siding repair does appear to be done properly at this time.

He was professional, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and help guide me through my roof replacement . Neil personally came to my house and demoed a few different shingle options by laying them on my roof to help me make my finalize selection.

I put a deposit down on a Friday and they began putting on my roof on the following Wednesday. His crew was very professional, cleaned up at the end of the day, and ensured I was happy with my install.
