My family has been in Parkersburg 25+ years I've recently joined the area had a huge plumbing emergency not only did All Ways Drain show up quickly but he was polite knowledgeable abut handled everything in a timely manner I have since hired him to do a couple other projects good pricing nice staff I will never call another plumber #1 in my opinion

My mom had an emergency plumbing issue two weeks ago on a Saturday, we called at 11am and he told us the emergency price which was pretty decent price for a Saturday! He was respectable, reasonable and made sure that things were working properly. Even though things couldn’t get fixed on Saturday because there were parts that he needed and didn’t have, he came back Sunday and found more problems that he needed to complete the fix, so he returned on Tuesday. While her on Tuesday he went ahead and put the shower head on my moms shower and set a toilet for her as well in her master bathroom since she already had the toilet he didn’t charge her for that. Austin is very much a treat your home like it was his own, he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Thank you Austin for treating my mom with much respect and helping her get these issues taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!!

I called about my sewer backing up in my basement. He asked me questions about how old my house is and if I had alot of shrubs and trees. He told me he would be happy to come out, but first I should try acid I could buy at parks hardware. The acid worked !! He saved me alot if money!! That is an honest man.. also if I had needed him to come out his prices are alot lower then the other plumbers I called...

Dustin has helped us with plumbing issues in the past. Had roof issues due to the high wind. Called to see if he could look and fix,,,YES!! Did a wonderful job. So happy I have someone who can help with jobs around the house since my husband is no longer able.

After my mischievous grandson flushed his favorite toy down the toilet (literally). I was fortunate to get ahold of them on a Saturday, of all days. Dustin showed up promptly and was able to retrieve the toy . crisis adverted! Very professional and affordable. They even called back to check on me the next day.

I highly recommend this company. When I called the first time about a clogged drain pipe they arrived quickly. They were polite, professional as well as highly skilled handymen. The job ended up being way more complex than I realized. They solved my issues and made recommendations that were better and more cost effective for other projects on my long list of things I need "to-do". I was so impressed with them that I asked to have them back to help with four other projects. I have used their service for electrical projects, plumbing, and kitchen installations. As a property manager finding a reliable and affordable handyman is like striking gold! I couldn't be happier.

My basement drains had backed up during the storm. Called this morning and they showed up within the hour. Got the drains unclogged in no time. Very polite and professional.
