I’m just in my first year of Vanlife and I wanted to get Solar installed on my Ram Promaster. I think the Angels must have led me to Brad and Arnold!! They are an awesome team and company! They both went above and beyond to be sure I was in good shape. Even addressing things not planned. I’m far more than pleased with their performance and professionalism!! Highly recommend!!

They were great, had them do a system on my motorhome with 1500 watts of panels and 25kwh of batteries, it came out very nicely. Will use them again.

We were looking to upgrade the solar on our new trailer, after talking to a few companies I settled on these guys. I spoke to Brad about what I was looking to accomplish with the upgrade and he knew what was needed.
Brad ordered the supplies, called and told me he had the supplies and I could drop off the trailer. A week later we picked up the trailer and will be taking it out next week.
Brad and Arnold are fantastic to work with! Prompt and answer questions quickly.

Brad and Arnold were very easy to work with. They were prompt at returning calls or text messages. The solar system they designed for us works great! The install was very neat and clean. Arnold is also an RV Tech and was able to repair a leak in our wet bay while they had the coach for the install and that was a huge bonus! We would highly recommend them and would use them again!

Called these guys with an electrical problem caused by bad work from another solar company in AZ on my motorhome. They got me in right away and Arnold spotted the problem in less than 15 minutes. He had it fixed the same day. I can recommend him for your solar and rv issues!

Arnold was honest, trustworthy, easy to work with, fast, professional, and dropped our RV off in storage as a courtesy. He went above and beyond and we were very pleased with his work!! Will definitely work with him again.

They helped me out with fast turnaround and even on a Sunday! The owner responded immediately to my email, even on a Saturday night. The RV technician Arnold came out to my site on a Sunday and solved my problem! They were so kind and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased. They told me about other work they do and I will be sure to contact them again when I need help! Thank you!

This is an update to my review for All Things RV & Solar. They fit me in for an installation of a new and better solar controller, which works better with the new lithium batteries that my old one. Great service. Highly recommend.

Below is my review from last year:

Upgraded our cab-over camper to two (2) lithium batteries, added a 200 watt solar panel, to couple up with my old 100 watt panel, for a total of 300 watts. Added 3k watt power inverter. Some upgraded heavy duty rewiring, etc. They also replaced my old, non Bluetooth radio with an new one with Bluetooth. We can now run our microwave "off the grid" without firing up the generator, and even run the air conditioner, but not both at the same time. Which is incredibly awesome. All 120v electrical outlets work now, after switching the power inverter on. The system is wired into a switch that utilizes the shore power electrical wiring system when not hooked to shore power. (!) We simply just need to remember not to use more 110v appliances than the 3k watt power inverter is putting out at one time, but, 3k watts is a lot. We only need to remember to turn it off when it's not in use, as it will draw the batteries down eventually. If you like camping off-the-grid like we do, you may want to give these guys a call and ask some questions.
This is all possible due to these incredible new technology lithium deep cycle batteries, with an operating temperature range of useful operation rated much wider than regular deep cycle Lead or AGM batteries. Their operating temperatures are rated from the manufacturer as follows: Charge: 0℃ to 50℃; Discharge: -20℃ to 60℃. Plus, they are rated to last ten years! This will be a real game changer for us.
They also resealed the roof for me, doing a very clean and thorough job. The wiring work is literally work of art. I highly recommend these guys, Brad and Arnold, who really go above and beyond, in many ways. But, especially by fitting us in just in time before our upcoming very extended "off grid" road trip to Southern Baja California.

What can I say? These guys really know their stuff and do good work. Great for boondocking and getting a tax credit.

I'd found All Things RV & Solar on Google when searching for someone to install my 200 watt solar kit and a couple of USB outlets. I texted them in July requesting an appointment in late September. Bradley contacted me on 9/11/23, my parts were ordered, and I took my 2013 motorhome in on 9/13 with Arnold, who would complete the project. After explaining that we are retired and are fulltime RVers, Bradley estimated the number of hours my service would take, and we went off to stay in a hotel for a few days. The parts unfortunately didn't arrive until Friday, 9/15, when we had all hoped the job might be completed. I'd contacted Bradley because the hotel stay (even discounted) was costing more than the RV work, and I was worried because we weren't able to get a room to extend our hotel stay beyond Friday night. Bradley promised to call me by the evening, which he did. The parts arrived on 9/15, and Arnold worked late to get our solar install completed that day! We spent one last night at the hotel and picked up our RV with beautifully and neatly installed solar panels, solar controller, and two USB ports on Saturday morning! Arnold patiently walked us through our new system, accepted our payment, and we were on our way in time to keep a family commitment 200 miles away. Both Bradley and Arnold were professional, yet attentive, kind, and patient. In addition to their great workmanship, their exceptional customer service cannot be matched. Not only will I take my RV back to them for further repairs and updates, but I recommend All Things RV & Solar to anyone in the northwestern part of Nevada for honest, professional, and excellent care of RV and customers!

I am so glad I found this place! The customer service and communication is amazing and so is the quality of work. Arnold is very knowledgeable about solar systems and camper trailers. He was able to reattach and reconnect a solar panel that flew off my roof and I'm all up and running again.

Arnold explained exactly what was up with our hard-wired Surge Protector EMS on our 5th wheel and what it would take to swap it out. One is now on order so we'll have power again! Very prompt and friendly. I will definitely call on All Things RV & Solar should any other issues pop up! Thanks guys!

They couldn't help us, because they didn't have the equipment to pump out our tank. But, they texted us with other businesses and were genuinely concerned to help.

Excellent service and great folks to work with! Arnold was very knowledgeable and explained everything being done with the inverter issue I was having. Will definitely use again and highly recommend! Don't take what Heidi O'Dell has to say to heart in her negative review. Just remember that there are always two sides to every story. This is a great company and customer service is clearly the priority.

I recently used these folks for a considerable upgrade to my 33’ motor home consisting of additional solar panels installed on roof, new 4k inverter, new charge controller, 4 new lithium batteries to replace my tired 6 volt golf cart batteries, Easy Start unit attached to one of my ac units, and finally a new furnace install. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and expertise when it comes to Rv solar applications. They provided me a list of components needed and prices beforehand to allow me the ability to research their decisions. I agreed with everything they suggested. They want to install the best component possible, taking your budget into consideration. They were really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to putting my entire package together. The work was performed in a reasonable time frame. It’s been several months since the project was completed. I wanted to get used to the new system and spend some time off the grid boon docking in the Nevada desert before I reviewed their work. I must say I’m very pleased with the results. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered via text message. I even smoked a 15 lb brisket and gave it to them to show my appreciation for their work. Needless to say I will be using their services again should the need arise. 5 stars for these folks.

This was our 2nd mobile repair company we had tried. Horrible service, they sent a tech out to diagnose and he never really checked anything, he just guessed, never used a tester for AC units, never took down the underbelly to view the hydraulic leak. Then when trying to get the warranty company to approve everything, an adjuster was set up to come out and confirm the repairs needed and they canceled him and lied to us. I know this because we called the adjuster. We did not trust them at that point, 2 strikes your fired! Tried another mobile company and was taken by them also PLVN RV repair. We tried for 5 months to get someone to do our repairs, with no luck!
* In response to your reply: We were in Nevada for 5 mos., we did not schedule services with you until end of May, we were never disrespectful, and have used our warranty company and received great service from them. You did in fact lie to us. We would of been happy to pay upfront and be reimbursed from our warranty company, that never was asked of us. Why did I have to get the part prices from the manufacturer and from Sprads in Reno? Why did you cancel the auditor? You said he canceled and in fact he did not! We were in fact lied to! That was when I told my spouse I will not work with a company that lies to me. I was in touch often with our warranty company and stressed my concern regarding your tech's diagnosis and I called the auditor. I prefer to work with reputable businesses.

I can’t say enough good words about this company. Prompt, responsive, professional, knowledgeable. I live in Elk Grove and will probably drive the 150 miles to Sparks if I ever need another repair or upgrade. Seriously!!!!!

Had the guys install a Victron DC-DC charger recently on my teardrop trailer. Awesome experience! Had multiple quotes from the big RV places in Reno. Worked me in quicker, at a great price, and did a great job! Turned out better than I expected! Just returned from a 2 week off-grid trip and the system worked perfectly! Thanks guys for a great job!!

Had water leak problem,All Things RV&Solar came out to the house and found a water filter behind the water heater that does not have a valve to drain had froze and cracked,they fixed the problem at the house. But the filter started to leak again so I contacted All Things RV & Solar,I got a quick response and they came out to the RV park and resolved the problem, I would Definitely use them again if we have any problems!!

We had a problem with our satellite antenna on our 5th wheel trailer. It was suggested that we contact All Things RV & Solar. They were here within an hour and took care of the problem. This is the best service I have ever had from an RV repair company.

Would have given more stars if the rates had been disclosed properly to begin with. They did very good work, but initial $80 fee was a 10 minute spot check to confirm what we already guessed it was. We purchased the part ourselves since a lack of parts in the nation at this time & could not go without a/c any longer. We figured the best rates as the company so stated, but when serviceman came to repair, he again charged us
$80 for just coming out. Then an additional hourly rate. So basically the hourly rate is $199 an hour & not the hourly rate of $109 an hour. Very misleading.

If you choose to use them be prepared for the $80
each time they show up in addition to the hourly rate.

Very grateful for their expertise and timeliness! I was camping with my 2 year old and without my husband, when our toilet clog just grew worse and worse! Brad was informative, and communicative, when it came to scheduling the same day service, and Arnold was a very honest worker from the moment he arrived within two hours! This “sh*tty” event was turned around real quick with them, and did not ruin our trip! Also, after Arnold left (after fixing the problem), Brad gave a follow up call to help clarify some things with the issue. I think this was a “beyond service” showing he truly cared about customers satisfaction, and making sure customers understood the causes and preventative measures to take. I hope I don’t need more repairs soon, but if I do, I hope I’m here in Reno/Sparks for them! Their number is saved in my phone, and I WILL recommend to travelers!

The team at All things RV were great! They came in significantly less on price than the local dealerships and did a fast and professional job. I got a hydraulic leveling system for my 35' RV and set up is SO.MUCH.EASIER

Needed to address some waterline issues after extended storage. Meet with the specialist Arnold and was able to get the problem repaired. Upon further inspection, I had a leaky window and he was able to get that fixed up as well. Professional service and great pricing!

These guys were a Godsend. Needed some emergency repairs on my solar panels and toilet heading back to Kansas. Got me in and out same day. No other place in town could help me for weeks out!

Just wanted to share my experience. I am new to RVs but recently had an issue with our motorized steps which wouldn't go back in, and also our exhaust fan in the bathroom. The technician was extremely helpful and friendly, and more importantly they were able to fit us in quickly since we needed to get home to Georgia after our long trip. Thanks so much, great service and prices!

While traveling through Nevada on our way back to Minnesota we discovered a roof leak that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. We found “All things RV” and couldn’t be happier! They found the leak and fixed it in no time! The best part was is they had ideas for some convenience upgrades so we added some USB ports since we had been wanting more! Their knowledge of solar is impressive and I may just make an appointment on our way through next year to add some more stuff!
