My wife and I use this company when We bought our 1st home. They came out to perform
an inspection of the house buildout by the contractor. Sure enough in our master closet there was the beginning’s of a water leak coming through the wall in the back corner of the closet. The wall is shared by the master shower
Our inspector found the leak and we went to contractor and had them pull out the shower pan... they’re we divots ( of tar) missing of the hot mop of the shower stall whic allowed moisture and water to leak
CSI Saved us potentially 20K if the inspector had not found it when he did.
