Did a repair where roof was leaking between the main roof and an added on porch. They were very thorough in making sure the job was done correctly. After the job I had some questions and they came back out again to take another look.

I’ve never done roof business with anyone else but AIC. When I needed a new roof and gutters recently, I got lower quotes from other roofers, but I didn’t even consider them. As I told Todd, the salesman, when he came out, I’m gonna pay you more but I trust you’ll do a better job.

I honestly believed that. And I’ll say that Todd was great. Abraham, the foreman on the roofing job, was awesome. And Davis, the final inspector on the job was also top notch.

But here’s the thing. The day the gutters were put on, they left my yard in an awful state. Brackets, screws, and large plastic pieces were strewn across the front lawn. And hey, I get it. Roofing nails are hard to see. Shingle fragments are hard to see. I didn’t expect them to catch all of those.

I ain’t talking about that. I’m talking about 4.5 by 3 plastic brackets. I’m talking about 3 inch long silver screws. They ain’t hard to catch. I literally filled up the bottom of my garbage can with them. I mean, a lot of them. Maybe all of them that they removed. And all that simply says, “I don’t care.” Trust me, I didn’t pay an “I don’t care” price on the job.

So, while the roof and gutter “look” good, I’m left worrying if that “I don’t care” attitude translated into the workmanship on the roof and gutter system. Time will tell. But see, with the price paid, I shouldn’t have to worry about it. You know?

Davis gave me a small credit on the balance for the trouble. So, one could say they tried to do right. But I think the word I’d use is disappointed. I’d given the business a five star rating in the past. I didn’t even consider another company. And I’m not saying I wouldn’t do business with them again. But I would say that my opinion has shifted. I would now consider competitors in the future.

I thought the service was excellent. Their professionalism and attention to detail impressed me. I would recommend them for any roofing needs you might have.

This was my 3rd experience with AIC Roofing in 4 years. Outstanding customer service. Mr. Pruner was early and got the work done quickly and efficiently and was very professional. AIC will be my first call for any roofing needs.

My roof is good, but I had squirrels getting into the attic through the facia/soffit over my back deck. I as concerned my request to just deal with the area over the deck was too small a job for AIC. They took my concern seriously and did a fantastic job removing/replacing the section over the deck and blending it with the existing facia. I’ll definitely get a quote with AIC when it is time to replace my roof.

AIC recently replaced a section of guttering along my roof that was leaking onto my porch. There have been several storms since then, but the leak is gone. Thank you!

First things first. When they came to give the estimate, they were in a company market vehicle and uniform. Second, the estimate was fair, quick, and to the point. I was just getting gutters. Lucas Moses is my salesman, and he took notice that there were no trees, so there was no point in an up sale.
Day of installation, if the dog didn't bark, would not have known the guys had started the job. They rang the bell to let me know that they had finished and if I liked the look. They were quiet and did a great job. The flowers and mulch had not even been disturbed. Great job, guys. I will be in touch again.

Working with AIC roofing was a pleasure. From the initial contact for a quote to the finished product every step was well explained. Every person we dealt with was very professional and people centered. If you need a roof contact AIC, you won’t be disappointed.

I was very pleased with my experience with AIC. They were recommended to me by my HVAC guy because they had replaced his roof recently and he highly recommended them. I called AIC and a lady actually answered. I didn’t have to leave a message and wait. She was very nice and set an appointment for the next afternoon with Ryan. Ryan arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and concerned about my problem which was a hole in my roof that you could see the sky through. He did a thorough inspection and created an estimate that I thought was reasonable. I have learned over the years that you get what you pay for. I had to get approval from my HOA but when I did I communicated with Taylor to set up the day for them to do the job. During the entire experience if I had any questions Ryan and Taylor were always quick to answer my questions. On the day of the job Abraham and his crew showed up on time and Abraham talked to me about what they were going to do and if there were no surprises they would be done that same day. Of course, since my townhome is 41 years old, there was a few surprises when they took the roof off and found the old boards were actually too small to cover the area that should be covered and a few other issues. They worked so hard for 12 hours and finished as it was getting dark. Abraham had sent me pictures during the day so when he talked to me about everything when they were done I wasn’t surprised about anything. They finished and cleaned up so when they left everything was like it was before they started. I was very pleased. There were a couple of things that needed attention so when I let them know about them someone came out quickly and took care of them. Brandon was very prompt getting my invoices and warranty to me. The entire team took excellent care of me from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a new roof.

Quote process was very thorough, the crew showed up at first light and roof was completed, including clean up in about 10 hours. Very good communication throughout, from quote to contract to start date, right through final inspection. Very professional, I would highly recommend.

AIC sent its project manager Marty along with the Carbajal Brothers team to replace the siding on our 50-year-old home. It looks fantastic! This group always arrived on time and stayed late. Their experience, work ethic and skill sets were outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased.

AIC roofing did an excellent job on my house. It started with our initial consultation of the project and ended with the completion of our project. Excellent craftsmanship, communication, and the property was spotless when they left. They replaced our soffits, gutters, downspouts and wrapped our garage door trim. Had Todd Reynolds come out for the estimate, he took many pictures of our roof and was very thorough explaining every part of the process. The roofers were like machines, while protecting all the front and back of our property with tarps, they made good time. Everything was cleaned up nicely. The guys sent plenty of pics during the process, showing the before, during and after. Everyone we met was extremely polite!

We had such a good experience with everyone we worked with. From the free thorough inspection, the detailed quote, the communication throughout the install, and the follow up. Our roof looks fantastic and they took extra measures to care for our property and also for the clean up. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, the gutter installation was good. My problem was that I had confirmed that they would leave the old gutters after removal because I planned on selling them to a friend. I came home and noticed no old gutters, as discussed and noted. I called the rep and they offered $100 (I was selling for $350 to friend). I asked if that's all they're willing to offer. Wouldn't budge. Got their sale and couldn't care less. Broke the agreement and left me screwed.

I have honestly never encountered a contractor that was so organized and "put together" as an organization. Great communication, reasonable asks, and clear pride in their product.

AIC Roofing provided the most expensive quote, but also the most information. The roof was installed while there was snow and ice on the ground. Due to a communication snafu via text, I wasn’t expecting the crew to arrive. I didn’t have time to prepare or leave my house, so I was stuck inside the entire day. As advertised, the roofing crew laid down tarp surrounding the house and left no trace. However, when another crew came to replace the gutters, they left my yard full of roofing debris, 3M plastic strips, nails, and other materials. After I informed them, someone immediately came out with apologies and picked up as much as they could, but there was still snow on the ground. Every surface of the snow showed roof particles, like a giant pepper shaker coated my yard. That’s not something that can be picked up and there are still plastic strips and nails in the yard. It’s understandable the snow made things a bit difficult for cleanup. I wasn’t notified when or if the roof inspection occurred.

Overall: I choose AIC because I felt very informed by Sales. The weather caused complications with installation and scheduling that couldn’t be avoided. Communication was great, but decreased after my deposit. Followup based on the changing schedules wasn’t always timely. Based on the contract, I knew there was potential for additional cost, but I wasn’t informed until I received the invoice. The crew was very fast in their work. Payment processing was easy. Everyone I spoke with was very polite. The reports I received was very informative.

I did not actually have work done by these folks but lots of questions concerning an install being done by someone else. They were so kind and helpful,from the folks that answer the phone to Brad who put my mind at ease. My next job will definitely go to them. Thank you!!!

I had a small stain on my bathroom ceiling and feared I might have a roof leak. I contacted A1C roofing and they sent a gentleman to my home to perform an inspection. He did a thorough job of inspecting the area of concern which required climbing into the attic through the access opening of the guest bedroom closet and crawling over to the area above the bathroom, which was a difficult task. He was extremely thorough and found no leak but was able to diagnose the problem which was condensation due to the exhaust fan and the temperature difference between the bathroom and attic. He then performed a free inspection of the exterior of my roof and found a few shingles that were in need of replacement. It was a small repair that was needed and yet he later drove all the way back out to our house with shingles that were a perfect match and made the repair. I was very pleased that he would go to the trouble for such a small job and the bill for the repair was more than reasonable. He was polite, professional and thorough. I think most companies would not bother to do the free inspection and certainly would not be likely to make the drive out to where we live for a small repair. I will certainly call on A1C for any future roofing needs. They went above and beyond!!

I am very pleased with the new roof and metal wrapping work that has been recently completed. The initial sales call was very thorough and professional and I was able to sign a contract at that time. The supervisors were very good about reaching out to schedule the work and followed up after completion. A short punch list was quickly resolved. I’m a fan of this company and recommend them for roofing and metal wrapping work.

AIC replaced our roof this week. The entire process could not have been easier. They had a supervisor on the property through out the day to make sure everything was done correctly. They explained the warranty and answered all my questions. If you need a new roof you couldn’t do better than AIC!

I've used AIC twice now for siding repair and have been so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the teams and what I consider to be fair pricing. I chose AIC after researching siding companies (not ever having heard of them) because of what the website said about their core values, knowing full well that could just be talk. But my experience has shown it's not. I worked for a company that had core values and lived by them. I firmly believe AIC does as well. If I need anything else done - siding, roofing, gutters, AIC will be my first contact.

Showed up to work on schedule. Completed work very efficiently and professionally. Had a gutter replaced and bathroom vent boot replaced. Would highly recommend.

We called for a repair of one part of our soffit. The technician inspected all the soffits and found other places (that I had not noticed) that also needed to be repaired and fixed them all!

We recently had our entire roof replaced by AIC Roofing. We can’t say enough about what a great job they did. Grant worked with our insurance company on our behalf and explained the process to us so that we had the security of knowing the job would be done right. He was fantastic. During the installation, the site foreman, Martin, kept everything moving efficiently while keeping us informed of their progress. Their workers were amazingly industrious and very pleasant to interact with. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did for us. If we could have given them more than 5 stars, we would have. The old wood from the garage and patio was in bad shape. The new siding looks great, plus they covered the exposed wood of the screen windows of the screened in patio. Looks like a new house and garage from the back yard. The guys were polite and worked on what was a pretty hot day outside. I know I will call them again for our next project.

AIC Roofing and Construction came within 24 hours of our call for assistance with a roof leak. They provided a cost estimate in less than 24 hours of visiting our home that was exceptionally reasonable. Within 3 days the roof problem was repaired and everything cleaned up. We were very impressed with the quality of the service, the price and their efficiency.

My general understanding of roofers used to be that they were rough, brash and unconcerned about the home or the residents, just to get the job done. But after asking friends and family, the resounding recommendation was to hire AIC. Without asking for any other bid, we did so blindly and we were resoundingly happy with their bid, their timing, and their performance. Having two supervisors onsite and overseeing our older home, giving us real-time photos and detailed descriptions of what they eeveal and what they intend to do to your home gave us confidence in their progress. After their work was done, another supervisor came to look over their work one more time and to sweep the property again to endure no debris was let behind. Now after several heavy rains and no problem, it’s very clear that we picked the right roofers. Oh, by the way, and even after an increase in change orders, they sill came in under budget. AIC every time!

AIC team is amazing. We had a roof leak from another installer… Very small job, but because of our previous work with AIC, I called them, they promptly came out and made a thorough inspection and gave us a reasonable (not over inflated) Estimate. Brad Lovelace made sure it happened and that we didn’t lose the detail in our existing style; made sure the work was done properly, and paid attention to every detail and close inspection upon completion.
