My experience was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was consistently poor — messages went unanswered or received vague, unhelpful replies. It was difficult to get clear updates or any sense of reliability. When concerns were raised, there was no accountability or effort to resolve the issues. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with deflection and indifference. Professionalism and transparency were sorely lacking throughout. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

When a pipe burst in my home, I contacted Advanced Restoration Solutions and was truly impressed by their service. Their team arrived quickly and conducted a thorough assessment of the water damage. They took the time to explain every step of the cleanup and repair process with clarity. In addition to addressing the visible damage, they discovered and treated a hidden mold issue that I had not even noticed. Their attention to detail and professional attitude brought a sense of calm to an otherwise stressful situation. It is evident that they are committed to doing their work to the highest standard. I would confidently turn to them again for any restoration needs.

Our home suffered extensive water damage after our new kitchen refrigerator was not installed correctly. We called ARS and they came next day to begin water remediation. Each person we encountered from office staff, technician, craftsman, to owner have all exceeded our expectation. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at ARS during this stressful time in our home. From day one you have treated my family and my home with respect and genuine kindness.

I had a flood in my basement, I called all around prices were outrageous and no one could come until weeks out. I finally found Advance Restoration Solutions. I called and they were very polite and reassured me they could handle the problem.They came out immediately removed all the water. They were very professional and organized. I am very satisfied and I will definitely use them again if I have any more problems. Highly recommended.

We had significant water damage from a tropical storm with water pouring through our ceiling. People form Advanced Restoration were at my home and working to resolve the issue within 2 hours of my 5:30 am call. Everyone who came was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. They worked directly with my insurance to cover all the costs and documented everything. I can't recommend them enough when you're in an emergency situation.

After a lot of rain, my basement flooded. Gustavo and Miguel from Advanced Restoration were outstanding! They quickly turned off the water, dried everything, and even looked for mold. My basement looks brand-new!

This company tried to commit home insurance fraud through a claim from my home. Back in January of 2023/December 2022 they came to do some water mitigation due to a pipe burst from the severe weather we experienced in DC. They came and vacuumed the water from the home and left dehumidifiers and fans. They didn't do any other work during that time. Considering this, I had to call another company to finish the work. I contacted them every day and spoke to their representatives about coming to pick up their equipment and they refused to come pick up the equipment. When they finally did pick up the equipment, it was well over 10 days and the other company already came in and did the rest of the mitigation work. They then sent the bill for the services totalling over $9,000. The insurance company reviewed their bill and stated that it was an overcharge and that they were only paying approximately $2300 of the bill. ARS is now trying to charge me for the balance of the bill and trying to take me to court. I have attached emails from the insurance company. I also have proof and evidence of another company coming to do the work. I also have phone records of me trying to call this company and their representatives over an over to come pick up their equipment. Please see attached.

Advanced Restoration Solutions provided prompt excellent service. The company responded to my request immediately sending someone over same day when my basement flooded and starting restoration the following day. They worked with my insurance company, kept me updated throughout the process and even provided me with replacement fixture options to select from. The customer service team was very informative and the quality of the work performed was superior. I would highly recommend this company for your mitigation and restoration needs.

Best Reatoration company hands down. I had a pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom and my ceiling was completely soaked. They showed up even before the plumber and helped me get the water shut off and was able to take care of everything for me.

Extremely professional and courteous staff. The project coordinator Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She ensured that the work would be completed around our schedule and continously followed up to make certain the work was completed to our liking. It begins and ends with customer service and Michelle certainly exemplifies servicing customers at the highest level.

These guys are great! First off, we were able to get these guys to do a project quicker than anyone and they stuck to their time frame. They had an issue, and even came back working until midnight so they would get the job done by the deadline. I highly recommend the project manager and crew. The Advanced Restoration team is friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. My dishwasher recently leaked into the lower floor, which required antifungal treatments, removal of the damp material, and a complete rebuild. Everything was restored back as if nothing had happened. There are few restoration companies that can handle both the mitigation and rebuild, but Advanced Restoration can complete the entire process from start to finish. I would highly recommend hiring them for your restoration needs.
