ARS is one of the best companies I had to deal with. Our tenants flooded the house from the third level bathroom. Their kid does not know how to wipe their butt properly and let the toilet run all night long. The plumber found a very large wad of toilet paper. Our tenants tried blaming the toilet. Our tenants were very naïve. This is the second time these tenants did this to us. I wish I would’ve called ARS the first time Michelle and her team were excellent. They responded when I called, they were on time when they came to work. Above all I would recommend them for any type of flooding. (Don’t listen to Emily’s review, she thought she was the homeowner) ARS worked great with my insurance and we’re friendly and easy to speak with. I just love, Michelle

My good man Miguel came through in a pinch. Had a layer of storm water in basement. He showed up and did wonders with water removal and ventilation. Price was lowest of three companies I called as well. Would highly recommend.

We had a leak in the roof, which caused some mold in the bathroom. These guys came on the same day to fix it.

Their restoration services not only repaired but significantly upgraded our property, adding value and comfort. We even had double glass windows installed for a better insulation

They came and tried to upsell us on service we did not need. After we got the work done we needed, we had to coordinate on our own all the necessary people (remediation, cleanup, paint, drywall, etc.) they were not in communication and on the same page with each other. Not clear at all with the work that was going to be done. In a townhouse and told us we needed to have our neighbors agree to open up their shared wall with us (not discussed before), and then told us in that moment they would not repair the walls they were wanted to open. Just an all around messy situation. Eventually got resolved, but between the lack of communication amongst their team, trying to upsell us on services we didn't need, and not being transparent on their plans (tearing open neighbors walls), would not use them again.

ARS has bailed me out of 2 water related emergencies, and my parents out of another. I am glad to give them my highest possible recommendation.

The first was at my own home in South Arlington in Dec 2022. They were very responsive in the evening, worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed from them, had someone come out that night, and gave me a referral to someone else for the piece of the puzzle that wasn't theirs to solve. In providing the referral they were not pushy about who I used, but instead served as an adviser for how to get someone to solve that piece of the problem regardless of whether it was someone they referred. I ended up using their referral and that individual did a great job for their piece of the solution.

On July 4, 2023 (yes the holiday) my parents in Fairfax had their own water emergency. I contacted ARS and they promptly sent a team that solved the issue on the actual holiday.

Lastly, today (Wed Nov 22 2023, the night before Thanksgiving 2023) I had another emergency in South Arlington. I discovered the issue in the evening and they had a team out within an hour. The team did what I had asked (fixed the emergency) and ALSO went above and beyond by diagnosing the root cause and putting a temporary fix in place that will work.

I absolutely recommend working with Advanced Restoration Solutions and they will be the first person I call for water related emergencies!

Advanced Restoration Solutions came to the rescue when I was out of the country and delivered great service. They immediately showed up to my property which had a big leak. They were able to contain the leak and stabilize the situation. They did an excellent job demolishing what need to be replaced.

We needed mold remediation for a client that had to be done within three days. Advanced Restoration Services was there on very short notice and addressed the problems. They were helpful and very responsive.

ARS did excellent work on the water damage in our basement. Their workers were skilled and courteous. We had a few difficulties in our communication with management, but ultimately everything got done to our satisfaction. Just make sure everyone is on the same page about everything.

They are a scam artist do not hire them.

Advanced Restoration Solutions has been absolutely amazing! Not only did handle everything from demo, mitigation, contractors, and insurance, also took the time to walk me through the process, and explained every step of the way. This was my first big flood job, and their support made it manageable. I can't even imagine using anyone else.

The technician was also amazing, and showed up almost immediately after I called. He made sure he was there to meet with everyone, even if I couldn't be there.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had major water leak, they came out and explained the entire process. Ran is very compassionate about his work and it shows through his excellent customer service. He keeps you updated on the process and progress throughout the entire project. Dependable, on-time, honest and fair. No surprises...all and any work done was discussed and approved by me first. This company + crew definitely earned a 5 star rating. He made this ugly disaster much easier to cope with. Trustworthy crew, I was comfortable enough to leave them spare key to work without me on premises. (first company I ever felt safe enough to do that).

Great service! I had water leak in my bathroom that caused serious water damage. I was out the entire weekend and came home Sunday night to a terrible sight. Called my insurance adjuster who recommended Advanced restoration solution. These guys had great customer care team and crew that came in within 40 minutes and immediately started working and guiding me on what i should do next. Very likable and reliable group of people.

Oscar came out and looked at some drainage issues in the back. Did not try to sell anything unnecessary. Gave us good advice and a simple solution to the problem. Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable.

This guy has done a few projects for us in our apartment. He is so timely and always completes the job to perfection. I highly recommend his services for anything that requires repairs/restoration. When you meet him, you can tell by his attitude that he truly cares and wants to help.

Loved how they showed up in mask, as it’s a number one priority right now. Everything else was great in terms of their follow up to complete the project and did a brilliant job. Extremely happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them.
