Excellent work! These guys are the real deal! Very polite and professional. They came out next day after I called to have some mold removed from my bathroom floor and they put a new floor down so quickly and efficiently. Also, I didn't even have to ask them to wear shoe covers when coming into my house they did it automatically which matters so much to me and shows they respect my home. This is unlike so many other companies I have experienced. Plus they finished in one day! I highly recommend this company!
I am so disappointed by this company, I am unsure how they have such good reviews. I picked this company because of the good reviews but I unfortunately feel the reviews are not completely accurate, at least it did not mimic my experience.
I called this company and they increased my hopes and told me they would handle the claim with my insurance, which they did not. Additionally, they did the mitigation (drying process) but they did not restore my home, and neither did they handle the insurance. They constantly harassed me for payments, which insurance was supposed to make to them, I had to handle insurance during the holidays because of their constant emails only for payment, they further wrote to me, that it "appeared" that they are not handling my restoration, a decision they made unilaterally, without letting me know.
I will never recommend this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
