I had a pleasure of meeting with the repair sales and quality control manager today and Joe was very helpful in sharing the company values and the ability of both mitigation and repair services. Based off his comments I would recommend them for rebuilding, remodeling, and disaster relief.

I was there the night of the flood and my friend Felicia called you. It was after hours and you guys didn't hesitate and were there in what seemed like no time. You were not only professional but so kind and most helpful. You answered questions that needed answers. Thank you! I would highly recommend you.

My sister Felicia had a flood in her basement in the evening and these guys did not hesitate to go right out to Iona and help her. After talking with the Repair Sales and Quality Control manager, Joe, I almost wanted to have the unforeseen happen just to see the work he was telling me that his company could help with. Then he told me that they also do remodels and upgrades. The go getter attitude he showed was amazing. I see his compassion and dedication in helping others. So at 7 AM this morning, I walked down to my basement and it was flooded. Called my insurance company and then called advanced cleaning and restoration. Shayla answered the phone immediately took down all the pertinent information and she and Curtis were on their way immediately. They arrived Did their thing and was out within two hours.
She was courteous, very professional and fortunate to have her on your team.
The other comment is related to Curtis. He really knows his stuff, was professional, got on it immediately, additionally, he was able to cut out a piece of the half-inch copper and replace it with a shark bite. I’m very happy and I think you should recognize both Curtis and Shayla.

I have known Joe for a handful of years and know he fully stands up to his words of effort and dedication. When I see him stand up for and with a company that supports him, I believe he will give his all. He is proud to help others and it is a way of life.

OK, I think Joe is pretty good guy. I’m known him for about two years. He needs a haircut. I’ve offered to give him one, but he is very, very efficient. He’s a go-getter from what I see of him. He’s a hard worker. I can see it in his how he is built and he’s got a good personality.

Joe was very informative on the type of work he does as well as representing the mitigation process and repair aspect. I know he works for a company that he cares about and feels supported by.

Austin was the young man who came to our rescue during the restoration process of our sewer line replacement. He had four major holes to repair in the walls of our home after installation. Not only was he on time and polite, he kept us informed of his progress and answered any additional questions we had for him. We had just spent several days cleaning after the traffic from the crawl space to the exterior. Austin, as we requested, kept the dust down to a minimum. All the resorations are hidden by appliances or cabinets so pictures are not an easy possibility. We are pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Advanced Cleaning and Restoration in the future.

Joe showed up on time for appointment. Clean & neat, took a look at the whole job. Everything under the house and outside. He found a small leak in the drain under the kitchen. Sink and repair that while he was here, he was very thorough and inspired confidence and looking forward to getting this restoration finished up, thank you very much.

We had a leak from our AC unit above our garage and the drywall needed to be replaced. Austin came out to fix the drywall and he was awesome! He was super friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. He was able to come the next day and got us taken care of really fast.
