I had a good experience with this company. They arrived the next day, set up quickly, and cleaned the sewer drain exactly as I requested. The job was done efficiently, and they left the area clean.

The only feedback I have is to recommend future customers ask for a written quote before work begins, as there was a discrepancy between the initial verbal estimate and the final price. Overall, their service was good, but clear communication on pricing would make the experience better.

Skylar's team came in and replaced our basement flooring quickly and with high quality underpad and carpet! We had a small section for laminate, and they took care of that as well!
It looks beautiful and was well done all around.

We had bought a new house that needed some work and all hours installed all new flooring and basically redid the entire basement for us. They busted it to get the upstairs ready for us to move in. We really appreciate everything they did to help. Highly recommended

After going through several companies, All Hours was by far the best to work with. They responded promptly when I reached out for updates. They were professional and friendly and efficient. They know who to call for carpeting and acted as a mediator between us and our claim. It lifted a lot of stress for me and I appreciate their efforts in getting us a fair claim. Not Impressed: AH Cleaning and Restoration was recommended to me by a professional plumber who did some major work for me under my house. When the plumber finished his work, I needed some restoration work to be done. Since the plumber did an excellent job and was professional, I assumed it would be the same with this restoration company.

I finally got them to come give me a quote after a few tries. They kept saying, "we will come today" but then never showed. After someone did come to look at the project I was told, "I put you on the schedule for Thursday". Nope, did not happen! I texted the next morning to see if they were "coming today since you didn't come yesterday", and received this reply: "I apologize. I woke up not feeling the best this morning and I haven't made it to the office yet".

Yes, everyone is busy these days. There aren't enough workers. My job was a small one. People get sick. But, I would at least expect someone to tell me they are not coming today, or they are busy and can't do the job. Or text and say, "hey I'm sick today, I will be there tomorrow". Don't keep delaying without some kind of explanation. Some professionalism would've been great, and I would have moved on to find another company or person to do the job.

By the way, this job involved insulating and protecting brand new water pipes that would have frozen if it wasn't completed sooner rather than later. I did find someone else and do not recommend this company.

Tyler came to our house to inspect for mold and he was so thorough! Even tho he didn’t find mold (thank God for us!!) he recommended a few changes/ updates we could make to help the moisture retention in our bathroom. He had checked so many things I would never have thought of- and I’m so grateful for his honesty and helpfulness. Definitely would recommend this business!

Wow, this company was very efficient at surveying the damage, determining just what supplies were needed and then getting right down to work and getting the job done! And when completed, the paint color and application matched so perfectly you couldn't tell that there had ever been any cut-outs and repairs to the walls...beautiful job!

They did a great job replacing our carpet, removing mold from the wall and repairing it. They always made quick but quality work. The only thing that could have been better was it usually took long periods of time between visits before they came back and I didn’t always know when their next visit would be. However anytime I would call they were very responsive and let me know where we were at in the project. They were very helpful in moving the furniture out of and back into the room which I felt went above and beyond.

In the middle of our sewer job we found mold. These guys were called to inspect and they were here within 45 minutes. Once they got here they figured what needed to be done and negotiated fairly with the work. Even though it was afternoon the whole team showed up at 5PM and spent about 2 hours removing a crazy amount of mold and a very old tub. They were clean, efficient and were kind to answer all our questions. Highly recommend them to anyone needing services. We will be calling them for any work we need in the future for anything else in our home. Thanks Skyler for doing a great job and your team too!

Came home from work to find my basement under water! Call made at almost 8 pm. These guys came and stayed til 3:40 am. Making sure all needed to be done at this stage was complete. Took great care of my items as they packed everything up. Cleaned everything up before they left, and made certain I was informed every step of the way. Very nice and refreshing to see great morals and respect by the crew in this time of upheaval. Very impressive and so grateful for this. If you want a wonderful experience in a very difficult time. I really appreciated All Hours fast response, they came within 12 hrs of notification, had the bulk of in finished in two days despite being a Fri/Sat. They made quick work of the mess the flood left, worked discreetly, helped us navigate insurance claim, and communicated through the whole process. Thanks guys!

Our basement flooded (cracked hose bib) the night before we left on a 5 day vacation, so we were in panic mode. We searched for flood and restoration companies and All Hours Cleaning & Restoration was the first call we made. Skylar answered and promptly arrived within 20 minutes. His team quickly followed with a job trailer and equipment and began their evaluation.

They began exploring the extent of damages and initiated documentation needed for the insurance claim. Their professional approach and equipment made for a well documented package that was provided to the insurance company. They were very respectful of our property and were very good at only removing the necessary, damaged property. They relentlessly worked into the late hours of the night (2:30 a.m.), despite working multiple jobs before ours, and they were still all smiles, laughter, and business until they left. It really was a breathe of fresh air, regardless of the situation.

Once we returned from our vacation, Skylar had everything in place to move forward with our claim and offered help in as many ways as possible. We pushed things on our end, but Skylar and his team were hot on our heals to get our house back to normal. Our claim included carpet replacement which our type and color was no longer offered. My wife and I went looking for new carpet styles/colors and finally found a carpet that would suite us. We showed it to Skylar and he offered to find us a very similar carpet and better price. A day later he had us a carpet, pad, and price that we were much happier with.

The carpet arrived quicker than anticipated and Skylar was able to get his installer to our house 2 weeks earlier than planned. We were absolutely fine with that. Once the carpet installation was complete, Skylar's team finished the remaining work and our job was complete.

We had water damage on two floors of a condo due to undetected leaking of water from pipes. Removal of damaged materials including wallboard, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, carpet, tiles; repair, replacement, and restoration of everything, including custom built cabinets. Due to our unique situation, there were "change orders" that the team had to handle on an ongoing basis. Joe and Casey were patient and accommodating during this process. When the job was complete, the restoration was very satisfactory and looked beautiful. Thank you Joe for everything you did to make this restoration a success under difficult circumstances that were not of your making.

We are very happy with Skyler and the employees of All Hours. They did an incredible job on asbestos remediation, water damage repair, new flooring, and new wood paneling on the walls in our basement. Our washer box had failed and leaked all over. It seriously looks much better than it did before, and thankfully, our insurance paid for most of it. I would recommend All Hours for sure.

We recently updated our kitchen flooring, countertops and base boards. They provided valuable insight on lighting, fixtures and color schemes that brought the project together perfectly. They allowed us time to make decisions and search for what we wanted with no pressure and worked it into their busy schedule. I am very impressed with this company!!

These guys have no clue what they're doing when it comes to remodeling. Anybody can demo, they're great at that. It took them 5mths to clean up and remodel a basement after a sewer pipe flood. They show up whenever and leave whenever, sometimes don't show up when they say they will. Had the insurance money for about 2mths before they came back and started the work after I threatened to call an attorney. As of today this company and it's owner are not licensed, probably not bonded, and were not insured until November 2021. They worked on my house starting in the first part of July and the work was completed on December 13th. I've attached a picture of the quality of work they do, you can see the outlet is not flush with the wall. Too many other problems, just FYI BEWARE

Skyler and his crew have been incredible in so many ways! My water damage happened at one of the worst times in my life. This team went above and beyond in all things to help us and restore my home. My project seemed to have unforeseeable hiccup after hiccup. The All Hours team dealt with every detail to ensure the project kept moving forward as seamlessly as possible.
There work is so meticulous, I asked them to do a flooring project in another part of my house.

Skyler was kind and helpful when we had our basement flood with backed up sewage waste.
He helped cut out partial walls and replaced them fully and helped them blend back into the surrounding walls, along with replacing carpet removing and restoring vanities, tearing out tile, replacing the vinyl floors and everything in between. He also gave me advice on the longevity of our roof. He understood that these types of things are incredibly expensive and helped us get the most with our insurance company. He was communicative and did quality work. He has also helped at our new house with a few smaller jobs and he never felt anything was above him and his services. Overall I would recommend!

This company was very quick to respond to the damages that occurred in my home. They did a great job and ensuring the sewage mess was taken care of and cleaned up quickly. It took a bit of time for the restoration of my basement, but when the head of the restoration crew for this company started to work on it he and the girl who worked with him went above and beyond with their work. I am very impressed with their work and the great job the clean up crew did.
