Easter morning we woke up to a flooded basement. Having had experience with Tobin and Ryan Welker’s team, I called the on-call number. Hector answered and immediately assured me they would handle the situation. We weren’t having a good day and it was really nice to have him show up in less than an hour, take charge, and stop additional damage. Joey ran the demo team with Donovan and Logan and they quickly moved our belongings to prevent them being damaged and then opened up the walls to dry. They worked quickly and were careful to keep us apprised of the progress. In addition to each persons obvious expertise we have been treated with the highest respect and care. Let me start by saying the workmanship these guys put out is high quality and I wouldn’t go any other direction, one individual named Joey was so easy to talk to and got the job done right and professionally. He delivered excellent work ethic and is truly a hard worker and you can tell he is there to make sure the customers are taken care of. I have had experience with multiple other companies in this line of business and Joey and his crew out did all of them for sure! Check these guys out if you want things done the right way and be taken Care of !

Tobin restoration was amazing to us! We discovered an old water leak and mold all under our carpet in our back bedroom and the next day Blake from Tobin came in and took a look for us. He got people in there that week and our whole restoration process was so much faster than we anticipated. All the guys from Blake to Hector to Jose to Ryan were so awesome and all the guys in between! They even helped us get our carpet done in a different room while the carpet guys were there for the room needing the restoration. They did a phenomenal job and now our daughter has a nice playroom. We will never go through anyone else!!

Tobin was so awesome and Joey was wonderful! We had a major water heater leak that flooded our basement. He came very quickly and started work immediately to remove the water and begin the drying process. He was very compassionate, kind and respectful to all we were going through. If I could I would definitely give them more than 5 stars!

We woke up to a flooded basement from a bad pressure valve on our Hot Water Tank. Called Tobin and Joey showed up in about 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. He was very professional and gave us great service. I would recommend them 100 percent. He did an amazing job. Thank you Joey you made our day.

Had a emergency flood due to a water heater issue, Tobin sent out Joey and he showed up and knew exactly what to do and he handled it quickly. Joey was professional and personable and made a terrible situation so much better very quickly. If you have an issue like this don't hesitate to call Tobin, I would not hesitate to use them again in a situation like this especially because of Joey.

Jose and Josh were fantastic. We had a water leak that did considerable damage to our living room ceiling, including some asbestos, but they handled it expertly and quickly. They explained the process in detail and made a bad situation much better than it would have been otherwise.

Jose and Josh have made an excellent team this past week, going above and beyond helping us with a stressful, unexpected event. They are cheerful, knowledgeable, and diligent workers and it’s been as much of a pleasure as possible in such circumstances to have them around. While we wish we had no need for this service, we are grateful for all the hard work they have done.

We recently used Tobin Restoration for fire damage restoration. Dealing with property fire damage is never easy, but Ryan and the team at Tobin Restoration made the process significantly smoother. He was responsive and communicated each step of the restoration to ensure our satisfaction. He coordinated everything seamlessly with the different teams (cleaners, remediation, restoration, cabinet maker, painters, etc.)

I'm doing this on behalf of my father-in-law in Salmon, Idaho as he doesn't use technology given his age. On Dec 6, 2024 there was an attic fire at his rental house, which the fire department quickly extinguished (refer to 1st photo). After reporting the fire to his insurance agent, the restoration process began and he received bids from five companies. Tobin Restoration Services of Idaho Falls was selected because they were prompt with their replies to our texts/calls/emails, professional and thorough in assessing and planning what needed to be done, pleasant, reasonably priced, their estimate was detailed and easy to understand, and they listened and were easy to work with. Our main point of contact after selection was Ryan Welker, who was the project manager. They drove to Salmon and completed the restoration in about a week (refer to the 2nd photo). My father-in-law and his tenant are very pleased with Tobin's work. The best endorsement my father-in-law can give them is that if he ever needs restoration services again, he will contact Tobin Restoration Services of Idaho Falls.

Jose has been the kindest, most reassuring person I’ve interacted with in years, let alone in the restoration business. He even left a brand new hot wheel for my nephew when he saw he had a collection. I work in IT management and I plan to use his approach to communication in my trainings in the future, to show others where creativity in information sharing can have large impacts. He definitely left one on me!

I also would like to leave a shout out to Alex & Donovan, I was always left with a smile and a better day every time they were over.

I had several buds to do a smaller job for us. Tobin was not the cheapest but the one we decided go with. I am so sorry we did!
First every moment went after the papers were signed was a rush job. We had two bathrooms flood and needed drywall, vanities, flooring ect.... Tobins did it all in two days and this is not a good thing. Things in the n ud were overlooked and we ended up having to DIY the rest of the projects although Tobins got full payment. I do not recommend this company...

Our basement flooded a few months ago ruining everything. Someone suggested we use Tobin and we are so glad we did. They were kind, courteous, and did a fantastic job tearing out everything that was ruined and then putting in new walls, carpet, painting etc. My grandma lives with us and is afraid of everything. She was worried about having strange people coming in and out of our house to fix things. From the moment she met everyone who came she loved them and went on and on about how wonderful they were and what a good job they did repairing everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of restoration help.

Our basement flooded and few months ago. We had Tobin come in to help us clean up and restore it. My grandma lives with us and was so worried about having strange men traipsing in and out every day to fix it. But she ended up loving EVERYONE who came in to help us. Brandon and Jose took out all of the damaged flooring, carpet, walls and sanitized everything. Mason then came in to oversee the restoring of the walls, painting, carpet etc. They all did an amazing job and we're always so kind and courteous to us. I would highly recommend them.

We called Tobin when we discovered mold and water damage in one of our walls. Blake completed a full assessment of our facility, sent us a detailed estimate within 24 hours, and repairs were finished within days of our project approval. Brandon and Jose went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, and were respectful of our specific needs to keep our shelter dogs and cats safe during the reconstruction.

I wanted to wait till the whole process was done before leaving a review. Just so I could have a complete review of every step of the process. With everything said and done I am extremely pleased with Tobin and all the different people we worked with to get our house back in working order. We had a big water leak in the bathroom upstairs that traveled downstairs. There was tons of water! I called Tobin and had a couple very nice women here after hours getting up all the water upstairs and down. I don't have their names but they were awesome! The next day we had a couple guys show up, Jose & Brandon, to find where all the water had traveled and start the tear out of affected materials. They were awesome. A ton of communication and stand up guys. We actually had to go out of town for a few days and felt totally comfortable with them working in our house while we were gone. We made a claim on our insurance so the whole process took longer than I expected but at no fault of Tobin. The back and forth between them and insurance took a while. Again, I was in the loop on everything going on. They are a great company and I highly recommend them. I also worked with Ryan and Jenny who were also incredible. Great group of people at Tobin!

Tobin Restoration helped us through a washing machine flood over the holidays. Their guys kept us informed every step of the process and checked on us each day until everything dried out. I had just experienced, truly, the worst experience of my life. But I am so thankful for these wonderful and kind people at TOBIN that made it not only easy, but better. My cabin, the place where my kids grew up. The memories. The love. I opened the door to the basement one cold February night and three feet of water hit my knees when I opened the door. The place was destroyed. Mold, water damage, destruction – on two levels of my cabin. It was horrible. I was in a panic mode, and I asked GOD for direction and the right people to contact for help. The water blew my shoes off, so I was walking around in 19 degree weather with no shoes on. My dog was barking at the water – he did not understand. I opened up my phone and asked Google to find me restoration companies. By the grace and love of GOD alone, TOBIN came up. I called them, mind you this is 2000 hours on a Friday night. They Answered. They listened to me in my panic and were so kind. They said they would be there in the morning and start working on it. They would be there Saturday morning…Really – a company will actually do that? I was floored. They told me what to do for the night, how to take care of things before they got there. I hung up the phone and, what was once the stress that could easily cause a heart attack, I had peace. They were there at my cabin a little before 10:00 am that Saturday. These people from TOPIN are a GOD SEND. Over the next eight months, TOBIN not only cleaned up, but worked so well with the insurance company (by the way – the insurance adjuster told me personally, if he had a flood in his home, he would call TOBIN!), and then they rebuilt the place. Step by step they kept my wife, and I informed about every single thing they did. Measurements, colors, everything!! These wonderful people asked us at every step. Our place is brand new and AMAZING!! I can not recommend anyone with more forethought, intensity, or happiness then TOBIN RESTORATION. A special call out to BRADY our contact man. He went WAY out of his way to help us and keep us informed. If his wife would not slap me, I would kiss his face very aggressively! These people could not be more amazing. I hear all the time how much trouble people have with restoration companies – not with TOBIN. If your world falls apart with a water or fire or wind (or any) disaster, call TOBIN. It’s been a joy to work with all of the team members because they were so positive and helpful after my devastating fire. Ryan answered all my questions promptly, and went the extra mile to make things beautiful. Jessica‘s calm, sweet, and patient demeanor helped me stay grounded through all the decisions I had to make. Tobin is fantastic. 10 stars if I could. We had a small leak start from under our shower and the previous owners didn’t notice. We called around to could looking for a couple different contractors to come look at it. They all blew us off except Tobin. They had people over to our house to check it out, quote it and start the demo within 3 days. They don’t mess around. They took all the precautions when we found black mold under our tile and plywood. They were extremely flexible with our schedule and accommodating. We worked with Ryan on the remodel. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. Tobin worked with our insurance to help ease that burden and frustration. Ryan helped us navigate from start to finish. We are very picky and He made sure everything was just how we wanted it. He has great referrals and contacts for every step of the process. They even helped us out with our other bathroom. They helped us re-design the bathroom to have a better layout. Everything came under the budget. Very happy with how it all turned out. There was a couple little crooked and Ryan had someone right over to get it fixed. The work had been done for a while now and we have not had one complaint or issue with the work. I cannot say enough great things about Tobin Restoration and the incredible job they did restoring my basement bedroom after a pipe burst and flooded the area. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Blake, Joey, and Skyler arrived promptly after the disaster and immediately got to work mitigating the damage. Their speed and expertise were truly impressive, and they made a stressful situation much more manageable. A special shout out to Joey, who went above and beyond by finding the actual source of the leak after the plumber initially led us in the wrong direction. His diligence saved us time and money and was instrumental in getting the restoration process moving forward.

Once the damage was under control, Tyson came out to handle the rebuild. Not only was the work beautifully done, but it was also completed faster than I could have imagined. The quality of the craftsmanship is superb, and the room looks better than ever.

One of the standout aspects of working with Tobin Restoration was their exceptional communication. Despite my busy work schedule, they kept me in the loop every step of the way through regular calls and texts. I was incredibly impressed by how respectful and trustworthy their team was. I gave them a key to my house, and they always entered respectfully, cleaned up after themselves, and ensured my home was securely locked before leaving each day.

Tobin Restoration also handled 100% of the communication with my insurance company, making the entire process as smooth as possible. From the time of the flood to the finished restoration, the project was completed in just over a month, which exceeded my expectations.

I wanted to leave a review of our recent and ongoing experience with Tobins. The crew that helped us have been amazing to work with!!!!! They showed up quick after a call when our sprinkler system pipe broke and flooded our basement. A big shout out to Skyler Williams and Jose Castillo. My entire basement flooded and I had to throw away at least 75% of what I owned down there. My mom is old and paranoid of literally everyone and everything. She was extremely worried about me leaving her home alone with the workers that were coming in and out to remove the moldy and ruined parts of the walls and floors.
