I was very impressed with the estimator who came out to look at my shop roof and was excited to work with them. He provided insight and explained the issues and options for fixing or replacement and was also going to provide a quote for the house roof. And then he ghosted me and I never heard from him again, even after reaching out to follow up.

Never pulled a permit for the roof they did last year. It was only when we noticed we never got a final inspection that we reached out to them. They never responded to emails and calls were always “someone will get back to us”. They finally got a permit a year after the job was done and have never once communicated with us during that process.

Edit to add more after your response: I just wish you would have communicated or answered any of our calls or emails about it. The inspection came back fine and the roof looks good. It’s the lack of you reaching out and being transparent about the mistake, that is what is upsetting.

We love our new roof! The whole team at Advance Roofing was excellent. George was actually available the day I called to meet for a quote. He was always available to answer any questions along the way. The office person (can't remember her name) was very helpful with scheduling and contracts. The 5 man roofing team went above and beyond. Finished the 2 layer tear off, re-decking (that was absolutely needed), underlayment, 2 chimney/several vent removal, 3 new vents install, new ridge vent, flashing, 2" drip edge and new shingles in 2 days! Even left me a brick of shingles for any possible future repairs. After we paid the down payment, we were relieved to hear our electrician had used Advanced for his new roof last year and was very happy. We would definitely recommend Advanced Roofing.

They did great work on my house and garage, which are both more about 70 years old. The problems came when we started asking specific questions about the warranties and lien releases. We wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed BEFORE final payment, but the lien releases had typos, the wrong business, the wrong address, or something else and needed to be fixed. When they finally sent the final draft, corrected releases, we IMMEDIATELY received a very aggressive phone call from the project manager accusing us of not intending to pay at all. The work was great, the price was right, but just be aware that if you ask too many questions they will refuse to discuss and demand immediate payment. It really left a sour taste after what had otherwise been a pretty smooth project.

I had a small leak in my roof so I called Advanced Roofing, and they were quick to respond. George came over a few days later and checked out the roof and I learned a lot about roofs from just talking to George. It ended up being a minor fix as a few vents on the roof were cracked and needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend Advanced Roofing.

Did a great job quickly and with competitive pricing. George went above and beyond when sharing his roofing expertise with us. There were a few minor mistakes that were fixed almost immediately, very impressive!

If you are looking for the cheapest contractor in town don’t call them. Team works on finding a permanent solution for your house not just quick fix, estimator takes in consideration old construction, new codes, integrity and performance.

I had a small leak in my living room. I called this company, and they sent george to fix it, george found 2 loose screws he wanted to order 300 new ones and replace all the screws in my metal roof. That would cost over $3k. I just wanted to fix the small leak, so I called more companies.
In the process, I called them again by mistake. They sent Atrem this time, and he kept talking, and I don't know what the heck he was talking about. I don't think he knew what he was talking about. He stayed in the attic for the longest time and still couldn't find the leak.

I called another company, and they came and fixed the leak for $400, and we haven't had any issues since then.

Advance roofing has done a couple different jobs for me. Quality work and materials most importantly as well as cheaper bids than many other companies I received bids from.

Great job guys, the emergency tarp when I found my roof was leaking held up through a few rainstorms during the time when our schedules didn't coincide, then the actual repair/replacement with a metal roof section got done in a single day. It's rained and snowed a few times since, and haven't seen any issues, so I'm happy with the job.

I would like to caution everyone on the use of Advanced Roofing for more than one project.

I hired them for 3 projects: Replace the roof, put on new gutters and add insulation to a poorly insulated attic. They never viewed the project as a whole and now my attic CANNOT be done without removing the entire roof.
They never had an insulation installer come look at the attic until the day they were supposed to do the insulation. Turns out that the only way to fix the insulation issues in my attic is to remove all the insulation, install baffles and then install new insulation. However, due to the pitch of my roof, that can only happen when the roofing and sheathing is COMPLETELY REMOVED from the roof.
Long story short, the insulation should have been done first when they had the roof bare and then went to the extra effort of removing the sheathing. However, since the salesman was the only one who stuck his head in my attic until the day the insulation was to be installed, this was not discovered until it was too late.
The quality of the roof is AWESOME (although that is EXACTLY what I paid for) as is the quality of the gutters. My issue with them is that they did the projects out of order and now there is no way to fix the attic without potential airflow and moisture issues. I have had 2 other insulation/roofing companies come tell me the same thing.
Had ADVANCED ROOFING done them in the correct order, there would be no issue at all.
PLEASE THINK TWICE about using them for more than one project!

I cannot say enough great things about Advance Roofing!! We needed a skylight replaced. I called a different company first & only got the run around, after wasting 10 days for some kind of an answer we decided to look for another company. I read lots of impressive reviews about Advanced Roofing & decided to give them a call. Artem came out the following day and gave us a bid that I printed out. We gladly accepted his bid, he told us it would be replaced within the next two weeks. Much to our surprise, his workers showed up just TWO DAYS after & had our skylight replaced. They did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier!! Thank You all at Advanced Roofing!! We will be back for ALL our roofing needs from now on.

We had damage to our Roof from the snow last winter. Advanced Roofing came out to look at the damage & write up a bid. They even helped re straighten and secure the tarp my husband temporarily put up. They were timely, worked efficiently and kept all the debris on tarps. They completed the Job on the time they estimated and got everything cleaned up. We were very happy with them and the whole experience we had. I would proudly recommend to anyone needing a new Roof. Advance Roofing was excellent across the board on our recent roof and gutter project:

1) the estimate provided was extremely detailed, with line item breakout of upgrades and recommended improvements, with multiple options to consider. the estimator visited the site and walked the roof, noting specifics that would not be visible from an aerial-only estimate.

2) we were out-of-state during this work and their communication gave us peace of mind in regards to scheduling and how the work was progressing once started

3) the quality of the work looks great; we look forward to not having to worry about our roof for many years to come.

This is an edit of a previous review. We had a leak in the new roof and I was very unhappy. We called the company.

A group of guys came, inspected and patched things. They were very nice. A follow up call from the manager indicated they found an issue and planned to fix it ASAP

A friend who used to do roofing told us this is not an uncommon issue with a prefab/ manufactured home. There are different directions on the shingles than for regular houses but none of the companies ever seem to know this until something happens.

The company came out and redid the entire thing. They were quick and left no mess. I have not found a single nail on deck or lawn. They sent the photos to the inspector of the 1st stage, done correctly, then reshingled. They finished several weeks ago. The inspector came yesterday and said it looked like it is done correctly. Manager from the roofing company came and Inspected personally today as well. The manager was good about getting a crew here quickly as promised.

There has been no snow or rain since the fix, so of course, I can't be 100% sure, but the inspector said the steps were done well and it should be good to go. The company followed up on our issue in a timely manner and fixed it at no additional cost to us. Nice to see a company stand by their work.

George was great to work with. Explained everything, was very prompt, and had the job scheduled and completed very quickly. No pressure! Great company!

After 4 different quotes I went with advance roofing LLC for a complete tear off, installation, and soffit repair for my old house. The quote was very reasonable. Even 10 thousand less than 2 other ones. My estimator George was absolutely amazing to work with. Didn't try to sell me up on a whole bunch of products and fancy things. He was very responsive, and patient with all of my questions and did a great job of explaining things. He brought my house up to code with additional box vents and explained how everything works up there. From the time of the estimate, it took them less than a week to come out and complete the job. The crew of guys worked their butts off to resheet OSB and get a barrier on before any questionable weather. The crew protected all my plants and everything, and cleaned up and made the yard look better than before they even came out. And the roof looks amazing. Nice and flat. We've had a couple rains since the roof installation and there's no soffit leaks or anything like my old roof had. Highly highly recommend this company.

Very responsive and easy to work with Advance Roofing to have the chimney stack removed and roof patched with the identical shingles to the existing ones. Now it looks like the chimney was never even there! Work was done professionally and quickly! Very happy to have went with them.

After a cold front came through, we had ice dams cause damage to our roof. They fixed some damaged shingles and installed a heat cable to prevent future ice dams. They were professional, easy to work with, and communicated everything so well. Would recommend!

When the rain got into my house, it was not a pretty picture. Advance roofing worked hard to get me a new roof. They cared more about my leaky roof than I did, yet I thought I worried more. Their team was great. Communication was flawless. Best customer service I have seen in Spokane WA.

They added plywood in areas that needed plywood. They added support structure in areas that roof was weak.

In all, if I'm not disappointed, others wont either. Best of luck!

Advanced roofing completed a roof job on a small shed. I was dealing with a different company for 2 years but Advanced came within a week, and kept us informed of progress (ordering, delivery, installation etc.). This was a small job, but will call them with next larger job. Great company. Fair, professional, and friendly. Thanks for a new roof on shed. Anxious to paint etc. in spring.

Advance Roofing installed a hood vent and solved a leak issue along a skylight. George, the estimator/Project Manager was friendly and knowledgeable. The past wind storms we have had I had a couple fallen shingles and a rain gutter slightly hanging so they came and inspected I was worried I needed a new roof but they did a great job and I don't have to have a new roof they were friendly and on time

George was our sale rep. He was very responsive and gave accurate line-by-line estimates and made sure to answer any questions. I have some experience in roofing. I was going to do it myself but the estimate was very fair (I had priced out materials). The roofer did a great job. The jobsite was very clean (Louis was the foreman on the project) and they worked hard to get everything done quickly. They tore off the old roof and did it in such away that there was no mess at all. It looks great. If I need another roof done, I am going to reach out to George again without hesitation.

Advance Roofing is highly recommended. When I called for an appointment to get an estimate their estimator was able to fit us in quickly because of a cancellation. This was a partial roof replacement on a Grange Hall. Because this was a small job their construction crew was also able to fit us into their schedule quickly. They got the job done quickly at a reasonable cost and it looks great. Our experience with Advance was all positive. Our contacts with the people in the office were also very positive. To a person they are professional, friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with the job and will use them in the future.

From my initial call, all appointments and contacts were timely and professional. The work was done as scheduled and the crew did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up. Photos were provided when the work “in progress” showed a problem with the decking which needed to be replaced. I’d recommend Advance to others for roofing needs.

I was thrilled to find a roofing company that not only answered their phone, but was willing to put me on their schedule within a week. We were having issues with the heat melt tape on our roof and that was the initial reason we contacted Advance Roofing. The estimator came out and talked with us in length about our options, and in the process, brought up to us another issue that was of concern. We asked for an estimate for the secondary job and never did hear anything back. I reached back out to the estimator twice, but still was unsuccessful in getting an estimate. We have since moved on to a different roofing company.

I appreciated that they gave me three estimates to choose from so I could pick what best fit with my budget. They were professional, respectful and got the job done reasonably fast. Added on a new skylight to the installation because mine started leaking. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing company!! I had to last minute find a company to fix my severely damaged roof due to all these storms we have been having. Through a friend I heard about this company, it was easy to get ahold of someone and book someone to come out!! They were very professional and fast, and it was great feeling like I was the only client!! All in all I would definitely recommend!!

These guys are awesome. Can't recommend them enough. Wind storm came along and tore up our roof. Had a huge tree branch fell and cause damage and they fixed everything and it looks better than ever. And after clean up, looks like they were never here!

Basic stuff I didn't know about as a first time home owner. They checked it out and got me on track, explained the basics. Solid price compared to others in the area, got me on track to common upkeep I should watch for. Couldn't recommend better for affordably getting it done and actually having things explained so you understand what's going on.

Had a tree fall on my roof from one of the recent storms and had another company come out to do a bid to repair the roof and they told me i needed to replace the roof, I called up advanced roofing and Alex came out within 2 hours and gave me a bid to repair the damage, he told me only a few roofing shingles were damaged and just needed to have a few shingles replaced. Alex is great he saved me and my family thousands of dollars!
