This was the experience I expect from anyone who does work at my house. Mr. Turner was friendly, polite and very experienced. I had a few pieces of siding that was blown loose during one of our recent storms. I called 8 different companies and they wouldn’t even look at it unless I agreed to re-side the entire side of my house. I just needed the siding pieces nailed back into place. He came to give me an estimate. He said he could fix it right then. Fifteen minutes later he was finished. I couldn’t believe it. Mr. Turner is someone you’ll be happy to meet!

After we had a tornado, this company came out very quickly to assess the damage and decided we needed a new roof.
While we were working with insurance company, the roofer came and tarped our roof so that we would get more no more damage because there was rain storms for the next couple of weeks. The roof was just completed and it's beautiful. They were very professional and cleaned up the property spotlessly. I would highly recommend.

George Turner responded immediately to an urgent, serious predicament. He carried up about 30-feet of our detached Ridge Cap, and he re-attached the Cap--using longer nails. It was mere hours before the even STRONGER winds/rain/hail/Tornado Warning hit our home, beginning around 8:45 PM, on Friday, March 14, 2025.

We had discovered the detached Cap (in two sections) around 3:00 PM. Researching, then realizing, what the double-thick, long "chain" of Architectural Shingles represented, we tried repeatedly to reach our original installer (installed 15-years ago). We began dialing, and texting, around 4 PM.

Having heard back nothing, we contacted/ signed up at Angi.com, around 6:10 PM. They suggested Advance Roofing (and 2 other roofers) at about 6:30 PM. At 6:36 PM, we received a call from George! He arrived at about 7 PM, assessed the situation, carried up the two "chains", re-attached, and showed us a photo. The photo showed us the Ridge Vent gap, which is about 3/4-inch wide (by design). WATER WOULD HAVE POURED INTO THE GAP, THEN INTO THE ATTIC, ETC.

Although it was dark, George tried to provide to us a quick, limited inspection. He indicated that many roof tiles appeared to have been damaged--over 15-years of our area's winds, rain, and hail. And due to the gently-sloped roof. He gave an overview of how to, perhaps, proceed with our homeowner's insurance, and then with suggested (roof repairs or) replacement.

My wife and I found George to be a good listener, a quick and strong worker, and a good "explainer". Diligent, respectful, concerned. He seems to be very honest. So far, I don't imagine that we could be any more impressed.

We had been scammed by 2 other roofing companies who didn't actually fix the issue. I'm so blessed that we found advance. They fixed the problem, were gracious, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

I inherited my parents home and not knowing the last time the roof was replaced, asked Advance Roofing to inspect my roof for any damage, thinking I might need a whole new roof. George came out and told me the roof was in good shape and the only problems I had was the vent was rusting and pulling away from roof and the roof had a little damage from a tree branch falling on it. He gave me a reasonable quote to fix. George had everything fixed within the next couple days. George was great to work with. Highly recommend this company.
