I had 15 windows replaced (9000 series, triple paned) by The Window Source. Skip Longacre, the owner, took my order and a crew of six men did the installation. Craig and Leroy, the master installers and the other men did a great job. They were punctual, worked steadily, were very respectful of my property, and cleaned up the debris, inside and out. They are true professionals. Skip checked the work progress and there were no issues. If I decide to replace additional windows, I will go no further than The Window Source. The entire process was a great experience beginning with Andrea in the office with the scheduling to the actual installation. I definitely recommend The Window Source of NH for your window replacement needs!!!

The Window Source Seabrook NH is the Best! Product and installation were great. Don't bother with the "other" replacement window companies. They did 7 windows for me about a year ago, I called them back to do the rest of the house (14).

We purchased 7 windows and The Window Source did a fantastic job installing quickly and timely. It's been much warmer in my house ever since! :-D

The Window Source of NH is a great company to work with. The installers, Craig & Nate, were on time, very professional and courteous and they cleaned up nicely when they were done! I love my new patio door and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Great job!!

About 7-years ago, I had several large picture windows and patio doors replaced at a home on the beach. They all directly faced the ocean and take a beating from wind and salt. This installation was neat and tidy. The products had a lifetime warranty but like most consumers, I wondered what would actually happen if a window needed to be replaced. After-all, it was a harsh environment - and a warranty is only as good as the company making the promise.

After 7-years of pounding from mother nature, one of the 2nd floor window's insulating seals let go and moisture developed. The business owner came out, took a look, ordered a new window and replaced it with no cost to me. Gracious and professional handling all around. I'm impressed.

After calling Skip to relay that I was a bit anxious about the window replacement as I had been recently burned by another company with incorrect installation, Skip went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely at ease by providing great communication and photo evidence of the correct installation. My concerns were heard, extra attention/effort was provided and the overall service received was top notch. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Skip and his crew were great. We are located in southern coastal Maine and they came up and were never late. Worked professionally and diligently. Their finish work was meticulous. A door jam loosened up a bit and they made the ride back and fixed it Would recommend highly!!!

The Window Source of southern NH installed new casement windows in an addition on our existing home. Communication and scheduling was excellent, installer Craig is very professional. Windows look great and match the existing house which is 40 years old. Told the owner, Skip we will be calling him again to replace a couple old windows. A+ company and customer satisfaction!!

I bought 7 windows from Window Source. There was a slight problem with one of the windows. Skip, the owner, was quick in responding and took care of the problem right away. I was very happy with the installer, Leroy, he was professional, polite and cleaned up. When he left, he took the old windows and storm windows and left me with new insulated windows.....no mess at all. I need a new front door and will certainly call Window Source. Had 11 windows installed 2 years ago! They look as good as new! Had 9 more done 2 days ago with a beautiful sliding glass door yesterday... OMG!! Everything looks great!!, My house looks amazing!! Done as said in the amount of time they quoted. I would definitely recommend... everything is sealed up nicely!! I saved so much on my heating costs with the 11... it's going to be even better with the others and the door!! THANK YOU for the GREAT service!!

We had them do our big patio door and 2 other windows a couple of years ago. Skip and his crew were great . They were on time and pleasant. We will be calling them shortly for estimate on our front door. Possibly picture window.

Poor installation. No attention to detail and rushed the job. The windows don't slide smoothly or tilt out without scraping and were poorly insulated. I have installed a number of replacement windows so I know right from wrong.

Installation for 12 windows was supposed to take 2 days but it took 5 hours. The installers were NOT going to insulate around the frames until I insisted. They refused to insulate the bottom of the frame to my satisfaction.

They refused to install the top vinyl trim cap. This left a one inch space above the window frame which they filled with caulking. The caps ended up being left over parts.

Skip ( owner) offered to take them out and re-install (no thanks), Skip apologized and blamed it on coronavirus.

We hired Windows Source to replace all our doors (4) and windows (20) including 1 large bay window. They also did our entire house in vinyl cedar siding. Our entire home was upgraded by WD. Service was incredible and install was perfect. We highly recommend Window Source.

We bought these windows four years ago and have just replaced a sash on one. The service was perfect at every level.

Had a Great Experience with the staff and crew! Got several quotes and theirs was the best and the window quality was the exact same as the others. The instal team was friendly and got the job done on time and cleaned up wonderfully!! Side note, there was a blizzard day one of the instal!!! 20 windows, a picture window and a new slider and I’m happy! Even the kids noticed the new windows!!! Highly Recommended!

I have been doing business with Skip for 5 plus years. In that time I have had all the windows in my home replaced. Since the windows were replace 2 of the sashes leaked on separate occasions . I called The Window source and within a matter of 2 weeks there was an installer at my home with a new sash he replaced the failed one with a new sash. Today the window source team is back at my home to replace both of my exterior doors with new doors. Skip and his team are honest hard working and care very much about the home owner, customer. The Window Source have all my business and I would refer them to anyone without reservation.

I love my new windows. Everyone I dealt with from sales to installation was very nice. Installers were very neat, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. My husband was impressed with how hard they worked. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted this company for an estimate for window replacement.
After multiple phone calls 'qualifying' my level of commitment to replace my windows, the office manager set an appointment but it was certainly with hesitation and misgivings.
Once the date of appointment arrived, I was contacted again because "Skip has encountered a problem here at the office and so he won't be able to make it but are you looking for the cost before you make a commitment?" So again, we are going round and round.
The business was clearly not interested in my business. The appointment was cancelled. I will not be moving forward with this company and would not recommend them.

Fantastic Company!! The installer that installed my windows was the hardest working person I have seen in many years. He worked straight thru until everything was done. My neighbors saw the work that was done on the outside and inside and could not get over what a great job!! I am extremely happy with my new windows, prompt, courteous and excellent service. Planning on getting some more windows done by the same Company.
