Our whirlybird turbine roof ventilator needed to be replaced. Within minutes of my first contact with Dan, I was on the phone learning about roof ventilation and discussing the best options for our situation. We went with a solar-powered fan, which was installed efficiently and well. Thanks so much, Dan, for such wonderful and fast service. And thanks for recommending the solar-powered fan -- it looks so high tech!

I went to Focalpoint with a vague idea of turning a basement closet into a full bathroom. In my first meeting with Daniel, he was able to talk me through the steps it would take to make this transformation. He was completely in tune with how we could take the space we are working with and turn it into a fully functional and beautiful bathroom. Daniel quoted me a reasonable price, explained what impacted the price and stuck to it from beginning to end. His work is phenomenal, and no matter what piece of the project it is, he knows how to do it and do it well. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the finished product and will call Focalpoint first for any and all projects that we need done. If you are reading this and are shopping around for someone to take on a project, give Daniel a call...you won't be sorry.

In June of 2013, my family and I moved into a nice home in Newburyport that needed some love. Focalpoint has been critical in providing the sort of home improvements that have added value in every way possible to the property. Focalpoint laid a beautiful hardwood floor in the top floor, replacing wall to wall carpet. Focalpoint has done extensive wainscoting and other trim and repair work in the living area. Our entry way was horrible when we purchased the house. Focalpoint consulted with my wife and I, and worked to design and build an entryway that is world class. I have only ever been thrilled by the attention to detail and care that I have come to know as the signature of the work that Focalpoint offers. I cannot more highly recommend them to you and your house!

Focalpoint Renovations does FANTASTIC work! From remodeling to roofing, their quality, craftsmanship, customer service, value, & attention to detail far exceed whatever your expectations! In 2012 we had massive roof problems in the middle of the winter and needed the entire roof replaced down to the rafters. In 3 days we were buttoned up better than ever! We also had them in to repair and refinish the ceilings throughout the house, for bathroom repairs and renovations, and would happily recommend Focalpoint Renovations for ANY work you need done!!!
