Had to have keys made and although the first time they were cut the keys didn't work but went back and another employee fixed it with no charge and was super nice about it

Pretty solid Ace, they have a lot of things you don’t think you’d find. Very convenient especially since there isn’t a Home Depot in town!

I have visited the site multiple times, and I have always enjoyed it. I always found the staff to be kind and helpful. I have gone there for various reasons and items. I purchased my garden items such as various food plants as well as flowers and trees. Bought bbq stuff. Painting plumbing items. Thank you, and I look forward to my next visit.

Shout out Jory!!! Helped me get the correct anchors and screws for my rusted out license plate holes and even put the new plate on for me. I really appreciate the quick and kind help after wrestling with getting my old plates off!

Very helpful staff. They DO HAVE ANODE RODS. They are not by water heater. They are by camping on right side when you walk in

The Butte Ace Staff is incredible !! Especially Kim Biers. Always so enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and each staff member welcomes you with a smile , along with a helping hand. Truly enjoy each visit , motivating me to keep tackling household projects with confidence. Highly recommended for any project or home repair.

Large store with large stock of items including home decor. Had a fair amount of plants and potting soil available.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can find just about anything I need for my little projects from home repair, to cooking, to cleaning, and gardening.

Just went to ace for the first time in years and bought a tool kit paid way less than what a local pawn shop wanted and got twice as much the cashier was great and service was amazing

Went and got gift cards for Xmas and go there from time to time for house stuff when the local lumber yard doesn't have what I need or on the weekends

Love Ace. They don't quite have what Home Depot or Lowes have, but the staff ALWAYS make sure you are helped and satisfied! Our stores are very clean and check-out is usually quick and friendly.

I don't often leave a place feeling special. But today, two of the associates at the front register recognized me from earlier visits. That alone made this visit a 10/10 for me. I left feeling like I was at least important enough to be remembered. Signed up to the rewards due to the recommendation of the women at the counter. Thank you for what you do!

Never been so offended in my life. Took my friend to get some fittings and he got accused of stealing. Also said they just organized there bins, which was a lie.. to top it off was asked if I stuffed anything down my bra. Mind you I am thin wearing tight jeans and tight shirt wear the heck would I hide anything!!! Was told to leave or they would call the police and have them Escort us out. This man has M.S. so excuse him for being slow and a bit clumsy. I hope you never have a loved with M.S.! I will never go to this store again!

This is the best hardware store. They have everything at a reasonable rate and the staff are nice and knowledgeable. I love this place

This place is awesome! The staff is always so helpful, professional and friendly! They have a great selection of anything you can need for around the house plus they offer awesome gifts and cute household goodies. Recently discovered they have their own line of sauces and seasonings and they are fantastic as well! Be sure to join their rewards program also! We saved $25 on our last visit just from the coupons they give you, definitely worth signing up for!

Other hardware stores in Butte have competitive pricing but their employees don't seem to care if they have your business or not and treat you as an utter inconvenience ‍♀️. We'd rather spend a little more for a much more pleasant shopping experience

Buyer be warned Ace Hardwares have different return policies. Don’t expect to buy something at one Ace Hardware and be able to return it at another. It’s especially frustrating when said return policy is not posted near the registers or online. I drove an hour to return an item (after checking both my receipt which said the item was returnable and goggling the Ace return policy just to be sure as I did not want to waste my time)— only to be handled quite rudely by the store manager that they wouldn’t return the item. Nowhere near the register or on the store’s own website does it say they won’t return items. I would have be pleased with an exchange or a store credit. Instead I drove to Murdochs and spent nearly $400 on drip irrigation and hosing. The Belgrade Ace was extremely accommodating, so I’ll be returning my item there and purchasing more items from it. I will not return to the Butte Ace. They lost what was once a good customer. Looking for solutions to make your customers happy generates increased sales, positive marketing via word-of-mouth feedback, and loyalty. Now they get the opposite.

This store always has any piece of hardware I need, plus a lot more. Great place to holiday shop. Full section of gardening supplies.

The shelves are always full. The items you want and need are easy to find. There always seems to be ample staff.
