Ace Hardware - Grafton, WV

Prices are a little OUTRAGEOUS on most things, but it's convenient to have a hardware store close by.. the staff is friendly and usually always asks if you need help!

Helpful staff, all your basics, and a few high-end products. If you need house related items, this is the place to go.

Excellent customer service!! We're working on our bathroom because of a toilet leak. My husband called ahead and explained to the gentleman (wish I would of asked his name) what we needed, they had it ready at counter when I got there to pick it up. When I got there he took the time to explain a part to me that works better. So of course we got that part. The lady at the cash register was super friendly and pleasant as well (again wish I would of gotten names.) Just an excellent experience over all!

Shop here weekly. Great addition to Grafton. The staff is always helpful, and everything is clean and organized. They even carry lumber. If they don’t have the product on hand, they don’t mind ordering for you from the store or you can use the app to have it shipped to the store or even your home. This place has truly been great to me personally and saved me in some tight spots. Become a member and receive coupons at least once or twice a month.

Nice Ace Hardware store. Well organized with clear shopping aisle signs. Beautiful home decor included stone West Virginia display. Benjamin Moore paint. I came looking for a pocket hole jig for my husband, as a present. I found them in stock in the store. I wasn't sure what one to get and wanted to physically look at them. I was able to look and make a decision on which pocket hole jig I want for him. The staff was very helpful.

This was a very nice Ace Hardware store. They had everything I was looking for. Will definitely go back for my next DIY project. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, too.

Clean store. Was greeted as I entered. After a few minutes of being in the store I was asked if I needed help finding anything. Friendly employees.

They didn't have what I needed but they quickly got the manager over and placed the order for what I needed.

Talked to a floor worker about an item I wanted. He found it on line and told me it would be in the following Friday. He took my name and phone number and said it was ordered and it would be in the following Friday. Yesterday I showed up at the store and it was not there. Every excuse in the book was offered except incompetence. Will never go back and do not recommend this store. It is a short drive to Fairmont where they know what they are doing.

Beautiful new store. Store is a plus because no other hardware stores around. No one asked if I needed any help though.
