Above All did a great job with roofing my greenhouse. Unfortunately, they didn't finish the job. That was Feb 2023. The flashing at the joint with our house was terrible and actually scooped water into the wall. The picture below shows the flashing they left me with: an inch of two of exposed house wrap above their flashing. And that wasn't the bad part. I asked for flashing so that I could do it correctly. They provided that after months of calling and leaving messages, and writing many emails. Once I picked up the flashing, my wife and I got that part finished in a few hours and it is dry. Another part of the flashing they could not do because I had more work to do. They said to call once my part was done and they would be happy to come back and finish that part. I finished in the summer of 2023 and starting calling and writing. No response. I haven't written or called in a few weeks, so I guess I'll queue up another dozen messages or so and start leaving daily voice mails. Terribly, terribly frustrating. Totally dissatisfied.
