Nick & his team hustle! Our project started out as a generator install and wiring in a secondary building. Along with tackling the initial items the team also fixed multiple wiring issues within the home & got it all done in a day & a half!!!

First and foremost let me emphasize how grim and slim ones options for weatherization and insulation are in central Maine. So when I had the pleasure of finding Able Trades, a fine young lad by the name of Brandon led me through the most comfortable and efficient process of winterizing my home. His crew of two upbeat and professional spray foam installers made no haste and left my home cleaner than before they begun! Tell your friends, family and social media pals, Able Trades is the bees knees!

Able Trades recently installed vinyl siding and re-shingled our garage. All parts of the process were excellent. The quote was fair. There was good communication about when the job would start. The crew showed up exactly when we were told they would. Tristan and his crew were polite and professional. The job site was left neat and organized at the end of each day. We will definitely call them again for our next project.

Able Trades has been a god-send. My husband and I have two multi-unit properties and something always needs work. The staff members at Able Trades have been communicative, prompt, and thorough through the multiple projects for which we have hired them. We hope to use them for years to come!

Peter arrived just before the appointment time and gave a quote for siding that was pulled off from recent winds and also so some 3rd story flashing work that was beyond my comfort level. The price was very fair and the work was fantastic. The experience was 1st class and much faster than expected for the area that suffered so much property, house damages. I want them on my wall, I need them on my wall.

Recently had new vinyl windows installed in our home. Carpenters, Tristan and Ethan did an excellent job. They are efficient, professional, courteous craftsmen. All aspects of the job were done extremely well, explaining the job as they proceeded. Once done, they left our home spotlessly clean.
Looking forward to having them install more windows in the Spring.

Very professional company. Quick and fair estimate on a siding project we needed done. Job was completed in a timely manner. Polite crew, answering all of our questions and concerns along the way. They cleaned everything up when done, leaving no debris behind. Would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I had an amazing experience with these guys. They did a lead abatement job for me which consisted of over 2000 sq ft of decking having to be torn down and built new from scratch. It was a big job being a 4 story deck and they handled it with precision and made sure everything was done right. Very professional to have on any job site and friendly enough to still remember me by name when I see them around.

Very organized company from estimate to project completion. Very polite. Excellent building skills. If I need any more work they will be requested again. Thanks everyone, great job!
