They are convenient and prices are fair. If you buy shingles they can deliver and unload them on the roof very helpful

I work for a New Construction Contractor and we use ABS Supply Co., Inc. for many thing from, tresses, drywall materials, tile, painting supplies, etc. We have an amazing rep, Erich Schuerger at the Pahrump, NV location and he always has our products to us within reasonable time and are always well informed of any delays, and he makes things right every time. We went and spoke with ABC in person. Never were we told that if we ordered it a week a head that it may not be delivered on the following Friday. In fact,,,,,, we were told it would be delivered. So,, Friday arrives , no call, no delivery. I called them and was told that ,,, oh no , if and only if the truck gets to our yard in time- we will deliver to you. Took the day off, had two guys here to work:/ Not a satisfied customer. Now it will be Monday before we get the roofing material :/ Make sure you ask a lot of questions, because you have to pay ahead. Effectively putting you at their mercy. UPDATE: It is now Tuesday, the roofing material was delivered yesterday. With the wrong screws :/ . As we were not sure of delivery we did not reschedule our crew until this morning. As we had called Monday and let them know we could not proceed, we were told that the correct screws would be overnighted and would arrive today. Glad I did not have to pay for a full day this time :/ . Now to find new help, I've just been fired. Well, at least they called us this time. #notgoodenough. Update: we have since used this company to complete other work. The communication was better. Things went smoothly. Would recommend, just ask questions.
