When they delivered bundles of shingles to my roof, a couple packets slid off and tore off a section of gutters. It has taken 3 months to resolve the issue. Still in the middle of getting bids to get it fixed, but they are going to pay for it. I'd give them 5 stars if they were pro-active and took care of it. The process, so far, has taken me many calls to my roof contractor and, in turn, many calls to ABC to get this far.
