Manager is rude and terrible at customer service. We purchased shingles from them they gave us way to many bundles took them back and 2 weeks later still waiting for my refund. Website shows it should only take 2 to 3 days for a refund. Also, only wanted to give us a refund of 7.00 a bundle because part of the purchase was under warranty. Really....you got your payment from warranty company as well as our out of pocket cost which was over 1000.00. Had a receipt and product was returned in same condition it was delivered in. They definitely don't stand by the product. All the other employees besides the manager was very nice and helpful. I do have a receipt for my returned product and will be taking it to the attorney general if I don’t receive my refund in a timely manner. This is ridiculous.

Unfortunately they refuse to stand behind their products. Had ordered windows and had their warranty with it. One window failed and cracked within the first few months of being installed. They claimed they would stand behind it and supply a new window, which in fact they did not. They got a couple of panes and don’t want to be bothered to actually get the replacement window like they said they would honor in their warranty. Not worth the hassle to deal with them not standing behind the products they sell.

Got an order from them only to receive materials that wasn't what I purchased. The. To be told that apparently Noone in the area sells pre formed gutters. What a joke pulled up google and 4 other stores within 15 miles sell it from this stores location. Will definitely not be a returning customer. Paid in cash and was told it would take up to 14 business days to receive a check in the mail. First business I've ever heard of that couldn't give you a refund within a timely manner. Would not recommend.
