I’m a truck driver and I never had any issue with this company, nor all the ABC Supply’s that I deliver material too. In other hand I came to this location to deliver material and was here at 7am and nobody showed up until 8:10am. All I ask for is update work hours so I don’t have to wait out side , it’s unnecessary thank you

Today I called asking for a delivery 4 days away. I talked to someone on the phone named Jeremy. Jeremy has to be the least professional person I've dealt with at ABC in quite some time in my 25 year career. Not only was he rude on the phone, he had very limited knowledge about the product that he sells.. he also made bold claims that were unfounded about their store policy. I contacted other store managers from different branches who I am more familiar with and they also agreed with me that his unprofessionalism was unacceptable and there was no policies in place that he had indicated. Perhaps he's better suited to drive a forklift in the back and not speak to anyone instead of answering phones and using general etiquette in customer service.

Friendly, professional and attentive.
They seem like they are willing to go the extra mile every time.
A breath of fresh air when compared to their competition, unlike the "W" and that Gulf thing, their attitude is great!
Oh and they had what I wanted, without giving me a hard time.
One more thing though, the last one I visited had a drive through! (good idea)
I am however, still waiting on my shake..............
