Great customer service. I need to replace some siding on my home that was put on in 1997. The company that made my siding is no longer in business. I am just regular person that knows nothing about siding. They took their time to help me match siding with what they had. I needed some other pieces, was not sure what they were called, and they figured out everything i needed. They even loaded my stuff in truck for me. Excellent customer service on a simple $130.00 sale.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. Ordered windows 3 and a half months ago. They took our money the day of the order… but we have yet to receive half of our windows. The clerk entered the incorrect size windows on our order. My husband noticed the mistake a couple days later and called to make sure the sizes were corrected. The clerk assured him the sizes were corrected on the order. The windows were delivered 5 weeks later, and were the wrong size. After some initial resistance, the manager of the store agreed to correct their mistake and have the correct size windows delivered in a few weeks. That was 2 months ago, and we have yet to receive the corrected order. The manager is now dodging our calls. This place is dishonest. My only hope is that I can save someone else from losing their money to this place.

Very helpful over the phone and when I showed up the guy remembered me calling and was ready to assist me. I got what I needed when no other merchant had it
