I had a great experience with Roofology. Michael was super fast to respond to texts, calls and any questions, which is rarely the case these days. The crew was fantastic. They started as I was leaving for work, and by the time I got home, I had a great looking new roof on the house. They kept me updated on progress with drone photos, which I thought was a nice touch. They also did a great job of cleaning up the job site afterwards. I would highly recommend Roofology if you’re looking for a high quality roof, done at a very fair cost, and fast.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael and his team at Roofology. I can't express enough how impressed I am! From start to finish, Michael went above and beyond to ensure that my roofing project was a success. The price was fantastic, especially considering the level of service provided. Despite facing some challenges along the way, Michael and his hard-working crew tackled everything head-on. I needed my roof completed quickly after closing on my house, and they were able to get my permit issued and had me on the calendar within a week after closing. During the first inspection, the roof inspector told us that a second permit was needed for the flat roof freestanding carport (apparently Holly Hill is very strict with permitting). Michael took charge and had it issued the same day, allowing them to finish the entire project in just one day! Additionally, they discovered unexpected wood rot on my gable-style entryway, but instead of cutting corners, Michael ensured that it was repaired properly. The roof looks absolutely beautiful now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Michael and his team at Roofology truly exemplify what it means to provide exceptional service. Roofology was a great company to work with. They were able to get our whole roof replacement job completed in one day! The team was very responsive. And they didn’t collect any money until the job was done and we were completely satisfied.

Very responsive when I contacted them for a roof leak. Owner came and inspected roof and found main concern and a couple other minor roof problems. Repair was scheduled and the crew showed up exactly on time. The repair was done very professionally and surprisingly quick. Very happy with their service, communications, and craftsmanship. I received multiple quotes for our new roof and decided to choose Roofology for a few reasons, and I’m glad I did! Michael was very easy and pleasant to work with. He took time out of his day(s) to answer all of my questions in detail. Michael was very knowledgable and personal and after talking to him and other companies, you could tell that he cared about his customers and not just trying to land another deal. Even though a quote or two was slightly less expensive than Roofology’s, I knew that I was picking a reliable company and one that will do an exceptional, high quality job. Michael was able to communicate with our HOA for approval and it made the entire process quick and seamless with my already busy work/life schedule. During the day of installation, he was calling with questions that came up to ensure the project was done to perfection. There was a small issue with a silicone edge that I noticed the next day, but again, one text to Michael and he was able to address the issue immediately. I would highly recommend Roofology to anyone in the market for a new roof.

He provided continual text and email updates throughout the process which included assistance with color selection, anticipated next steps, if there were any unexpected occurrences, and drone photographs on the progress being made. I was provided the wind mitigation papers to submit to my home owners' insurance company. From the moment I signed the contract with Roofology, I did not have to worry about a single thing! I had a total roof replacement on October 21, 2024. Michael came out and gave me a quote as did 5 other companies. Michael was very professional, kind and addressed all my concerns. I received my roof quote the very same day. My shingles were delivered on Friday, dumpster on Sunday afternoon, roofers showed up early on Monday and started work.. I chose to stay at a friends house, but did not have to worry, because I was updated on the progress throughout the day with texts and pictures. My roof was completed in one day, and dumpster picked up same day, and I was home with a new roof by 6 PM. Awesome company that has it all together!! My new roof looks fantastic!

Roofology Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. They analyzed the problem, inspected the area, made a recommendation then repaired the roof. They removed some shingles, inspected and cleaned flashing/roof area of removed shingles. Then installed new underlayment and new shingles. Cleaned up and hauled away all trash. When my wife and I needed a new roof for our rental property, we were referred to Michael and his team at Roofology by a real estate agent. Michael walked us through the process of financing a new roof, explained the timeline and what we could expect and answered all of our questions. Roofology made the entire experience a breeze. Once we were approved, they booked an appointment about two weeks out. Shingles arrived on a Saturday, dumpster arrived on Sunday and the entire job was completed on Monday. In addition, they texted photos of the new roof installation every few hours so we could track the progression throughout the day. Moreover, they added some features to our roof free of charge (i.e. kickout, flashing, modified bitumen system). The new roof looks fantastic and our rental sold and went under contract a week later. Wow. What incredible professionalism from beginning to end. They didn’t try to take advantage of the situation as I am out of town and this roof repair was for our rental house. Took great pictures of the damage and what they did. Kept me informed the entire time and came out quick, located the leaks and fixed all issues. Great experience overall. Initial meeting was prompted by a small roof leak. Michael was honest with assessment and it was mutually determined a new roof was needed. He quoted fast, we accepted and within three weeks the project was started. The roof has a complicated shape and the old roof was removed and new installed in less than a week. The look is fantastic and we would work with Michael (Roofology) again although likely not need to for another 40+ years.
