Super tight parking lot for the truckers. They are unorganized. Front of the house customers is their priority which is understandable from their point of view but suck for truckers who don’t make any money just waiting all day to pick up or deliver a load for them. They should have some forklift drivers assigned just for us.

We have been buying supplies from ABC Supply for 25 plus years. Knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Everyone on staff is kind, and they go out of their way to be helpful. Most importantly they don't compete against their contractors for jobs. If a supply company installs roofing, siding, or windows, or if they have a separate division that sells roofing ect., you're buying from the people that are trying to put you out of business! ABC Supply has never done that. They have are full support! Brad @ BTB Construction Inc

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and I was able to purchase a single piece of siding instead of a whole box.
Worked out great for the small project I had and the price was very reasonable.

Contractors should already know them so if your a homeowner and want to do your repairs come here instead of Lowe's or the box stores. They just have better materials and they have comparable pricing, plus higherend materials, and you will find materials you didn't know that were out there. I live in a town without one but when needed. I have stopped at Logan's RD, at 2 in Roanoke, 1 Abington, and even Greensboro NC. I will drive 30 to 40 minutes out of the way to make sure I get something that works and I haven't had bad service at any location

I need to replace a window stash. The tape clearly states ABC Supply. Great right. Just contact them and they order the window..pull out and replace. Done. Nope. ABC Supply was no help in finding the replacement. They said the company that my window came from is out of business and I am out of Luck. The guy never returned my text. I went to Lowes and they even called and talked to Kimberly. She gave Lowes an email to send the measurement tape that was on the window. She never responded. Wow!!

Kenny was great. We purchased cedar shake looking vinyl siding and the house turned out beautiful. Great product and service. Don't go to the big box stores and pay more and get less service.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
