He was so kind, gave us an honest assessment regarding our windows, and went above and beyond to call the window manufacturer to see if we qualified for a warranty. We have had Collins do multiple jobs over the years including windows, siding, a new roof and railings. They have always done a great job, so I chose them to replace our well-worn deck with a new sunroom and deck. They did an excellent job. The deck and sunroom are beautiful and solid as a rock. The workers were curious and respectful of our property. They cleaned up at the end of the day and their workmanship was outstanding. As with any project, there were a few issues that popped up, but Josh was easy to work with, so we were able to resolve them quickly.

My home has been in dire need of some love for some time. It was painted siding for 30+ years and was beginning to show issues at different spots. After deciding on siding for the path forward, I searched the area for highly reviewed siding contractors and found Collins Siding & Windows. The initial consult and deciding on colors and issues to address went well. After several months to get in line for the installation, it went amazingly smoothly. I cannot believe how beautiful it all came together in the end; the detail the Collins crew put into my house amazed me. I had a full siding job done and went with Mastic Board and Batten because of the former wood siding look. I did not want to change that too much, just update to siding and change the color. Also went with gutter replacement with gutter guards because of the yard full of trees and a porch railing replacement.

The crew was meticulous in their work, ensuring that every piece of siding was perfectly aligned and every seam was tightly sealed. They took the time to caulk around windows and doors. The result is a home that looks brand new, with a fresh, clean exterior that I can be proud of. The gutter replacement and gutter guards were also a great decision. The gutters were in bad shape, with leaks and rust spots, and the guards have already proven their worth by keeping leaves and debris out. My porch railing was in desperate need of repair, with several boards rotted through and loose railings. The crew replaced the whole structure, giving my porch a solid, safe feel again. I can't believe how much of a difference these updates have made to my home's curb appeal and overall value. I highly recommend Collins Siding & Windows to anyone looking to update their home's exterior. They did an exceptional job from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

From the moment I contacted Collins to inquire about replacing our windows, their attention to customer service, integrity and knowledge set them apart. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my inital appointment a couple of times, and they were very understanding. Frank came for the initial appointment and was well-versed in explaining the product choices and removal/installation process. I asked Frank many questions and he was very polite, responsive and patient in answering all of my questions, and/or researching to find answers to my questions.

The window installation took place in February. I had concerns about this process in the winter. TC and his crew arrived on the job and quickly had the old windows out and new windows installed. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship and trim work were superior. They removed an old sagging bay window, jacked up the frame and had to do additional carpentry work even as snow was falling down.

The new windows are so easy to clean, our electric bill is lower, the house is so much more quiet, and the pesty little ants that invaded the kitchen every summer never made their way inside this summer.

In March TC and Sam came back and removed the original front porch and replaced it with a new porch, steps and rails. It is a work of art. They repaired damage on a stair that I caused with the mower before they had even completed the job. We can now enjoy the porch and no longer have to deal with annually sanding, replacing pickets and repainting/staining the porch.

It was a pleasure doing business with Collins.

I cannot say enough great things about Collins Siding! We hired them to build steps for our back deck. They did an amazing job! Every person that worked with us was incredibly! From Josh helping with the layout, to Randy, Jimmy, and Sam! They actually custom cut every board, and stringer themselves! They kept the work area so clean and organized that when they left for the day, you would never know there was work going on! And they even fixed a couple of things on our deck that the builder’s sub-contractor neglected to do! We are having them install some shaker shingles and new fascia trim too. I was impressed with how smooth the process was. Josh was amazing at helping us pick the perfect color and style. The siding looks so good and what amazed me more is that Brandon and Roberto did all the cutting and shaping by hand, just a few tools and not a nail gun in sight. They got to the house early and stayed late, it was a lot for just two people, but you guys made it look like a cake walk. The two who took my add on door out and placed my much dreamed about widow, blended it in and made it look like it was always there. I recently had a front door and sliding door on an older home replaced and Collins did a fantastic job. I worked with Josh to design and order the doors, and he was more than helpful, and provided a very reasonable bid. The install team was equally as wonderful, showing up on time, cleaning up their mess, and taking their time to ensure the doors were expertly installed. Overall I am very pleased with my new doors.

Collins Windows and Siding did a great job installing new siding on my single level home. They also efficiently replaced 5 old windows. The workers came when they said they would and worked hard, even in rain. Once the job was completed, the work site was completely cleaned. I could not be more pleased with the results! With the new windows, and extra foam underpayment under the siding, my home no longer has drafts! A wonderful improvement!

My experience with Collins from beginning to end could not have been better. Chris and Frank both came out to look at the 24 windows I needed replacing. Due to some of the issues I have with the brick on the outside of the house, some of the windows were very difficult to replace. Having said that, everything they promised came true. I had called at the beginning of Covid when getting product was very difficult. I called multiple installers for pricing and advice, and even though Collins was priced slightly higher than the national chains, it was worth every penny. I had smaller jobs done with the national window company who subs out their work, and ended up getting a bad product, and an even worse installation. The product Collins sold me was as expected, but the installation was much better than expected. Just about every window I had replaced had lots of air coming through, noise coming through, needless to say I was wasting a lot of money in lost heat and AC. On top of the money, the windows I had made my house look 30 years older than it was. With the new windows, gone are the high electric bills, my house is much quieter, and my house now looks newer than it should, because the installation was done with such care and intention to have the windows look and function beautifully. I would recommend Collins above any other, especially the big chains, that seem to have no concern about the actual results for their customers. Collins offered a fair price, excellent communication, and exceeded my expectations from beginning to end.

I had Collins replace my windows two weeks ago. They did a very good job. My house is much warmer now. I can tell the difference immediately. Totally worth the cost.

Collins Siding & Windows replaced 5 exterior windows in our home. The existing windows were over 35 years old and had some quality and functional problems. The replacement windows will be a very good improvement. The windows were delivered earlier than expected, the installers did a very good job, were courteous, and and answered questions regarding the installation as well as the functionality. After the installation, the project manager followed up on the project via a phone call and email.
A family member had a very good experience with this company several years ago which is one of the reasons why we selected this same company. Our initial contact was in person.

We had Collins replace 22, 1970's style windows, a completely new front door entrance way with side windows/balusters etc, and new hand railings on the front steps. The workers were very courteous, professional and more than willing to answer all of our questions and promptly addressed our couple of concerns. The front door replacement was more involved than originally projected. The onsite manager contacted Chris Collins for advice. They came up with a plan the same day, and were able to have an additional carpenter onsite the next day to complete the job. Collins ability to quickly add necessary resources is a huge benefit versus going with a national window chain type company. I would definitely recommend them for similar type projects.

Had Collins come out to repair our aging deck and add a stairway off the side. They had done extensive work for us last January, replacing siding and windows, adding a roofline to our front door and replaced the front door. Excellent work. So we had them come back for this smaller job to replace deck boards and add stairs. TC and John were great; it was apparent that they take pride in their work. Even replaced the sill under our sliding door since it looked rotted. Was able to watch them some as they worked and noticed the care they took with the fit and finish. Will definitely include them in future bids for projects. Highly recommended. :-)

We had new windows installed. The men who came were polite, skilled and cleaned up after themselves. For the first time I can open the windows and listen to the bugs sing me to sleep AND save money because the air conditioning isn't going on all night. Thank you Collins!

Company was great to work with, had a few minor issues but quicky got them resolved. We used a top grade Royal Celect siding which is expensive but looks much better than regular vinyl siding. Collins price was quite a bit cheaper than several other contractors and I would highly recommend this siding as it looks like natural cedar siding and has a great warranty. Glad we went with Royal instead of Hardie board which was my original first choice. It looks pretty similar but less maintenance as the finish is supposed to last much longer. It also insulates where Hardie board does not. Workers were very friendly and courteous!

I have hired Collins multiple times to complete projects around my house. I live in an older home which can present unique situations during remodeling/updating and these guys always take the extra time to customize their work and perform the work correctly the first time. Everyone with Collins that I have met has been very professional and all around good people! My wife and I have wanted to cover the uncovered portion of our deck for years. We were told due to the four roof lines that had to be tied together to create a new roof it couldn’t be done. We called Collins and they came out and said they could do it. The transformation of the both the covered portion and the uncovered portion into one covered deck is nothing short of phenomenal. We can’t keep from looking at it and saying WOW! The crews working on the project were all professional and very friendly. I want to give a shout out to everyone who worked on the project - the building crew of Randy, Jimmy and Sam; the siding crew of Troy, Richard and Jonas; the railing guys TC, John and Evan and the salesman Frank. Frank even provided an excellent recommendation on who to get to do the staining. I’ve attached some after and beforer pictures to really show the transformation, and the quality of the work these guys did.

We hired Collins to install new gutters on our home. We were very happy we did. The work was completed last week, about 3 weeks after signing the contract. Chris Collins came by the job site twice over the day and a half install. The site was left clean and the work was well done and to our specifications. Chris was on sight about every other day checking to make sure we were satisfied and on schedule. His crews are absolute gentlemen. They even cleaned the sight every day when they left. We simply can’t say enough about what a great experience it was and how happy with are with our new porch. Thank you Chris and to All of your people involved.

The people at Collins won our trust from the start. They have replaced all original windows in our 1064 built home; removed old roofing and replaced roof; replaced all gutters and downspouts and added very effective gutter guars. They did an expert job of aluminum wrapping exposed wood at windows and in other areas. The materials are high quality and the workmanship superior. Collins has been fantastic to deal with and the quality of products are top of the line. We had our house sided, new roof, new gutters, new windows and a sreen porch updated. The insulation plus siding have allowed us to change the thermostat in our home for efficiency and savings. We have even saved on our home owners insurance! Collins is amazing! They completely redid our home's siding (some very high), shutters, gutters, downspouts, built out window frames and wrapped all the windows, sealing everything cleanly and thoroughly. The team (Troy, Jason, Duke, PC, Jonas, etc.) was always early, super nice and helpful, always left the site neat and orderly and went above and beyond contract - putting up new light fixtures, installing new doorbells to replace the old, etc. We are so grateful for their careful attention to detail! We can't thank them all enough! Chris came out and inspected the work during the process too, very professional and kind. Great to work with - worth every penny!

Great job by the Collins team on a recent roof repair. Collins has done several major jobs such as siding, gutters, roofing, and windows for us. We have used Collins on several rentals in addition to our own home and have had great results with quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend Collins Siding and Windows.

We have had Collins do multiple services at our home over the last few years. Most recently we had all our windows replaced on the middle floor of our home which came to around 12 windows. Six of the window installs we replaced with three large picture windows. The windows look absolutely amazing! Replacing these windows has made an enormous difference in appearance, noise level, and temperature control in our home. The Collins team was on time and very thorough and professional on the days of install. They arrived early and I was amazed at how quickly they had the old windows out and the new in. I work from home and the install had a very minimal impact on my daily activities. I would highly recommend Collins for their professionalism and quality of work. We also had them replace the roof in our rather large home and the experience was similar. I'll review that as well. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend!
