Would not recommend buying metal roofing or siding from these guys, or do your own material list if you do and then double check your counts before accepting delivery. They assured me of their ability to do a take off list. I worked with the sales guy before at a different company so I trusted him when he said they could do it. When we started putting metal up we were short, and then when we needed material to make up what was shorted they were of zero help trying to find a solution and I do mean zero help. I can deal with mistakes, they happen, I can’t deal with zero effort to help find a solution in a reasonable time frame. Stony Point metals in Ohio worked extra hours to get what we needed so we could stay on schedule.

Had them quote out 4- 24x32 vinyl windows with low e and 1/2 screen in July. Jay left message quoting $229.60 per window with all attributes I wanted. I stopped in the showroom to verify and put deposit down for the order on 9/21. Guy behind counter couldn't find quote and started from scratch quoting me $439 per window. I told him and played Jays message verifying the $229. He said he couldn't do anything to help and I would have to talk to jay who is out for some days. In the interim the manager, who was on the phone with someone else, chirped in the quote was from two months ago and prices could have changed. I said by$220? He went back to his conversation and ignored me. First guy said nothing I can do, I said good luck and left. I then ordered them from Alside that are a better quality and about the same price.
Good luck with this place, they won't be in business long treating customers like this. I do many roofs and GC jobs and was trying them out for the first time. They lost my business.
Get your shingles and supplies from Beacon, prices and customer service are superior.

Placed a siding j channel order a month ago at washington location for a customer and was told it would be around 2 weeks. I said that's fine. Over two weeks later I stopped in to ask if it's in yet, since I never heard from them. Was told they didn't see an order for it. So then was told..yeah it would be around 2 weeks. So last week called again and was told once again they didn't see an order for it. For a third time was told they would have it ordered last week. Called today. Still not ordered. Sitting at 4 weeks later and now I'm switching companies to deal with.
Horrible service.
