ABC Seamless Siding - Missoula, MT

ABC installed our siding and gutters, and we couldn't be happier. It has actually been some years now, and we have had no issues. Their customer service was impeccable during the install and after. I have referred them to many folks, and will continue to do so!

Called and left a message for an estimate and no call back??? I was in the middle of doing it myself and wasn't sure about being able to finish the job. No call back from this company and one other made me push through and I fished myself and saved a tone of money I'm sure.

Called and spoke to Brad to get an estimate. First thing he asked was if I am serious, because he doesn't want to waste his time. I said I was and we set up an appointment for 2 weeks later. Day of the appointment Brad calls my husband at work to confirm the appointment and ask a few questions. Since he was at work he said he couldn't answer questions, but yes the appointment is still on. Brad calls me but I was unavailable to answer the phone. I did not have time to call him back but since DH confirmed the appointment I thought we were good to go. WRONG! 10 min after the scheduled appointment time I call Brad to see if he is lost, nope he figured I was no longer interested since I didn't also confirm the appointment. He also asked what exactly we needed and how much I thought it would cost. I started to tell him that is why I wanted an estimate, but he cut me off to again confirm I am serious about getting gutters. I said I was, but he was already 15 min late for the appointment and asked if he was on his way. He told me he would still come out, but I had to realthis was going to be expensive. At that point I was done and cancelled the appointment, I shouldn't have to work that hard to get an estimate. If this is how Brad gets clients, I woild never let him work on my house.

Brett sold us a 3700 gutter contract. We fronted 800 dollars and signed a contract. He explained that they would keep 20% if we changed our minds. After realizing we had an insulation problem and having his workers not show up or call two days in a row we cancelled. Suddenly it was 20% of contract or the 750 for a "restocking fee." Not 20% of deposit. Brett refuses to listen, yells on the phone and when we asked to see invoice of materials stocked we were refused. Very coercive, unreasonable and they have an unavailable office manager. No one answers the phone. Refused to provide us number of owner Damien Khourey to discuss. Refuses to return money. Don't usually write negative reviews, but don't want other people to fall for it.
