After asking about a gutter job the phone person put me on hold and then came back saying they can't take on any jobs - and then abruptly said "thank you" and hung up on me while I trying to ask another question. Pretty prickly with no capacity to take on any jobs. If they don't want any more business or at least put you on a waiting list (which is what I wanted to ask before being hung up on) it would probably be good to save your time by not calling them.

I just made a call to get a quote for a patch job in my siding, I spoke with Barb who was extremely pleasant and made me want to do business with them just for this fact. I look forward to doing business with them.
