Standard septic service completed today. Had the pleasure of meeting Dave and his son who were not only professional but personable as well. Had numerous questions regarding our septic, Dave was informative and able to answer everything asked. Dave and his son didn’t make a mess and made sure everything was secure and back to its original state.

Highly recommend, will use A+ next time.

Had a plumbing and septic emergency, backing up into my home and into my backyard. Called and within an hour I had both a plumber and to get my septic tank pumped. I needed to get a new mainline and my tank repaired (I just purchased this home with all these wonderful issues!) they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Larry was very informative and didn’t touch anything without explaining to me how it worked and why it wasn’t working, Chris was extremely polite and his helper Grover were so so sweet especially to my 3 German shepherds that accidentally got out. Very reasonably priced and even gave me a military discount as I’m a retired Marine. I have been recommending A+ plus to everyone, my family gets there tank pumped with them and they recently fixed my moms heater as that stopped working. Beautiful people working there and beautiful people in the office as well. Emily was extremely informative and acted extremely quickly to make sure I got taken care of. 100% recommend this company.

Larry and Jonny did a great job taking care of my issues. They were able to save me a large sum of money because of their experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend them when you have a plumbing problem.

In the course of getting my septic tank pumped we discovered that my old system needed some TLC including a new pump, and repair of my drain field. I have never left a review on anything, but I must commend Gregg at A+ Services. He had reached out to me by phone, text and email checking in on me just to make sure everything was good. I was so thankful that he did as I’ve been so busy that I’ve completely put aside my responsibilities as a homeowner. I reached back out and called Gregg and he was so personable and caring over the phone. He took care of me and got me on their schedule for a plumber and septic crew right away. I woke up to my septic alaram going off. Called A+, not expecting them to be out same day, they showed up in two hours and had everything needed on their truck. Not the cheapest, but the expertise backed up the price. I was pleased. They even answered several questions I had been looking to get.

Aaron came out the next day after our furnace went out. They catered a time around my work schedule. The text messages and the phone calls to make sure I was aware when I would expect them. Aaron came prepared and got everything up and running within 30 mins. Would have been less but I had a concern about smoke and wires that PSE mentioned to me and he went back up to the attic to take pics and showed me the condition on the wires, how he cleaned everything around it, and explained why and how things worked. He waited to make sure I was ok and no smell of smoke. Definitely a great company as this was the 2nd time I’ve had them out. First time was for electrical outlets. Impressed and happy once again!

I've spent several days looking and calling around for septic services in the area and I intentionally did not call A+ services because I was informed by my friends/neighbors that they have really bad service.

Well I called A+ this morning and spoke to Greg in the office. As frustrated as I am already because of my situation I was already giving this guy a hard time from the start and all have to say is that after talking to him I definitely happy to give them a try. He was very professional, personable and absolutely caring. The customer service was exceptional compared to all the other companies I've dealt with in the past few days.

If you need services done I HIGHLY urge everyone to call this Greg at A+ in Olympia.

I highly recommend using A+. Ron and Nick did a FANTASTIC job installing our new kitchen faucet. They were very professional and courteous. We will definitely be calling them for future jobs.

Our septic system was out off/on for 3 months before we called A+. After 2 other companies worked on it with no success we called A+. Jason and Derrick were amazing! Jason showed us everything that they were doing and made sure to test everything numerous times to ensure it was all working correctly. After months of pooping in a bucket, having these two out to work on our septic system was a welcome relief. Tony was also a nice addition on their 2nd visit to our septic. They all made sure that I understood what they were doing and how things should look when it’s done properly. We will definitely be calling A+ for any future issues. Thanks guys!!!

A+ has always been great to deal with since 2006 when we started using them for our septic service. They are friendly professionals and resently had to have our drain field pipes cleaned due to sludge build up after 40 years the house has been standing. Jason came out and assessed the issue and quoted a price. They went above and beyond what I expected of the job they did and very happy with making the ground as if they hadn't had to dig up the area they needed to access the pipes. They never dissapoint me in the work they have done for us.

These guys do top-notch work regardless of whether it's plumbing or electrical. They've serviced our septic system for years and recently did some minor but important electrical work for us! Awesome people, too!

We had used A+ Services in the past and they were wonderful. Which is why they were my first go-to when my water heater stopped working. It was after hours, and once dispatch sent a message out I got a call at 7:15pm that John would be on his way from Lacey. At 9:30pm no one had called or arrived. I called dispatch again to find out what was going on. At 10pm I got a call from the owner, Theresa. She apologized as they erroneously canceled my service. She said Ron would come out first thing in the morning and she was marking it as urgent. At 9am I tried calling but had to leave a voicemail. Tired of waiting and not confident they would come, I contacted another company who arrived at my home at 1030am and the new water heater was installed by 1pm. I called again and Summer answered the phone. She apologized and said she saw an urgent call and figured someone handled it. I asked that Theresa give me a call so I could discuss the issue and she was going to send her a message. I get a call about an hour later from Larry (I think that's his name) - he said he was Ron's son - and he was on his way to my home to look at the water heater. After giving a short version of the story and that another company took care of the issue he said "At least you have hot water". I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service.

A+ Services is fantastic. We had a septic emergency and they responded quickly, gave us extremely fair prices, and even spent some time educating us (as new homeowners) on our septic system. I am a huge fan and will use them for any needs in the future!

I really appreciated how willing Jason T. was to answer all of my questions and take the time to check and re-check things. My alarm went off in the morning around 7am and he was at my house at 8:45 (said would be here by 8:45-9). He inspected the pump with a pump inspection fee as part of what they usually do for an alarm. I was frustrated that I had replaced this pump with another company just 4 years ago AND had my system pumped just two months ago. Unfortunately the pump was bad and he was sure to show me how he knew and guessed what may have been wrong. He then suggested a replacement and offered other things/suggestions but didn't push me to do those. I chose to just replace the pump. He then tested it and noted that it was not pumping enough to the drain-field and tried clearing those pipes for me. Only 2 of the 3 were having water flush out. He inspected that 3rd and was able to clear it. Then he made sure to recheck that my new pump was able to pump the correct amount now that the field was supposedly cleared and it did! They cleaned up and wrapped up. It took 2 hours and I was grateful they were not in a rush and took the time to test everything. I have used A+ 3 times now and am happy every time. Down to earth but professional. Don't mind me hovering over them while they work. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Jason for getting my house back to working order!

We called this company during the weekend as we had an emergency plumbing issue. A totally different company showed up at our home called Yelm plumbing and pumps. They showed up after a series of different days they said they would be here. They helped us with our blockage but had to come back to actually fix the pipe. They quoted us 5,500 plus after tax. It was my father who they were corresponding with and in hindsight I wish I had been there also because when they came back to do the job they weren't aware they had to get a permit and the city came by to let them know so they left and came back with permit in hand and after digging and putting in a clean out they find our problem area which was close to the city road and told my father it was the city's responsibility and instead of finishing the job they only knocked off 600 dollars from the bill and left. We found out how much they overcharged us when the city came by to let us know it was not their responsibly to fix the pipe, it was ours. In the mean time my father gets a call from Brian a couple days later saying he needs to come back and rip up our yard again because he needed the job inspected. We told him multiple times we didn't want him doing that. He didn't listen, just let us know we weren't going to be charged for this (why would we? It wasn't our fault) my husband called A+ services to figure out why we were charged so much for only a job half done and to talk to Brian himself since my dad wasn't getting any where. We were told the Brian would call us back, the day went by then the next then the next. My husband kept calling. Finally a lady connected us with Brian and stayed on the line. Brian gave us the runaround and we ended up getting no where again. No help from A+ services either. Monday came, Brian showed up acting defensive when I questioned him where the original bill was, he said it was emailed to my dad, it's paperless. I told him that's funny, because my dad doesn't have an email.
I could keep going. But I'm not going to. I'm really upset what this company did to us and how they failed to help.

These people had the equipment needed to remove the tarmac from the driveway, dig the hole, spot the cracked pipe and make the upgraded repair, refill the hole properly in the astonishingly short time. I was very impressed by the awesome attitude and diligence. They accepted my military discount and I am very thankful for their services.

Had a line on my water heater break and called for repair expecting to pay an arm and a leg for repairs they weren't able to come that day but the next day had two very professional employees come look at the tank and came to the conclusion it was just a loose connection in the line which they tightened and were in and out in ten minutes and on top of that didnt charge me a dime because it was such a quick easy fix will definitely recommend and use their services again

After having a very bad experience with American Septic in Milton, WA 6 months ago, I would never recommend anyone use them however we just sold our house (2 days ago) and called A+ Septic at the recommendation of our neighbor yesterday and they were out this afternoon pumping our septic tank. Chris and Corby were simply AWESOME with their vast knowledge, friendliness and GREAT prices/value for this service. A+ was highly recommended by our neighbor and we have just recommended them to our friends also selling their house. They as well are having A+ pump their septic tank pumped tomorrow. A+ is the only company I will/would recommend if you need your septic pumped.

$180 Extra charge for 5 minutes of shoveling In soft soil.
I had 1 dug down to the plate, and they still charged $60.

($60 per lid)

I HIGHLY recommend digging up your own lids before they pump your Septic.

I won’t use them again because $180 for 5-10 minutes seems very unreasonable to me.

Other than that, they were Efficient, on time, and did the job I expected.
I gave an extra star because it is probably my fault for not knowing Any better.

An outdoor faucet at our rental house cracked and sprung a leak on a Saturday evening after winter storm had frozen the pipe. A+ was the only company that would answer my call, and they were there Sunday morning to get it fixed and turn the water to the house back on. Thank you Ron and John for helping us out!

Predatory services
A+ was called to help my mother in law and her elderly mother fix an issue with an electrical circuit that was not working properly. It turns out that a GFCI had been tripped causing other outlets that were wired up down the line to not work. An easy fix was to reset the GFCI. They charged $80 to come out and fix it, which is understandable. However when asked what the problem was and how it was fixed they refused to share this information unless grandma was willing to fork over another $80! This is predatory behavior, A+ should be ashamed of this behavior and for this, A+ gets an F-.

Chris and Carlos were on Site within 90 minutes of my call to A+ regarding tank(s) backing up in house. 2-1/2 hours from call to back in service. Top notch service. 3rd time utilizing them and they will be who we call for next time.

The gentleman that came to our house today to pump and inspect our septic were kind, helpful and patient with me. I had no idea where the septic was and they found it with ease and were very kind. Great work! Thank you for your guys’ service!

I recently had to have my septic pump replaced, (which is never pleasant). Jason came out and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jason and A+ Services!

We had our septic drained and risers put in. We had issues and discussed with the company.
They first pumped and after they said they could do the risers on Monday then they said not until Wednesday then I had to call to find out if they were coming only to be told not until late due to the previous job, then called later and said not until Thursday. They get here they put in the risers, it takes an hour. I see the mess they left and called the shop.  They called the guys which came and talked to me saying the pumper should've let me know the dirt was my responsibility. They didn't even fill in the dirt correctly. I just went out there and stepped in the area around the risers and sunk some.
We were told repeatedly that they were going to give us a $100 refund (even though it was just a drop in the bucket compared to what we paid) and NEVER received it. We have called a couple of times and were told we would receive this. It was neither credited to the card nor was it sent to us via check. Truly disappointed

They didn't make it the First day BUT showed up the Next day apologized for not being there on,Time and 2 days later Cleaned Pumped Inspection Complete and filed all the paperwork Great Folks

I used A+ for septic service at my rental house in Jan 2020. When my renters complained of the septic backing up in Aug 2021, I called A+ to ask questions and inquire about service. Brian noted that the problem was most likely the filter being clogged - it can be hosed off quite easily by the renter. That solved the problem! Thank you to Brian and A+ for the assistance and great customer service!

We had an appointment two Saturdays in a row and they never showed up. Last Saturday they called at 11:30 to say the driver never showed up. This Saturday we were supposed to have an 8am appointment, they promised first slot because of the missed appointment last week. When they did not show up at 8:30, we called. They said their servers were down and would call us back. We’ve tried to calling several times and each time they’ve picked up the phone, put it down and then hung up. Very unprofessional.

The gentleman who came out was very friendly and respectful. We live in a watershed area and had to get our septic tank pumped. Our tank is brand new. (3 years old) When we called we got quoted for the price of the inspection and the pumping. The man who gave the quote never mentioned the filter price. Or that that might be something they need to replace.
We expected the amount to be what we were quoted. The gentleman who came, “talked” is into a filter and treatment for $300 more than the quote. It happened so quickly that my husband didn’t know how to react. So when I came out and the gentleman was trying to explain the filter (on our brand new tank) and treatment and why it was needed the deed was already done. I am a little frustrated that it cost so much to get it pumped with the filter and treatment cost. He made sound like it was something we needed to keep our tank good. But was it needed? I am sure it could have been declined but everything happened so quickly that we didn’t have time to think. I do like this company but they need to be more upfront about what we might expect their “sales men” to talk us into. I emailed them to ask if there was any rebate or coupon since the price was way more than expected but we never received a reply back.

Reliable, professional and courteous. We have used other septic services in the past but no more! They will give you an honest assessment of your system, no oversell; and will get the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Jason!
