Great communication from the business before and after the inspection. Easy to book online, but when I called with a question, their receptionist was eager to assist, and even gave me some recommendations for an outside septic inspector. Kyle, our home inspector, did a thorough job, was very polite, arrived early, and gave us a much better insight into what we might be buying than we could have gleaned on our own. I will happily call them again when we're ready to make another offer on a home.

Our inspector Kyle Brose was available quickly after we made an offer on a house. He did a thorough job and was available to answer questions during the inspection.
The inspection report, with color pictures, was in my email about an hour after Kyle concluded the inspection. I remember reports taking a day or two before they were available.
This is the second time I had Kyle inspect a house in a month. The previous house deal fell through because of serious concerns raised during the inspection.
