Worst business I have dealt with in my entire life (worse than trying to get your insurance to pay!!!) They first did a small roof repair. 6 months later leaked. I then had enough money to do my whole roof and they said they would give me a major discount. Came and did the job the next week. Lied about how much materials they used (double or tripped up on the plywood) Didn't give me my promised discount until I started talking to a lawyer.
The 20k bid turned into 32k without telling me at any point!!!! The desk lady yelled at me when I questioned the bill and said "Sir we are very profitable company." and "You better go get your lawyer!"
This is not a locally owned company and please get extra bids and please make sure you go over every detail and get everything in writing, they lie every step of the way.
Good if you need a job done fast regardless of price and don't care if it takes two times to all your leaks fixed.
We are extremely happy with our new roof from A-1! Hayden was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous and professional throughout the process. Our old roof was 23 years old, and in addition to new shingles, needed replacement of some 2x6’s, sheets of plywood, fascia cover flashing, as well as all gutters/downspouts and gutter guards. Hayden was very helpful, going over all our replacement options and patiently answering our questions. He was very knowledgeable and was great about calling and texting us throughout, from start to finish.
The crew of workers on our job, led by Jose, were all polite and friendly, as well as enthusiastic and very hard-working. Thank you, guys. We appreciate you all very much.
