Although quick with service, they were short and overall rude and treated me like I knew nothing like how most men treat women when it comes to cars. They damaged my car and told me that they didn't and told me that the window needed calibrated (which I even took my vehicle to Chehalis even though for another reason they looked at the window). Honda told me it was because what ever they did they did wrong and allowed for the top window seal to roll inward and so the window was hitting the seal and then the safety feature wouldn't allow it to auto close due to the seal being out of place. Not only this, I went to the other glass repair shop in town afterwards to try and fix the problem they created and find out that not only did they damage my vehicle they also WAY OVERLY up charge me for the part costing me nearly $370 which glass guy would have been less than $200 and they take before and after photos to show you that they don't damage your vehicle. Will never recommend glass doctor to anyone.

The windshield replacement was replaced in the specified time frame and was professionally installed. My vehicle is a 2003 Chevy Astro passenger van. Well done guys!

Glass Dr. investigation into water leak in Ford van to be roof rack screws through roof... And so, it was... Allowing owner to remove subject screws... Have you ever seen subject screws?... I applied Teflon tape (plumbers) to ea screw and re attached roof rack... Fixed the leak.. thank you much, Glass Doctor....

I had my FJ window replaced they never put in clips on one side broke a couple more and didn't put the side cows on good enough so one flew off down the road now it's going to cost me another $200 to get it fixed That's just for the parts they said go find a cow that was missing and will put it together do I trust them to do it right they didn't do it the first time

Will never take my glass pains anywhere else. They got me in within a week to get my windshield fixed. My truck had some serious rust and even with an hour of them scrubbing was still at a decent price.

They don’t know what they’re doing at all.
They have one auto tech that is working, (he should not even be a tech, and was never properly trained). The owner of the company does not care one bit about his employees and only cares about his money. They are extremely unorganized and get cars sent back to them way more than they should. They don’t even have the proper tools to do the jobs, oh and don’t expect them to do mobiles (they don’t even have a van to do that with). I just would overall not go there very shady business that will only get things done on their own time. I would not recommend going here for a lick of anything, they will literally steal money from you they are price gouging like they’re life depends on it. Oh and don’t expect rust repair to actually be fully done (the autotech does not know what he’s doing nor has the proper tools for the job.

They answered the phone. Took all my information 10 minutes later called me back. Had me in the next morning at 8:00 a.m. Don't get better than that. Highly recommend.

30 degrees and window repair done on time. Great job and very professional. Good thing there was no wind just plastic and cardboard.
But not too happy with Cafe by Swanson store it took them an hour for hamburgers. They served regulars first. I won't go back! Hamburgers sucked.

I required replacement of our sliding glass patio door. I called several companies that did this type of replacement and I was not impressed until I met with the glass doctor of Aberdeen. I decided to hire them since the estimate was very reasonable and the timeframe for installation was quick. I am very happy with the results and was surprised with the workmanship down to the cleaning every smudge on the new glass. Thank you

Needed a larger custom sized window replaced on 2nd story.
1 guy to come out and measure for bid, 1hr drive time plus 1/2 hr bid. Then order or make, then schedule for 2 man job, 1hr plus drive time to westport and back, couple hrs replacement time and clean up. Back at the shop to unload unload and paperwork. That would be a 1500 -2000 dollar window in seattle. 675.00. More than fair. Support your local shops. Thanks for the great work. Sean

We made an appt. I was there a little before time. They got me in right away and it was affordable. It is hard to to see where the chips were. They did a great job.

I called them setup an appointment for a quote and they showed up the next morning. It took them about 5 minutes to come up with a quote (that was easy on the pockets.) not only did they fix my window in a timely manner for a great price they cleaned up the broken glass from the previous window without even asking them too
10/10 amazing price with amazing service

They replaced my windshield like in 2 1/2 hrs. I would go back if I need any windows for my truck

They were very nice and helpful a special window was broken out of the back of our travel trailer they had a heck of a time locating it but never gave up and kept in touch got the window installed will definitely use them again

Took a couple calls but then they got right on the job removing a large mirror, cutting it down and then coming back to reinstall. Very professional workers.

I called six months ago for a quote for an out-of-pocket replacement window when I called back to take it in Mike honored the quote he had given me even though the pricing has increased. My civic was happy, and so was I. Great place to do business with.

I broke one of my panes to my louvered window in my greenhouse. Just so happened to be safety glass. The guys at the Glass Doctor were very knowledgeable and promptly ordered what I needed and within a week I had my window pane in place and it was a perfect fit. Will definitely recommend this company and use them for any future needs I may have.

Mike took my call of distress about broken glass, result of a break in. I live over two hrs travel time from my building. He was understanding, assuring, and by the time I arrived the job was nearly complete and pricing was fair. I am going back for another project. I highly recommend this shop!

They were quick to work with me on a holiday week, got me in asap, fixed and on the road! Very communicative and friendly!

I was happy with the job and on time. But I am not happy with the price, Could have got the job done $300.00 cheaper and with the same quality work for the install of the two-house windows. The Glass Doctor was able to do it sooner. Instead of the two weeks for the other guys.
