Had a great experience with A-1. Levi came out to do an estimate for a full roof replacement. Very fair pricing. Answered all our questions and got the replacement scheduled as soon as possible during winter weather. Crew did the work in about a day and a half even though we have a complicated property to access. Overall a very easy process and took the stress out of having to get an entirely new roof.

Being an older, single lady, and needed roofing done, I was lost. Didn't know which way to turn. I called several roofing company's but none of them seemed more thorough and Trusting than A-1 Roofing. Brandon Anderson put me at ease, as he checked out the works! I found out that the previous owner sprayed the attic with white paint to cover up black mold, blocking/clogging up the air vents. I had no circulation. That was repaired/corrected and then we were able to take on the roof! Brandon went over everything step by step and made sure that I understood everything. He even replaced my skylights as part of the project, which I didn't even think about. Those too were old and cracked. He arrived the morning of the project, on time and with a smile. A-1 Roofing did the entire job in 2 days! They cleaned up everything each day. They were extremely professional, considerate and kind. Brandon made me feel like family. The cost was extremely reasonable according to the other 6 bids. I'd definitely recommend Brandon Anderson and A-1 Roofing for anyone's roofing needs! Thank You Brandon and A-1 Roofing! We am so happy that we chose A-1 Roofing out of Port Orchard to do our new roof. I did a lot of analysis and comparison shopping on roofers and roofing materials before finally meeting Jeff from A-1. I could tell that he was knowledgeable, but also that I could be confident he would be involved throughout the process. We knew we would need a new roof when we bought our home, but I was concerned about what additional work may be needed once they pulled the old roof off. We really couldn't wait months to get this done and we needed it fixed right, not just covered over to get done quickly. A-1's crew was fantastic and work very well together. They showed up on time (even driving to Bainbridge) and worked long days. They made sure that all the problem areas got fixed right and cleaned up all around the house each day. I would say they really went over and above the entire time and were still done within budget and in 4 days. The attitude of the crew was top notch. Diligent, hard-working, service oriented and respectful. I would definitely recommend A-1 in Port Orchard for your next roof job and I look forward to learning what else they do as we will always call them first.

They showed up on time. All worked together great and got the job done really fast. My whole roof which is pretty big, too all done in two days. My parents got their roof done by them a few years ago and loved them too.

It was a challenging job due to irregular roof shape and levels. Jeff, the estimator was always prompt, accommodating, and professional. The crew was amazing and cleaned up carefully. We highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of A-1 Roofing. They roofed a rental property for me that had a roof on it that wasn't that old but had been failing because of faulty installation. They had to re-sheet the roof, determined in the estimate, and they did an excellent job on both the roofing and the re-sheeting. I will definitely use them in them for future projects.

Rebutting David Shope's review. A-1 Roofing was sent out by the Owner. You must be a Renter. I would take up your complaint to Owner, they knew they were out there. I know for a fact that A-1 Roofing is one of the Best roofing companies in the area. Their Estimators and workers are some of the best in their field. Also they stand behind their work.

Just came up to house for appointment, did not knock on door, did not let us know they were here, just started climbing on our roof. They're lucky I didn't hurt someone on accident, nor did I have my dog outside....
This not bothering to knock or say Hi is something new to the roofing guys.
In addition they blocked my driveway and truck from being able to leave... This is very unprofessional.

I'm a local property manager and use A-1 on a regular basis. The negative reviewers may have just caught them on bad days.
