Hanley has excellent customer service and were able to inspect the roof within a few days and provided a written report with lots of photos and a quote for the proposed work. They recommended repairs to the roof rather than replacing the entire thing and went over everything line by line. They scheduled the work quickly and left the job site clean. I will be using them for future work and plan to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The people who came were very thorough and efficient in the work they did. They watered down the plants around the house or covered them with tarps to prevent any damage. It was a lot of work and they did it well. I would use them again.

Seemed very honest and upfront with our situation. Other quotes felt disingenuous and had a lot of salesmanship claiming our roof was garbage despite it being 2 years old. Great quality work, came earlier than scheduled and was a pleasure to work with the entire time.

I used Hanley for repair of storm damage when a tree sliced into the roof of my house. They repaired the roof, gutter, and some trusses. Everything looks great and color matched well. Crew was very professional. The only area for improvement was forecasting the date for repairs. It was originally 5-6 weeks to work to us through backlog, and ended up at 7.5 weeks. When I called at 6 weeks, the prediction was within a week. The final notice was 24 hours before they arrived.

Damien contacted us moments after submitting a request and came out the same day to provide an estimate for roof and gutter cleaning. The cost was very competitive and the crew that came was polite and efficient and did a great job! The roof looks

Best experience ever. They came out and gave me an estimate made the appointment and were on time. They did an amazing job and installed an amazing skylight with a solar powered shade! I also had them repair my roof and do the roofmax treatment to extendited its life.

I have used Roof-Maxx in the past and it did wonders for my roof. I wanted it retreated again and Hanley Construction is the local company in Kitsap County doing that service. I called them and they sent out an estimator within a few days to examine my roof and give me a quote. The final quote was emailed to me the next day. A few days later I was called to say that there was a team in my area and they could do the initial cleaning of the roof that day. The team showed up and were very polite, professional and explained all that was to be done. They did a great job. A week or so later I was called and told that the Roof-Maxx team was available the next day for me. I agreed and it was scheduled. The team showed up on time, again were very polite, explained all that was to be done, and got to work. When complete they checked out with me and let me know that everything was fine and complete. They made sure the area was clean, which it was as they did not make any messes, and departed. I have to say this was an easy company to work with. They were courteous, prompt in both showing up for appointments, and scheduling. I highly recommend using Hanley Construction if you want your roof treated and get a 5 year extension on the life of your roof covering.

The company replaced a small section of composite roof with a metal roof. The price was reasonable. The crew was on time, and did an excellent job. The tear-off revealed old tatty insulation. Instead of leaving the old, the crew was accommodating enough to allow me to run out to buy new insulation. I very much appreciated that. I can recommend this company without reservation.

Once again, our experience working with the Hanley Construction crews was exceptional. They arrived in a timely fashion, set about removing deadfall from winter storms and efficiently cleaned all 4 roof systems before sprinkling on baking soda. We were away in Florida during a heavy wind storm. Our HOA office contacted us about a branch that had speared into our roof. Living in western Washington, I was concerned about potential rain storms in the area. Fortunately, I contacted Hanley Construction and they were able to temporarily repair the problem the very next morning. The repair work on my garage roof was beyond excellent. The only reason for the four star was the time it took to come repair the gutter. Both were damaged by a falling tree. I understand the reasons for the delay but was frustrated by it while in the process of trying to sell my house.

This is the second house where we’ve contracted with Hanley Roofing to repair/replace a roof. There was a leak due to faulty original construction of an add-on to the house where a place collected water and then rotted the area underneath. This repair was done quickly and throughly (adjusting the way the roof sheds water!) with full clean up afterwards. We highly recommend them!!
