These folks cleaned our roof in Tacoma. They were prompt, careful, and even fixed a damaged pipe boot (extra cost, but not much). The price for the cleaning and powder treatment was among the lower bids we got.

They did an awesome job converting my bathroom tubular skylight into a conventional air-venting skylight. Very satisfied with the job, highly recommended!

We needed a very simple small job done in the middle of peak roofing season. Very few roofing companies returned voicemails let alone answered the phone to see if we could get the job done. Chris answered the phone, walked us through our options, and gave us a very reasonable price. The team got the job done on a very tight deadline. I’m very happy with the work by this company. I had a fairly large project with a roof needed for a two story house plus carport and shop. The rates were reasonable, the crew was hard working and considerate about cleaning up, and did good work. We found some rotted wood under the roof and the additional cost to repair that was reasonble too. Pretty much everything you want in a roofer. Would defintely use them again.

I'm absolutely blown away by Next Level Roofing! After coming back from a 6-month business trip, I found a leak in my roof that had caused some water damage to my ceiling. I called numerous places up, but didn’t seem to get any promising responses except by Chris, who quickly swung by to check it out and gave me a quote. He didn't just stop there; he also pointed out other weak spots in the roof.

Since my roof was pretty old, I asked for quotes for both fixing it and replacing the whole thing. Chris's prices were great, so I decided to go all out and get a brand new roof (and had a ridge vent installed instead of the old exhaust fans). Plus, I needed it done fast - I had an engagement party in just 5 days!

Chris Kuhn is awesome. He did my grandmothers roof. (Viola) All the workers were polite. He gave her the cheapest bid and it was great quality. He finished her roof in one day working 8:30am- 6:45pm. He broke down the price and walked her through everything. Couldn’t recommend him enough. He recommended someone to repair my roof when I needed it done quickly and did my dad’s roof as well in the past.

Chris was great! I moved into my home a couple of years ago and it had a new roof on it! Well during the heavy rains this year I started getting some soggy drywall around my chimney. You can bet I was not excited about it! Chris came out quickly even though he knew it was a small job, and took care of me the same day. First time in my life replacing roof and I'm glad we got Chris doing the job! We had a 20+ yr old roof with damage and it was September that we decided to replace it. I had a great experience with Chris + NLR. My roof was very, very old, and though I originally contacted them about repairs we agreed that a new roof would be safer to prevent further damage (after a very transparent conversation, there was absolutely no pressure). They happened to have an opening that weekend that coincided with some decent weather, but I was going to be out of town. That wasn't an issue and I returned home to an almost completed roof + new skylights. No banging or mess for me, I went away for a few days and came home to a beautiful roof. There has been several major storms since and I love that I don't have to worry about my ceiling dripping anymore. Chris was extremely trustworthy and I was completely comfortable going out of town while him and his crew worked on my house.

Chris and his team has went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family to have our house ready in time for our appraisal. I cannot say enough good words about this company. We will use them again in the future. Replaced our bathroom exhaust vents that were done poorly by another company and after a full week of rain I can say for sure they did it right.

Chris and his crew repaired the valley part of a roof that was leaking (where two sections of roof come together) because the valley was not installed properly using water and ice barriers and flashing. Chris was able to complete the work before it rained again (as promised) and I am very pleased with the job he and his crew did. I highly recommend Next Level Roofing.

These folks came through after a shoddy temp fix by a different company that didnt actually fix anything. Not only did they fix it but they were asking quesrions to fully understand my needs and ended up coming next day to do more intensive work ( remove chimney top entirely as it was previously decommed) and at a price lower than the different company quoted for half the work!

First, I need to preface with the fact that I’ve not always had the most pleasant experience with contractors. Not only do they all seem to be impossible to reach or get a timely response from, the ones that do respond are often booked out for months!

That being said, Chris Kuhn had such a fast response time (actually answered when I called) and was out to my house within hours. Thankfully, our roof repair was a relatively easy fix and Chris was out within 24 hours of making the service request! Seriously could have not been faster and absolutely efficient. The work was done within a few hours and am now confident we should not need to worry about further leaks! As someone who has a fear of water intrusion, this is a big deal to me!

Chris and his team did a great job installing our new metal roof. His bid was reasonable from the start, addressed any possible issues they might run in to and actually finished up UNDER BID! After many failed attempts at hiring someone to come inspect our PVC membrane roof, Chris at Next Level Roofing was the only one to come through. Apart from his impeccable responsiveness, we also found him to be very knowledgeable about our roofing type. before calling Chris, I had spoken with several other roofing companies that I was impressed with however, Chris went above and beyond explaining intricate details helping me understand what the best alternative was with my roof replacement. Teaching me many things that I didn’t know previously.
In addition to this, Chris gave me an idea that changed the look and direction of our entire roof project extraordinarily he recommended installing a metal roof which made our exterior look better than anything we’ve done to our house before this. I should have taken a before and after photo, but they responded so quickly that I forgot to.
My roof was damaged from a tether that was used to anchor my power supply cord to the house. Instead of supporting the pole on my roof, the tether pulled my roofing up from the plywood which created a leak, allowing my insulation to get exposed to the elements. Zak explained the problem to me, he was meticulous when he pulled off sheets of singles to inspect the problem area, assessed the problem and repaired it in just over an hour. I couldn't believe how much he got done that quickly. Will definitely reccomend and hire again when needed!

These guys did a top notch job. They did my neighbor's roof and I was impressed when they stopped and safeguarded the roof when the rain started coming down and then came back to finish that same day! The roof looked great so I asked for a quote, talked over the problems with the carport and learned about a few other problems that needed attention. I received a quote that I felt was fair and we set up a time /date. Then the week of rains started. I called to see if we should reschedule and received a return call within hours. We waited(to see what the weather was going to do) skipped the original day and they were here the next.The job was completed in one day all the fixes we discussed were done and after the rip off of the original roof some other things got taken care of that needed to be done. I can't say enough about this company they are professional, take pride in their work and do a great job for a reasonable price.

Best roofing contractor around that you should all be using. Lots of choices When it comes to your next roof, but for me it was a simple one.

You really don’t need to consider anyone else as I met with 4 others and can say this was and is the right one.

What more can you ask for, he offered a very fair estimate, did more then he said he would and made sure everything was perfect before he left.
