My elderly parents needed a roof replacement and we chose to have Port Orchard roofing come to give them a bid. When Riley arrived, there was already another roofing contractor here. Riley patiently waited for the other contractor to get done with their bid.
When the other company was done, Riley went out of his way to be extremely thorough, and detailed. Which I was specifically impressed by, seeing how there was another contractor here when he arrived. I felt like my scheduling had ruined his opportunity to give a proper bid. But I was wrong, not only did he take his time, he also had demonstrations of the shingles that would be used, and pointed out many things can simply be fixed in the process, and I couldn't agree more on the problems he was able to point out with the roof. (I have been in construction for 23 years). His prices were completely reasonable compared to any other company, without question. I was very pleased with the work he wanted to get done (which was above and beyond anything anyone else had suggested)
Riley had his crew arrive on time, and in large form, ready to go!! These guys knocked it out of the park!!!!! They cleared the roof in one day, and finished it the second, with no hiccups, questions or "other routes we'll have to take" as I've heard from OTHER companies. They had a CREW of guys out here to ensure they were done on time!! They replaced EVERYTHING and also replaced all of the sheathing that wasn't doing great on the overhang.
In the end, I will DEFINITELY be recommending Port Orchard roofing for ALL roofing problems I have in the future. If I could give then a 10 put of 10, I would.

On time, great company. Great estimate...The best of any company I had submit estimates. The work was done correctly. Any contact with the company has been really good, and timely responses. The cleanup was good. It was windy during tear off, so I'm finding bits and pieces of paper, but nothing too bad. I would highly recommend this company for my roofing needs. I was super picky choosing a company and very happy I chose this company. They did everything right.

Port Orchard Roofing did a wonderful job on our new roof. We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work they did. They showed incredible attention to detail in all aspects of the job and worked non-stop in completing the tear off, installation of the flashing, underlayment, new shingles, and completing custom work around our chimney. They were respectful of our property at all times and cleaned up well after the job. Would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

We entertained five bids to re- roof our two story house. Based on the written bid, the presentation, and what the work order entailed, we chose Port Orchard Roofing for our house. During the process we were kept updated on weather changes impacting the job and most importantly...the cleanup and care for the plants/shrubs surrounding our house was super! Crew was friendly and do diligent during the entire process. I just wish the weather had been less than ugly. Good job PO Roofing.

Port Orchard Roofing did several projects at my home. They treated the roof with Roofmax, removed 12 skylights, repaired a damaged section of roof, and completely reroofed my carport as well as replaced most of the carport decking due to water damage. Port Orchard Roofing completed a reroofing of my home on 9/24/2024. Matt and the crew provided superior workmanship and completed the tear off and reroofing job in one day. The crew arrived early in the morning and continued working until finished. The crew took great care to protect my property and completely cleaned up before leaving.

I contacted 3 roofing companies on-line to give me an estimate on replacing the shingles on my roof. Port Orchard Roofing was the only company to call me. They called me within a few minutes of requesting the estimate. Although they were not the cheapest, they had a good bid and they were always a phone call away. they did a vey professional job and the roof looks great.

I had an old satellite dish that needed removal and that roof area restored, along with some other very minor fixes. Port Orchard Roofing did the minor fixes during their estimate visit and got me on the schedule for the satellite dish removal. Communication was good, work was done on time and the price was fair. I appreciated their work for such a small project!

Port Orchard Roofing replaced the roofs for our two sheds, one of which was leaking. They removed existing roofing materials and installed the new roofs. They did a fantastic job. Port Orchard Roofing recently did some work on our roof to prevent squirrels from continuing to get into various spacious spaces (not the attic thankfully!) and nest. The work was scheduled promptly and completed well. While on the roof, Mike identified additional potential places the squirrels might get in and took care of them without increasing the cost of the job. Just had Port Orchard Roofing replace roof and gutters on house and detached garage, and could not be more pleased with their service and delivery. Bid for a certainteed roof system was much cheaper than several local competitors, and they fit us in much faster than others. The team showed up when promised, finished the roof in less than 2 days, and did an excellent job. They fixed a long standing vent issue, cleaned up after themselves, and left our house looking like new. Give Riley and his team a chance at your roofing project - you will not be disappointed!!!

We had a leak in our roof (with water coming through a fixture in our ceiling) and contacted Port Orchard Roofing and an inspection and fix was completed before the day was done. Mike who came for the inspection was so personable, patient and knowledgeable that my wife said it restored her faith in mankind. (we had had a string disappointments in various services provided by other organizations). Mike not only did a thorough inspection but made the fix the same day. We received no charge as the inspection visit is free, and the fix was considered part of the inspection visit. We cannot recommend them more highly and they will be our first choice for any future roofing concerns.

The Port Orchard Roofing team were professionals from the estimate to the installation. They got things done on time, in good order, and re-installed a satellite dish as requested. Price was right in line with other estimates and they did a great job. Very happy with their work.

We had contracted to have the roof on our 2-storey home replaced by Port Orchard Roofing towards the end of May. However, they called the first week in May and said they were ready to proceed. Despite the fact that I had just come home from a hospital stay and was still pretty ill, we decided to just go ahead.

It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. From the start, the job was handled with absolute professionalism. The precision with which the job was executed was flawless; each person knew his job and all worked together in an efficient and almost-rhythmic manner. I had not slept for days in hospital; during the installation, I actually was able to take a nap. Over a period of two and a half days, repairs were made, plastic vents were replaced with strong metal, an old cable TV dish was removed, gutters that were no longer viable were removed and a beautiful new roof was installed. A week later, new gutters were speedily placed and the existing gutter guards re-installed. Throughout the entire job, all debris and litter was swiftly and regularly cleaned up.. Every person involved in the job with whom we had contact was polite, helpful and responsive. Without complaint, they worked tirelessly through one day of dreadful wet, windy weather.

Came across Port Orchard Roofing when they did a neighbor's roof a couple of years ago. I asked Riley to look at our roof. He told me it should be good for a few more years.

A little over a year ago I contacted Riley about roofing a friend's house; and giving a bid on our roof. They did her house and quoted a price for my roof.

I contacted them a couple of months ago to get put on their schedule. They just completed the work and did it for the price bid over a year ago.

These three are composition shingles. Another neighbor just had Port Orchard Roofing install a metal roof on their house. All four jobs were done quickly and with no issues. They all look great.

I've been around the construction trades for decades. That being said, I received four quotes for a new roof and Port Orchard Roofing gave the best price and timeline. Their crew was hard working and conscientious. The estimator was great about explaining the newer technology for venting and didn't over sell his company. It almost felt like I was dealing with a neighbor rather than a company. So the bottom line is: Low pressure sales, excellent pricing, excellent workmanship, on time and no surprise additional charges at the end. I'd highly recommend them.

Update to my original review. I have changed my experience from 5 stars to 1 star. I had them do two houses and on one of the houses one of the workers must have used air to clear out the gutters in some way, not completely sure what happened. I did not notice this for several months as I travel outside the state often and this is a rental property. Once this was discovered I asked Port Orchard Roofing to come out and take a look because it clearly looked like something was done wrong. First person came out and said it wasn't them. So I thought that was odd. When I was able to go to the property, I walked around and could clearly see there was an issue as it was in various spots around the house. So I called again. And again. And again. Oh yeah and again. Multiple voicemails. Finally, Riley randomly showed up to the property without telling me and said he thinks he knows what's wrong and that my gutters need to be cleaned and that's what caused it but he agreed that they will still clean under the eaves. He said someone will be there on a Friday to do it. Well he then canceled that and then ignored further efforts to contact him and did not reschedule. So we cleaned the gutters upon his recommendation. Got a small amount of debris, less than half of a 5 gallon bucket between two houses. Also found a lot of roofing debris and shingle paper in the gutters (which is included in the 5 gallon bucket), oh and a tool left behind by the roofers in the gutter, neat! I didn't bring it up originally since I thought it was an anomaly, but they also left a satellite dish hanging off the side of the house and a bag of hardware on top of the roof for me to take care of after taking $24,000. Appreciate it!
