Recently hired them to replace a roof. From our initial conversation to completion of the job, our experience could not have been better. We were kept apprised every step of the way. Crew arrived on time. Everyone was extremely professional as well as personable. Work was exemplary! They took great care to prevent damage to plantings around both structures being worked on and kept entire area free from debris. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend. Great job, guys!

Kelvin and company performed a roof replacement. There was a lot of damaged wood replaced also. He and his crew are very hard workers. They cleaned up the mess really well. The roof looks great. Kelvin took the time to explain the product and the process. Other contractors did not take the time do this. His pricing is very competitive, and I would recommend having him come by for an estimate. He also responded very quickly to phone calls and text I sent with questions. I highly recommend KD Contractors. Kelvin and crew are friendly and very respectful.

Kelvin and his crew fixed a roof leak next to the dormer for us and we are completely satisfied with the whole experience. I am so grateful that we crossed paths with KD Contractor. We are new homeowners, and our roof needed some pretty extreme repair. We contacted 4 companies for a quote for repair or replacement. Kelvin was very responsive, personable, and professional. He reviewed our roof, provided my husband with pictures, and gave a quote with a price match guarantee for roof replacement. Although we received a much better rate from a different company, we went with KD Contractor. Kelvin was upfront and advised what we needed now and in the future. My husband chose him because he had a good feeling about him. On the morning of the appointment, Kelvin texted when he was on his way. When they were finished, they cleaned up afterward. He showed me before and after pictures (hubby was at work). I understood why my husband chose him over the other companies. He felt more like the good guy next door than a contractor we'd just met. Because it was a repair and not a replacement, he discussed what we should expect from the old shingles that were still in place and emphasized the need to have the roof replaced within the next 2 years. We talked more about other services he offers. I am excited. We have a contractor that we trust with reasonable rates for our ever growing to-do list. I was extremely pleased with KD Contractor LLC, and we plan to use them for our home repairs and upgrades in the future.

I've had Kelvin out twice and he is the most honest and reliable contractor I have worked with. He takes his time doing his inspections be be sure he is finding the source of the problem, explains his findings thoroughly with photo evidence, and gives a very fair estimate for his work.
On top of it all; he is easy to schedule with, on time every time, and one of the nicest people I have worked with. Happy to trust him with my home repairs!

We called Kelvin to come take a look at a spot on my roof that was leaking, and he was able to come out that same day. He went up on the roof, took lots of pictures, then came down and showed/explained what he had found. Based on the overall condition, I decided to go ahead and get a new roof rather than just fix the one spot. The work was completed today, exactly one week later. Kelvin was communicative throughout, keeping me up to date on what was happening and answering all of our questions. He and his team were right on time and did an incredible job, not just on the roof itself, but also the clean-up afterwards. While I'm sure there's bound to be a stray nail out there SOMEWHERE, we couldn't find one. He also sent me pictures taken throughout the process today and explained what we were looking at. It is clear that he and his team take pride in their work, and they definitely went above and beyond in so many ways. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you need a new roof/roof repair, definitely give them a call!

Not sure why they don't have reviews but their work is amazing. They are responsive, one-time, and give you accurate and fair estate on work. I tried to simply get quotes from other contractors and it was a hassle. They came over and did a free inspection, provided pictures, and a quote within a few hours. Will hire again.
