Good Ole Boys Auto Care

I was recommended to good Ole boys because I called Joy automotive and they were over booked. They recommended good Ole boys.
The place is completely run down and looks like something you'd see in the hills of Mayberry where the city has all of 300 residents and the mechanic is also the sheriff. You know what I'm talking about.

It looks like a shady hole in the wall you should avoid at all cost.

Looks are absolutely deceiving when it comes to this business.
The front desk is full of energy and an absolute hoot. She will have you cracking up if you actually have a sense of humor.

The mechanics know what they're doing and they're honest. He's not going to rip you off.
I've had my vehicle for 7 years and other than basic maintenance I've never done anything to it. I took it there for a full out inspection. All that needed done was a few lights replaced and an oil change.
Less than $200! Even my husband was like "that's really reasonable! Especially since an oil change alone with high mileage and a new filter is $70. They looked absolutely everything over, changed a few lights AND the oil change for $180"
I have a truck in Texas I'll be bringing home. It's been sitting for 2 and a half years. You can bet these guys will be making it run!

Paid to have my fuel system replaced and they replaced it but it still leaks as well as paying for a new ebrake cable to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have tried calling and using FB Messenger to get ahold of them with no success.Also paid for a new fuel pump but a new one was never installed. Con artist. Would not recommend.

Let me tell you all about. (good old boys auto repair shop) in Radcliff behind Payless muffler.

I had a 7.3 Diesel no start issue. The people
over there were super polite. It's a husband and wife. They were able to get me in there fixed the issue and consistently kept me updated.

The main mechanic that works there is extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issue in detail and found other issues and advised me the best affordable plan of action.

After it was all said and done only charged me $350. That was part's + labor and got the truck running smooth.

The guy is a real down-to-earth guy. He's not trying to get rich only trying to make a decent living by helping people. Good karma will be coming his way.

It's hard to find decent people that do good business. This is one of them!!!

I got quoted by c t power in e town a minimum of $200hr in shop labor. It probably would have cost me a minimum of $1,200. ‍☠️ I'm not trying to knock them to each their own. I'm just letting you know the facts.

Don't go to these people! I have a 2001 Ford Mustang Convertible they were suppose to replace engine, paint the car, and replace the Convertible top. I purchased all the parts. They replaced the engine over a year ago. They've had our car for 1yr and a half. They told me they'd have it done end of the month. That was September 2023. Been 5 months and I went over there Monday February 19th 20024. My Convertible top isn't fixed nor is it painted. It's sitting outside with tarp over it getting rained on the inside. They don't take care of people's vehicles. Don't go there I REPEAT DON'T GO THERE!

The boys know what they are doing. They helped me out with stuff from drilling new holes for hatchback shocks to fixing bad wiring that was causing my tail light fuse to blow. The boys are so good that the many skilled mechanics in Hardin County referred me to them. I will love to continue working with them!

Drove 1400+ miles from TX to KY. The Boys checked and serviced my car. Very knowledgeable crew there, was in and out and they spotted definitely fixed an issue that could've cost me alot. Very grateful they took care of it
