I brought my truck in due to a tow in(mind you with the tow truck the whole time and watched them load it and unload it) after completing my work at 802 Toyota I went to pick up truck and noticed a HUGE dent on the side of my truck(they backed my truck into something at the dealership) they told me they were never notified of the dent and told me it’s not there problem if I want it fixed to call my insurance company(which would have insurance policy rate skyrocket and company would drop me) I know insurance companies all to well. 802 Toyota ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SCUMMEST GROUP OF PPL I EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH to anyone reading this STAY AWAY FROM 802 TOYOTA that is if u care about your vehicle

Dylan Otis got me into my dream 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro this past weekend, and I honestly never imagined a car-buying experience could be this easy! He was incredibly responsive, relaxed, and never once made me feel pressured. The team at 802 Toyota went above and beyond to make sure I drove away not just with the truck I wanted, but with a huge smile on my face. 802 Toyota showed us a red 2018 RAV4 with 37k miles that looked nice on the outside but appeared quite rusted underneath. The vehicle also made a clicking/thudding noise when turning the wheel to the left on a test drive. The sales team showed us the Car Fax report and said the issues identified would be fixed by their mechanics and that the price was non-negotiable given how much money it would cost them to fix it ($6k). Once the repairs were complete, we test drove it to an independent mechanic who immediately identified that the rust issue was so severe that the car wouldn't pass inspection by next year and suggested we not purchase the car. Thank God my husband and I got it in writing that the deposit check would be fully refunded if we weren't satisfied. The manager gave us a refund check, but no one owned up to why they were trying to sell a piece of rusted junk. If the salesman wasn't aware of the issue, why did their mechanics lie, or why didn't the manager acknowledge that a breakdown in honesty or communication occurred? Their claims that they only sell good vehicles to uphold their reputation are complete and utter nonsense. Don't go to this dealership if you can at all help it.

I showed up unannounced on a Saturday with engine check light issues and they took care of my issues right away. They resolved the problem quickly and everyone was pleasant and easy to deal with. They have a great service staff

Have had bad experiences at the Toyota dealerships in Manchester NH and in Gorham NH - my friends visiting from FL took their Toyota Truck for warranty service while visiting, said 802Toyota was great so I went and MUST AGREE --- Great experience. Having purchased six Toyota's in my life I will work with this dealership for my next upgrade someday!

My overall experience with 802 Toyota was great. I believe that the primary reason was due to Phil Heinz. From my first stop to look at cars to the day I picked up my Prius, Phil was great to work with. In my opinion he went beyond just being my salesperson, he was personable, sincerely interested and answered all my questions. He was great in helping the buyers of my older car with the transfer. Ask for Phil if you are shopping for a car, you won’t be disappointed. Oh yes, and I love my new car.

Overall terrible experience with sales EVERY TIME. The first suv I bought with cash over 20k and even after being told it went through the shop and was ready to go it required months of work time and time again.
If not for the $3k extended warranty I would have been out over 10k in repairs like control arms, struts, exhaust parts, sway bar links. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and would recommend Heritage and not be swindled. AVOID PAUL WALSH AT ALL COSTS. He will lie to you and sadly he’s a finance manager ugggg

We were sold a lemon . Bought a 2013 VW Passat for my son to go back and forth to college with. It's been in the shop more than anything. We're waiting for the engine to go. Most likely any time now. The first time something went wrong with it 802 stated they could not help us with it take it to VW dealership. It was a 6 month wait. No car. It snowballed after that. So no, I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from these folks. Looking for a new car to buy and pay off this one. Not happy.

I had an appointment with 802 Toyota, and had a family emergency pop up just days before. Tony was exceptional in helping me through my (needed) repair appointment even in the midst of my personal crisis, and was very reassuring. I was out and back to my family as quickly as possible with care and compassion. Thank you all for being so flexible.

Steve Reese who is the service and parts manager goes the distance in getting your car repaired. After 4 and half decades in the business you can bet he is an outstanding diagnostician. He doesn't give up and be assured he will get you back on the road in short order. Actually the service desk staff were all helpful and customer-oriented.

Bought my car here back in 2019 and have had nothing but problems every time I’ve had to schedule service. I had an appointment today to check out my brakes due to my car shuttering and the technician never even bothered to look into the concern other than shining an flashlight on them and saying there probably fine, and told me I had nothing to worry about. I spent almost 3 hours in the waiting room Just to find out that my concerns weren’t addressed. The service technician at the counter was very helpful, but other than that once again, the experience was horrible. Now I have to take my car to a different shop to have my brake problem diagnosed and repaired after spending over $100 here just for nothing. The service technician was unable to tell me how good my battery was because he didn’t know how many cold cranking amps my battery had, even though there was a sticky note stuck right on the dashboard with the information. This is the reason why I have decided to never purchase a Toyota again.

Great experience at 802 Toyota today! We were told Phillip wouldn't be in, who we've worked with before and is great, so we worked with Dylan. I bought a new car, and Dylan was also great. He had the car I wanted to test drive at the door and ready when I arrived. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. Shane gave me the perfect price for my trade in, and Paul was helpful and explained everything about warranty options and finances. All in all, everyone was friendly and answered all of my questions. I felt that I was in good hands from start to finish.

Maia is everything anyone could hope for in a salesperson: explains everything in an easy to understand way, no pressure and excellent customer service. I’ve leased with Toyota before but this was my first purchase. Jake was excellent as well on the finance end. Maia went the extra mile again and again, right up to the point of delivering my vehicle so I didn’t have to find a ride or catch the bus. Highly recommend!

She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the purchase process and has been available to answer subsequent questions weeks after the purchase of our new lease on a '24 Prius Prime. Maia understands the car and is a great teacher! We really appreciated how smooth the process was.

After leaving a concert, our car wouldn’t start. We left it in place and the next day it was totally dead. Toyota roadside assistance sent a man out within an hour. We called and left a voicemail for Tony at the service department at 802Toyota and let him know it would be towed in. He called us right back to get the details of the car issue and though short handed and busy in the service department he promised they would fit it in as soon as possible. He gave us updates and a thorough explanation of the issue and we had the car the next afternoon. This is why we have purchased three cars at 802Toyota!

Cora did such an AMAZING JOB!!! She did an undercoat for me as I didn't get an undercoat last year and was worried about the undercarriage this year. Got a lil wash in and some cleaning and shining done as well, my car has never looked this good. Cora is such a hard worker, I am so so happy with how my car looks and so happy that I was able to get her undercoated so quickly! Very impressed with her work :)

Never work with this dealership if you want a warranty on your car. I got a scrape on my car and the warranty that they had sold. Me was supposed to cover it. A year deal dealing with BBC and trying to call this dealership. And they keep giving me different people than the person that sold me my vehicle. Or they do not answer their phone at all, even after numerous calls and emails to no avail. Specifically Paul at 802 Toyota. Do not work with him. Do not work with any of them because they seem to just try to stack on warranties that they will not fulfill.

They over charge. Their techs were inexperienced. I told them of the problem which was a grinding sound coming from the alternator and they said they coudnt find anything and they think they got the problem (happened each time I brought my vehicle down). Upon starting my vehicle I could hear the grinding sound each time. I left there with the problem I came in with spending over $12,000 on “other” problems they found acting like it was going to disintegrate or something resulting in pages and pages of things they said needed to happen. I gave up the third time I went down for the same problem, bare in mind this was after a really bad flood where next to no other shops had availability to inspect anything or any other vehicle because they were booked or still repairing damages. A month goes by and I’m leaving work one day where when I start my vehicle that grinding sound has gotten significantly worse and I now could smell a burning smell. I had to go pick up my wife’s van from Ayer’s who I normally go through but I was able to until after this event. As I’m pulling into Ayer’s parking lot my vehicle stalls and I’m coasting in. I pick up my wife’s van after hours and leave my other vehicle there thinking it couldn’t of happened at a better place. One their trusted techs calls me the next the morning questioning about the vehicle and I explained. He had it up and running before the days end. He said it was the alternator that seized snapping the serpentine belt that Toyota just replaced. So end result was I was right and Toyota ripped me off a lot of money for a simple fix.

I bought my car at 802 Toyota and have always had it serviced there. After having some issues in the fall, Tony dug into the files and found I had insurance on many of the parts which saved me a bundle. This was my first service since then and again, Tony was great. Quick service and a reasonable price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was warmly received and it was defined for me what would be done, I sat comfortably for about an hour and was told car service was complete. The gentleman reviewed what was done and how the car looks and when the next check up was due. The price was right, I paid and left happily for home!

I bought a new 2024 Tacoma from 802Toyota at the end of Sept. From start to finish, the experience was great. Our salesperson was Jake. He was very knowledgable and helpful. It was a supportive, non-pressure experience. I recently brought it in to have some OEM equipment added. Service was also great. Very efficient, communicated progress well. I highly recommend their sales and service areas.

Can somebody tell me why 802 just copied my review as a response? Kind of odd.

If there was an option for higher than 5 stars I would give it. From the moment I walked in the door, until I picked up the car just 1 week later, Dylan’s friendly professionalism and knowledge put me at ease. It’s always unnerving when it’s time to buy or lease a car, but Dylan’s hard working approach helped me feel he was going to bat for me every step of the way, getting me the best possible price while understanding my needs, making sure I was comfortable with my decisions.
