This was our first vehicle purchase from Upper Valley Honda( 2025 Honda CRV).
Kennedy White and Jessica Benton make this experience the easiest and best car buying experience . Both these associates went out of there way to answer our questions shuttle paper work back and forth to our home as my spouse was unable to meet at dealer due to care of her 95 year old father. This meant everything to us.

Don't really care for this dealership. They sell you this really expensive coating for your car.(sentinel) then it is apply and looks like a little kid put it on .then proceed to make you feel like crap because you don't like the overspray everywhere. They tell you they'll give you $50 to refer someone there and they buy a car. Not true .they give you nothing. I just wouldn't buy another car here .

We’ve had fantastic experiences at UV Honda. We did not expect to be needing a new car at this time, but life had other plans. We weren’t sure where to start our search and thought (since we had luck here once in the past) we’d swing in and see what we could do.

We had Matt as our salesperson and he was fantastic. Even better… the whole team welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. We had to come in a couple times for different parts of the process… it’s challenging to find time when you’re down a car in the middle of summer and they were great at working with our busy schedule. I saw a few comments that service was slow here… I don’t think that’s fair, because service here is focused and there isn’t anyone rushing you through the process. I find that to be a definite plus, not a complaint. We had someone by our side, walking us through the process, listening to what we wanted/needed, and looking out for us the entire time. So we would like to say THANK YOU to Matt (and the rest of the team at UV Honda) for helping us get what we needed!! We will be back! (Hopefully not sooner than expected).

If you're buying a new car from here go for it . If you're are trying to buy a used car look elsewhere. 4000 more then what they say online also 4 a accidents And was use as a fleet vehicle. completely rusted underneath a car that they are trying to sell for 18000 . Lol what a joke. This place was a good dealership once upon a time.

I had an outstanding experience at Upper Valley Honda today when I brought my vehicle in for service. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

Darci Rood was especially helpful—friendly, attentive, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. She made the experience seamless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated.

One of the highlights was the waiting area. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it was also impressively stocked with fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and soft drinks. It’s rare to find a dealership that puts so much thought into the customer’s experience while they wait.

The service itself was done efficiently and with clear communication every step of the way. It’s clear that the team at Upper Valley Honda takes pride in their work and in treating customers well.

I highly recommend Upper Valley Honda and want to give a special thank-you to Darci Rood for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and even though I did not lease my car from them, I will definitely be doing my next lease with them.

I recently bought a used Nissan from Upper Valley Honda, and the team there made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. Phil Daley and the service team went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. The transparency was quite refreshing to deal with, and it feels great trusting that a skilled and timely service team can handle any future repairs/tune-ups, especially given that it's not a Honda. Really appreciate these folks.

The customer service on the sales floor was next to nothing. I was told everyone was busy. I explained we had an appointment at the hospital and would like to look at a specific used car . We figured if we like it we would put a deposit on it and pick it up another day so we could get to our appointment. Keep in mind we live an hour away so that's why we stopped there on our way to the hospital. We were told by a sale person that everyone was busy. I said we could wait a few minutes but that's it. We waited 45 minutes and no one ever came over to us to update us or at least saying we haven't forgotten you.This would have been a quick cash sale. Never going back. If they don't have the proper staffing they shouldn't be in business.

Our experience was great! From the moment of setting up an appointment to walking out with keys, the communication and customer service were excellent. The people at Honda are very nice and attentive. Todd assisted us with giving all the needed tools to help us make a great decision. He was amazing! Bryce assisted us with the paperwork and the details, which he explained everything beautifully. We enjoyed our day and will let everyone know if they are IN THE MARKET, Honda should be on their list to check out and ask for TODD!

Darci, the Service Assistant at Upper Valley Honda was empathetic and transparent with her suggestions. Never called me (no VM, no call record) when they were finished with my vehicle. When I called them I was told that their shuttle (which I had taken earlier, and was expecting on the return) was no longer available. 10 minute drive, the place is open until 7:30, no one will drive over, and I'm stranded until the morning. Pretty disappointing for a brand dealer service shop.

No pressure, but extremely professional and helpful. Often buying cars can be a stress-fest with all of the pressure to buy. Bryce was great and helped us with so many details like setup of the car and truly feel he was giving us 110% of his attention. Highly recommend Upper Valley Honda and Bryce, specifically.

The Car buying experience in Upper valley was exceptional. It was was the easiest car purchase I have ever made, assisted by Jonathan the sales executive. To start with, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He eplained the difference between the various trims of CRV, answered all my questions during the test drive. Before I left the dealership he explained the different functions of the electronics and different driving mode, this made me feel confident in my new Car, the sales manager also made my purchase easy and explained everything I needed to know. The whole process took slightly over 2 hours.

We went to Upper Valley Honda with the thoughts of purchasing a new Honda CR-V to replace our 9 year old Honda Cr-V. This was a difficult decision to make due to the state of our country and not wanting to have a monthly payment. Our salesperson, Jonathan Hurd, was very attentive to our needs, our apprehension of having a monthly payment, getting us into a payment amount we felt we could afford, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. We would strongly recommend Upper Valley Honda and be sure to ask for Jonathan Hurd. We are very pleased with our vehicle.

THIS IS LONG BUT WORTH THE READ! If you could rate a place with negative stars for reviews, this place would get -5 stars for sure. After being desperate for a new vehicle that was safe for my children to ride in, in March of 2024 I went there and got what I thought was a in good shape 2015 crosstrek. Them, Wanting $15,000 and not budging an inch on the price I decided it was worth it. Being March I didn’t think to roll all the windows down during the test drive, and exactly 31 days later when it was really nice out in April my daughter rolled the back window down and it wouldn’t go up. I called upper valley and they told me there was nothing they could do because it had been over 30 days. It literally was day 31. Fast forward to November of 2024, I took my car to have the winter tires put on, where I was informed by my garage that all of my rear brake lines needed to be replaced. This would cost around $700. I said to myself OK and ate that because I did buy a used car, and I do understand there are risks involved buying a used car. Fast forward to January, where they did my brake lines, and while doing so had to take the plastic shield off of my vehicle, and discovered a huge hole in my unibody, not the sub frame, the actual main frame of my car. They informed me that it was not inspectable and referred me to someone who could potentially weld it, the garage I went to told me they could not weld it because it was the unibody not the subframe, and informed me it would be a pretty penny to fix it. To remind you I bought the car in March 2024, they inspected in it January of 2024. So here I am 9 months after purchasing the car, less than a year after inspection and there’s a hole so big in my frame that it will cost thousands to fix, so I call upper valley Honda and I tell them things aren’t making sense or adding up, between when they inspected it and me buying it and this hole being there. They of course, tried to say that anything can happen in a short period of time with a car that’s 10 years old, “Especially if I didn’t have it under coated“ in which I replied, “you guys are the ones who under coated it supposedly when I bought it” Then I was abruptly transferred. I spoke to the people in service and told them I wanted them to look at it and was hoping that they would fix it seeing how it hadn’t been a year and they sold me a car that was not safe for my children to ride in. My fiancé and I went there a couple of weeks ago, trying to get them to make it right, and Bill the sales manager literally laughed at me at one point, I tried to say here I have a picture of the hole and he refused to look at the hole, Then I spoke to another man I believe his name was George, whom was actually very nice and tried to be helpful, so he spoke to the general manager who insulted me with an offer for $5000 on a vehicle that I paid 15,000 for less than a year ago. Even George didn’t even want to tell me what they offered because even he said it was insulting. I wanted them to make it right one way or another and they made it clear that wasn’t going to happen. I highly would not recommend going here to buy a vehicle. I can admit my faults in this process, jumping the gun too quickly to purchase the vehicle, etc. However, I didn’t expect to be ripped off and bent over so incredibly bad by a big dealership, I expected honesty, And certainly to be able to inspect my car without a problem, at least the first year.

Our experience at Upper Valley Honda was great! We were greeted immediately upon entering the dealership and introduced to Jonathan Hurd. He listened to our wants and needs and never used any high-pressure tactics, which in our book is a big plus. He made the purchase of our new Pilot a very pleasant experience. He is very genuine, cordial and polite.
Jessica made the financing portion very easy and smooth.
Both Jonathan and Jessica are great assets to UVH.
We had been to several other dealerships before we went to UVH, and by far UVH was the best. We will be recommending UVH to our friends and relatives.

I am giving this dealership 2 stars instead of 1 solely because Matt and Jess were both very pleasant to work with. However, I strongly advise anyone purchasing a vehicle here to thoroughly inspect every aspect of the car—down to the smallest details.

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue that was advertised as having Bluetooth functionality. While I verified that it connected, I did not test the microphone—something I regret. It turned out the microphone was non-functional, requiring $1,500 in diagnostic fees, rodent damage cleanup, and a new TCU installation.

Additionally, one of the key fobs did not work. After paying a diagnostic fee, it was discovered it had water damage. While the dealership covered the cost of a replacement key, they did not reimburse the diagnostic fee. Essentially, I purchased a vehicle advertised as having two functioning keys and Bluetooth, neither of which were as described.

Despite these issues, the General Manager refused to address the non-working Bluetooth microphone, an essential feature for hands-free communication and safe driving. This experience has been disappointing, and I encourage future buyers to meticulously check every feature before finalizing a purchase.

My experience at this Honda dealership as far as the dealership is concerned was good. My disappointment is with the Honda Corporation/manufacturer. The Honda Corporation offers door hinges for my car, which cost over $100.00. All I need is the pins and bushings, which cost under $10.00. The Honda Corporation/manufacturer does not sell the pins and bushings by themselves.

It has been 5 and a half months since I bought a car elsewhere, and since then the rep I spoke to has been calling me nearly every day, spamming my emails (which I moved to spam) nearly every day, and even after I blocked their phone number, he still leaves voice mails at least twice a week! It's been 5 months, jc.

It was a stressless experience purchasing our new CRV Sport L Hybrid from Upper Valley Honda in White River Junction. Our salesperson was Kali Gregoire; she was very patient and made sure all the new electronics were set to our liking. The car was well prepped and spotless. Jess handled the paperwork, vehicle transfer and registration; she was also fantastic. When all was done, even the manager came over to thank us and wish us well. We searched in NH and MA for a Honda dealer that didn't use the typical high-pressure sales approach. Upper Valley Honda was the dealership that rose to the top. Jonathan Hurd did an exceptional job getting us into a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid. The process was a breeze. We're planning for our next Honda purchase to be through Jonathan as well.

We found ourselves needing to replace a vehicle after a total loss. We first started looking at used Honda Civics. We wanted a newer model with low mileage. After it became apparent there was not a significant cost difference between new and 1-2 year low mileage, we turned our focus to new cars.

Since we live nearby, we went to Upper Valley Honda where we met Jonathan Hurd and test drove a Civic Hatchback. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the car and was able to answer nearly, if not every, technical question we asked. He was polite and professional and most importantly honest. He did not try to sugar coat anything and simply provided facts. He is also patient. We left Upper Valley Honda and deliberated for several weeks on style, trim and even hybrid. And I did my job as a consumer to compare price and offerings (Upper Valley Honda offers an extended warranty period on the powertrain). In the end, we decided to go with a new Civic Hybrid 4-door Sedan.

Upper Valley Honda did not end up having the color we wanted on the lot but Jonathan worked to help us secure our color of choice at our agreed price. It took a little over a week to get our car but Jonathan provided updates along the way. Our experience was positive and we have never been happier to have a second car again! (and I'm fairly certain our bashful 2 year old adopted Jonathan Hurd somewhere along the way...)

Gave us a phone number for the local tow and loaner vehicle so that we could make it to a funeral in MA. And despite the cold weather with their car wash not operating - the fine gentleman who does this work, washed our car by hand upon our return. OK folks - that is tops for customer service!

I am very happy with my experience buying my new Honda. Jonathan Hurd was a great salesman. He was informative, professional, friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic. I am not a car salesman fan (bad past experiences) but this experience helped me enjoy buying my new car!

Service was incredibly slow, they constantly tried to tell me one price per month for a new Honda pilot and then when I would sit to sign paper work they would tell me it was 50 or 60 more per month. After 6 hours I was able to sign everything for the original monthly amount I first agreed upon and then was held up another hour before the car was brought around. I had left me credit cards in the pocket of the door and called 5 minutes after I left being told don't worry about turning around they would mail them to me. After a whole week of waiting and leaving voicemails, I was then informed no one got any cards out of the car and it went to auction with my personal belongings in it and wasn't mailed to me. This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to.
If you want be constantly tricked, lied to and sitting around for hours aimlessly, this is the dealership to go to.

We found Matt and Cory, along with the rest of the sales team, to be cooperative and helpful in the process of buying a used car. Our only complaint is that a couple of add-ons were factored into the vehicle price at the outset, and we had not requested either one.There was no pressure to retain these add-ons, however one of them still had not been removed (we presume accidentally) in the final sales transaction. Otherwise this was a positive car buying experience.

I had a great experience with Emily. I gave 4 stars because the website can make it seem like they have cars on location that are actually out of state. But once Emily knew what I was looking for, she called me when she found a car that was a good fit and they brought the car to me when I was ready to purchase. Her manager also followed up to make sure I was being helped. I visited around 10 dealerships during my search, and this was one of the top 2. They kept in touch without being annoying, followed up, were well-staffed, and approached the process with honesty and integrity.

Spent months looking for a new car. When I went to Boston, I shopped at dealerships in that area - felt I might get a better price due to competition. As I was about to sign for a new car down there, I reached out to Kali at Upper Valley Honda (who I had begun my search with) to see if they could match the price and they beat it! I purchased the car at Upper Valley and felt much better about it as these cars are so complicated (for someone like me) and I was assured that I could swing in to the dealership if I had any questions. Caveat Emptor. Do not let them do anything to your car unless they tell you EXACTLY what it is, and it will cost. This dealership was bought out and is terrible now. We were long time customers of the previous dealership (Gerrish Honda), so we just trusted Upper Valley Honda for this routine appointment. I couldn't believe it when I saw the bill: $1500 for a simple routine scheduled service that Honda says should run about $150. Ouch. And we also had concerns about the quality of the work. Our friends and neighbors report the exact same experience.

We now drive over an hour to another dealership for service.

I recently leased a 2025 Honda CR-V from Upper Valley Honda. My salesperson, Matt King, was excellent! He helped me through the entire process. Any question I had, he answered in a timely fashion and gave me a complete answer every time. I felt respected, cared for, and like I was a human being. In addition, Jessica Benton in finance was awesome to work with! She was helpful and explained all of my options without making me feel pressured or leaving me with a bunch of unanswered questions.
