After a months of unanswered calls last Fall, Kent and his team sprayed the walls and roof of the ADU I’m building above my garage this April. I paid same-day, didn’t helicopter client, and tipped him and his team well. He gave his word he’d come back when he was spraying again this fall and finish the job since the garage roof/ADU floor needed plumbing completed prior to applying spray foam there. After 4 months of excuses – travel, broken equipment, changes to the schedule, etc., he finally picked the Monday after Thanksgiving to complete the work. My wife and I spent the weekend preparing the area for him, putting all our garage equipment out in the freezing rain. I spoke with him a few times the day before to make sure I had everything just right for his arrival and did everything just as he asked. Come Monday, Kent was a no-show, attempts to reach him since have failed. 8 hours of vacation time was wasted. I’m not sure why I didn’t learn my lesson in the spring after all the unreliability then, but I’ve gotten the point now. If I could leave negative stars, I would; his failure means we can’t heat the space this winter, setting us back another 5 months on our project. If you want months of excuses and project setbacks, Kent is your guy. If you’re looking for insulation, look elsewhere.

Really pleased with the work from these guys! While other installers were non-responsive or didn't seem particularly interested in our relatively small job, Environmental Foam took the time to talk to me about options for our project that exceeded my expectations.

I was amazed at how efficient and clean they were with the install. They have the process down to a science and left no trace except a very well insulated room behind them. Very reasonably priced and friendly guys to boot. Would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are great! Was looking for the right blend of responsive, professional, and fair pricing for insulating the floor of a sunroom and didn't want some big contractor gouging me on the small job. They were able to come out within 2 weeks of reaching out and were swift & courteous, and did a nice tidy job! I'd recommend Kent and his crew in a flash.
