Our experience with Calvin at 802 Honda was very positive. We will avoid dealerships and salespersons who engage in pressure sales approaches, and we did not find this to be the case working with Calvin.

We had a great experience purchasing our new car at 802 Honda! The entire staff there seems to work beautifully as a team. Shellie was our sales consultant and was very easy to talk with and understood our interests for features in an EV (we were shopping around for a replacement for our 6 year old Tesla). Jon, general manager, is the person who has set a comfortable, knowledgeable and inviting tone for the entire staff at 802 Honda, and was really helpful in coordinating our sale between our initial contact with Shellie and Jason, the finance manager. We had the chance to talk with Amber, service manager, Nick, parts specialist, and Craig, service advisor, and were met with equally experienced information and helpfulness. We are looking forward to the next three years (term of our lease) of driving and beyond with the help of this capable and friendly crew!!! Thank-you, 802 Honda!

I purchased an expensive (for me!) new EV from 802 Honda, and the experience was about as good as these things can be. Calvin, the sales person I dealt with, was an excellent fit for me: no glad-handing or puffery, just a lot of very good, practical information about the vehicle and its features. Also, because he drives this model himself, he was able to field a lot of my questions about what it's like to live with it day-to-day.

The finance person I dealt with was also very good. Because I was buying an all-electric vehicle, the process for claiming the IRS tax credit was important to me. I should state here that neither Jason nor Calvin was fully up to date with the specifics of the paperwork required for this, but Jason made it his business to get to the bottom of it for me, and was able to supply me with all the necessary documentation in the end. It's safe to say they will be ready with these particular details for the benefit of future customers.

My wife and I are repeat customers of 802 Honda, and once again they did not disappoint! We have leased twice now here and we will keep coming back whether we lease or buy. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. Absolutely the best car buying experience with Logan and Mike Lewis. I had been shopping for a mid-sized truck and the Honda Ridgeline was the last for me to test drive. I wrote in asking for more information and asked to be texted and not called and Logan was the first person at all the dealerships to actually read my message. I was greeted professionally and introduced to Mike. Lowest pressure sales person I met with. Told me all about the features in a professional and respectful way. Test drive was amazing. Finance team was so easy to work with and paperwork was a breeze. Mike even took the time to help me get my Apple car play set up when I was having some trouble sorting it out. I had an excellent experience at this service center. Both Michaels at the service desk provided prompt and efficient assistance. The machinist expertly resolved my valve issue, and my car is now running perfectly. I highly recommend this location for anyone requiring valve adjustments!!

TAMA!!!! I will forever be thankful for my experience at 802 Honda due to him! He was wonderful to work with when buying my 2021 Toyota Rav4! It is an amazing car and I didn't feel like I was being used or getting into a bad deal. The manager Dan, was willing to accommodate the needs I wanted for a payment and Jason was amazing at helping me understand all the paperwork!!! they were great when they sold me a car but almost didn’t honor the free oil changes initially and i have a recall on my car and have been calling service monthly for several months and leaving messages and no one calls me back, very frustrating.

Frankly, I had no plan to buy a new car last Saturday. I had been thinking about it for a while but was in no hurry as my car (2016 HRV) still ran well. My son pushed me to go car shopping because he knew that if I bought a new one he would get the HRV, which is a standard!

Stopped in to 802 Honda and Jesse Bennett, luckily as it turned out, was the sales person who I interacted with. I told him right from the start that I was just beginning my car search, or so I thought!

I had been researching a CRV hybrid and Jesse took us for a test drive. Fine vehicle. We went back to the show room and talked a bit about my driving style and typical way that I use my vehicle which is mostly highway. Based on that information, Jesse suggested that I try a standard ICE vehicle since I probably wouldn't see the high end of the mileage figures. Long story short, I left with a 2024 Honda certified used CRV. Saved myself a few dollars and got a great warranty on a lightly used car.

Jesse was probably the best auto sales associate I have dealt with in my life. No pressure, listened well and was very thorough. I likely would have walked out of the door if I had felt pressured.

I have taken my HRV to 802 for service over the years and have been very happy with those experiences. Jesse continued the fine tradition of good customer service that I have experienced at 802 Honda.

802 Honda, you had a factory recall on a 2017 Honda HRV paint job that was scheduled in the winter of 2022 for June of 2023. You didn't follow up or follow through. It took you until August of 2023 to do the job on the recall & you missed a spot that was documented.
Your team covered the missed spot represented in the attached photo. Would this be acceptable to you on your vehicle?
Aside from that you charged the individual who owns the car $80 for new front wiper blades. I can buy all 3 for less than $30.
Poor service, poor workmanship & overcharging people. I won't ever bring a vehicle to you or recommend your business.

Fantastic Customer Service! I emailed 4 Honda dealers when looking to trade in my Pilot and buy a CR-V Hybrid. I chose 802 Honda for their excellent hassle-free responsiveness and their professionalism and open communication. At every step they were helpful, straightforward, and I never felt I was getting a hard sell. When I picked up my new car they spent time fully introducing me to the features and made it clear that the sale was not an ending, but the beginning of a relationship with the ongoing care and service they provide. MO was a true professional, informed and genuine and made it clear that everyone on the team from sales to service was available for ongoing support. The 802 Honda approach to the car selling process was refreshingly human and customer centered. I highly recommend them.

The service center here is a joke. Every time I bring my vehicle to them, there's always some run around about the warranty of what is or is not covered. This time was a simple inspection, but my tinted windows were a problem. I've had the car for 2 years, and the tints were done 6 weeks after I purchased the car. They weren't a problem for previous inspections. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle elsewhere. If you do go, avoid speaking to either guy named Mike. You'll thank me later. I wish I could go even lower than one star.

I purchased a Honda CRV EXL Hybrid at 802Honda. Shellie was my sales person. She was great to work with, buying a car in these odd times. Service department was also super friendly. Not at all disappointed. I’ll be back for my next Honda for sure.

UPDATE: I went back to Shellie for my 2026 Passport. She will always go the extra mile to help. I will always go back!!
