Great and easy to work with! Kade, Jimmy, and their team were simply amazing. The process of replacing a roof is not fun and dealing with the insurance company is like an exercise in psychological torture. 3 Kings stepped in and handled much of the ball and forth with the insurance company and even fought for us to get the full coverage we needed to repair all that was damaged. Kade was straightforward and the process never felt "salesie" like I've experienced in the past with other roofing companies. Jimmy and his team got the job done quickly, efficiently, and communicated with us clearly about all aspects throughout the process. I highly recommend 3 Kings to anyone needing roof work!

We had some hail damage and my grandson is friends with Garrett so I texted and he responded in less than an hour and said his project manager Ryan was in this area.
I had great service with Ryan & Garrett. Ryan came when the adjuster from State Farm came to look at our damage.
Ryan picked up our deductible and set a date for the roof, we had a few days of rain during that time. The day the workers were here so was Ryan & Garrett. We are pleased with the service we received from 3 Kings Roofing.

Garrett Green and Westin Keese took care of all the details after a major hailstorm took out our roof and damaged our house. They made sure everything was done in a timely fashion and communicated with the insurance company. The house looks better than when we first had it built. We received excellent service from 3 Kings! Our journey to get a new roof lasted a long time, but 3 Kings helped us the entire way, working with us and our insurance company to get a resolution. Their communication was excellent, as they advocated on our behalf, and explained next steps throughout the entire process.

When we were approved to get our new roof, scheduling was fast and easy. The crew showed up exactly as scheduled, worked quickly and cleaned up as they worked. They removed our gutters to prevent damage and then immediately reinstalled them, and theyd even covered our pool to keep debris out. Very thorough, very professional. After two days, we had a brand new high-quality roof. I would definitely recommend 3 Kings.

This company is fantastic! They helped with the insurance, permits, out of pocket costs and everything to make this new roofing project go as smooth as possible! The quality of the work, and all the subcontractors was first rate! All new gutters, many new window screens, chimney siding repair, and fixed ceiling stains and a related crack perfectly. Great quality work, performed as quickly as possible. They even suggest to go with black drip edge to really outline my roof, plus the use of special thicker ridge shingles, has made my roof stand out as the best in my neighborhood! The higher quality hail resistant shingles will hopefully last through some of the MANY hail events we get living in TX. All around, couldn’t be happier! AAAAA+

I would really like to thank Dylan and his crew for doing an outstanding job on our home. It is a 75-year-old home that had 75-year-old composite shingles under an old metal roof that was installed poorly. Once again, they did an outstanding job. We went with a black metal roof and it really makes the house look great.

I am extremely disappointed with 3 Kings and their handling of my contract. The entire process has been riddled with mismanagement, lack of transparency, and ultimately, a failure to uphold their obligations.
Initially, I was led to sign a contract with 3 Kings, assuming they would complete necessary repairs to my home. However, it later became clear that one of their employees had previously taken my funds under a separate contract before filing for bankruptcy—something he never disclosed to me. While 3 Kings claimed they were unaware of his previous dealings, they still moved forward with an inspection for a supplement, which implied acknowledgment of the contract​.
Despite this, 3 Kings later informed me they would not honor the contract or complete any repairs​. This left me in a terrible position, having already lost money to an employee who remains with their company. To make matters worse, I am still struggling to complete the necessary repairs due to their inaction.
Their failure to follow through has led to significant delays, financial loss, and further damage to my property. If you are considering hiring 3 Kings, I strongly advise you to proceed cautiously—or better yet, look elsewhere for a company that stands by their commitments.

If you intend to make accusations, please ensure they are accurate. Slander refers to false spoken statements, whereas libel pertains to false published statements. My review is neither.

3 Kings Roofing entered into a legally binding contract, signed and dated by your representative. Consideration was established when your representative completed emergency roof coverings. However, following this, communication ceased entirely, leading us to take legal action, including filing theft charges with The Colony PD. As a result, your employee was arrested, charged, and accepted a plea deal. After months of effort, we were finally reimbursed.

Throughout this ordeal, 3 Kings Roofing repeatedly asserted that it had no obligation to uphold its contractual commitments. Adding to the concern, the employee involved in the financial misconduct was later recognized as an "outstanding employee" and assigned to teach ethics courses—all while engaging in actions that resulted in legal consequences.

While you may claim integrity, failing to properly address misconduct within your team and neglecting accountability raises serious concerns. My review is a truthful and factual account of my experience, supported by official records. If you wish to engage in a professional and constructive discussion, I am open to that. However, any further baseless accusations or intimidation tactics will not be addressed, and I will take appropriate steps to protect my rights if necessary.

Both Jacob and John were great to work with! Both of them are extremely communicative (and will work with your preferred method of communication) and will take care of everything with insurance in the background. Additionally, they'll make time out of your schedule to meet you wherever as needed. John was also great in patiently answering any and all questions that I had regarding any part of the repairs process as well.

Cody and his team did an excellent job on my roof. They were there early and everything was completed and cleaned up by late afternoon. I appreciate how they were able to get the insurance company to cover the cost. I would definitely recommend them.

We beat Allstate! Chris (The Weathorman) with 3Kings Roofing and Bryan Roberts (public adjuster), knew exactly what to do when Allstate denied my claim. Chris and Bryan fought diligently to get Allstate to do the right thing and pay for my new roof. After completing my neighbors roof, 3 Kings came to inspect my roof. After showing me the holes in my roof, Chris helped me file a claim. Days later, Allstate denied my claim. However, Chris assured me he handled many denied claims and knew exactly what to do. He got his public adjuster, Bryan Roberts involved and went to work to get my claim approved. My new roof was installed this week. It's beautiful and the quality and professionalism is unmatched. I couldn't be more happier with my new roof and would highly recommend Chris and his crew. Thank you Chris Weathorman, Bryan Roberts and 3 Kings Roofing. Without you I would be left without a roof over my head!

Had a great experience with 3 Kings after a hail storm in the spring. They handled the insurance claims and replaced the roof in just over a day. Project manager Nate handled all of it, we didn’t even have to change some existing travel plans. Would recommend this company without reservation.

Had the pleasure of having my full roof replaced by 3 Kings. They made what seemed like a daunting task effortless. They handled all my battles with insurance and were very communicative when they needed something from me. Definitely recommend their services.

3 Kings Roofing recently replaced my roof for me after the hail storms earlier this year. They made this process easy and the project managers were pleasant to work with. They have a team in their office that handles all the back and forth with your insurance and mortgage company so you don't have to deal with any of that unless you really want to and you are able to follow the internal communication and progress through their customer dashboard so you know everything that is happening. Once I gave approval for the estimate and work, they scheduled within a week and were out putting the new roof on. They are not the cheapest roofing company, but they are fair and you get what you pay for. They offer way more than just some random guy with a crew out slapping a roof on your house, and they have offices where you can find them if there ever was a problem. They are a professional company, with local offices, and they did a quality job. They had a project manager on-site the entire day with the crew and they cleaned the site up once they were finished. Overall, I am very satisfied.

3 Kings Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. After insurance initially declined my claim, Chris and 3 Kings helped pushed through a total reroof, new gutters and fence repainted. Cody was the project manager and Scott supervising from start to finish. Scott had drone shots of ever phase that kept me informed throughout the process. I have a large, steep roof and the majority of the work was done in one day with a smaller crew wrapping up on the second day. The gutter subcontractor was excellent matching gutters with previous gutters and taking about a half a day to do a 4500 square foot house. I give 3 Kings a top rating…A+

When it comes a time for roof evaluation and replace/repair, 3 Kings made it easy. After a hail storm in our area, roofers began reaching out through phone calls and door knocks. I witnessed 3 Kings on a job and was impressed with the safety and professional approach. I asked the project manager if someone could take a look at my house. Brian came out, had people on the roof, and they took control. They handled everything even interfaced with our insurance. Yes, roofs are expensive but they eliminated any concerns or worries. We upgraded to a Class 4 food which saves us about $1600 on our homeowners insurance. I highly recommend them.

*UPDATE* - moving to 1 Star for giving me false hope it would be fixed then ghosting me. Project Manager contacted me after my initial review and said he was working on it. After a few weeks of silence I tried calling and texting him several times with no response.

*Original Post* - 3 Kings recently re-roofed my house and workshop. Experience with composition shingle portion was very positive. During tear-off they did a great job protecting the windows, plants and siding. Installation had some issues with defective shingles which they proactively acknowledged and fixed. So far so good. The reason for 3 stars is the standing seam metal portion over the porch. This was done by a different crew, perhaps subcontracted, and their work was not at the same level. Several cosmetic issues but my main complaint is the caulking job where there should be step flashing. Sales rep assured me they would fix it but all they did is change the color. Tried contacting the sales rep and project manager, no response so far. If 3 Kings sees this and fixes it correctly I’ll gladly give 5 stars. Aside from the metal roof I was very happy.

These folks did an excellent job. Polite, goes beyond their expertise to help. Roof looks great. Even did my shed. Clean up after their jobs most efficiently. My Dish was pointed wrong and they went back up and redid their wrk.

Outstanding service. Initially insurance denied the claim and only wanted to pay for partial roof. The 3 Kings team jumped into action and got the claim completely approved by impowering a independent adjuster and appraiser. The worked was completed with precision and thoughtfulness of all of our plants and insuring our pool was protected. This isn't the first experience with 3 Kings, they did my parents house a few years ago. Thanks for a stellar job.

Had recently had my roof in Little Elm replace with 3 Kings Roofing. They fought with my insurance to get it covered, completed the job QUICKLY, and let no mess at all behind! Blake and the crew was profession and great to work with!

I had high hopes for 3 Kings Roofing based on their reputation, but my experience was disappointing due to poor representation. While Daniel was helpful,professional and went above and beyond with his customer service, the experience was marred by his supervisor, Jacob.

Initially, I was quoted a fair price, but Jacob later increased the cost without a valid explanation. This lack of transparency was frustrating. Moreover, Jacob's communication was severely lacking. He took days to respond to my inquiries, leaving me in the dark about important project details.

Overall, while the company might have potential, the poor handling by their supervisory staff made it a horrible experience. I hope they address these issues for future customers.

The owner, Dustin, reached out to me and offered to address the issues and make things right, which demonstrates a positive attitude. I might consider giving them another chance in the future if hail damages my roof. Until then, I wish them all the best.

Once the project was started, my project manager, Scott, looked after every aspect of the operation, even providing near real time pictures and updated information while I was at work. Nathan and his roofing crew completed my 47 square job in one day! They cleaned all roofing waste so well I couldn't even find one nail or scrap. Solar buyer beware. Salesman came out gave us information and layout of panels, showed us what placement would get us the most power. The problems started there. The installer (after HOA had already approved layout of panels) took it upon himself (without permission) to make the panels more aesthetically pleasing and moved the panels to a side of the house that gets little sun. So here we are months later barely getting $100 worth of energy at peak season where the payments are $300… PLUS the additional cost of my electric bill. It just wasn’t what they said it would be and the rebate is not a guarantee either, so be ware of that information as well. It’s been frustrating. We did get ahold of the sales person, who got us to the installer just to be told it would cost hundreds of dollars per misplaced panel to get the panels moved to the originally agreed upon placement so that they would MAYBE take in as much energy as promised. Solar can be a good thing but beware the over promising the solar end of this company makes. Experience has been disappointing to say the least.

After we found a couple of paint bubble inside the house we reached out to Chris Garcia, from 3 Kings Roofing (as recommended by our son-in law, after a good job done at their house). After a couple of messages and phone calls we agreed on a date for a full roof inspection.
He came on time and checked the whole roof. From his inspection he gathered that the roof, although somehow damaged by a previous storm, was in good condition and the leak(s) were not caused my the damaged roof.
Chris was thorough and honest with us and allow us to find the true root cause of our leak(s). After a week, he followed up with us even when there was no roof problem.

Check with us multiple times to make sure we were happy with progress all the way to the end. They also did an outstanding job on my mom’s new roof and were especially thoughtful and understanding as she passed away during the process. Very professional team.

These guys are very dishonest and cheater. These guys did the roof replacement on my property and I had damage worth over 4000 dollars that these guys haven’t paid me. I had 3 cars tires punctured with multiple nails from roofing work these guys didn’t clean properly and had other damages to window screen, multiple over 8 expensive path way lights. Once the roofing work is finished they will collect the money from insurance then they will not respond. I can show you multiple text message from their employees Mason and Jacob. Very dishonest people- Do not work with them. They will say all “too good to be true “ lies to get our work and once the contact is signed. They will not even respond to your calls. They still have not completed the kitchen leak repair work, window damages and screens damages and fence work at my property and then will send certificate saying they complete all these work. Please do not work with these unethical people.
It’s been 8 month- still they had not paid or repaired the damages worth over 4000 dollars - these guys are bunch of liars and cheaters
