Wilmer did an excellent job on our soffit repair, including some extra work we asked for around our window trim. Everything was done at the agreed price and in just one day!

Was Construction acted as our general contractor on the renovation and restoration of 705 Griffith Ave in Terrel Texas. The Warren Mansion is a 120-year-old. Listed on the Texas and National list of Historic Places. The workmanship and care taken By Wilmer and his crew was outstanding. This 11-month restoration touched every inch of this spectacular structure. They helped us return this grand lady back to the stately status of old-style mansions in a modern age. I highly recommend Wilmer and his company to anyone seeking a company with the skills to handle all the various trades and craftmanship of a large construction project.

We had some windows replaced by another company and sadly there was quite a bit of damage done to our sheetrock and windowsills.

They were so easy to schedule a day and time with, came with all the needed plastic wrap to cover everything and even created a tent over the area they were painting to lessen fumes, etc.
The entire team was polite, courteous of my overall home and timely.
The sheetrock repair and painting was well done!
We are very pleased and plan to use their services for future painting projects!

Wilmer came out to fix part of the ceiling and wall in one of rooms that had water damage from a roof leak.
He was very professional, respectful of our floors and was very thorough in making sure the job was done completely.
He did a very good job and you can’t tell there was anything done or different from the original wall and ceiling.
