I learned about Arrington Roofing on Jim Dutton’s Texas home improvement show. Arrington did a great job of reattaching my skylights, as well as resealing around my chimney. And they checked to see that all else looked good. Dakoda did the work, along with one of his teammates. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely with the work. I also felt the price was fair. I’d highly recommend this company and Dakoda.

I had Jason at Arrington Roofing replace my roof and install new gutters on my 80 year old
home. This project required a lot of creativity and retrofitting. Jason’s project management skills and professionalism were exceptional. Arrington’s prices were fair and they used quality materials (and have a super warranty). Highly recommend.

I called Arrington because I had several leaks in my ceiling above a flat roof. Anyone with a flat roof understands the problems it can create. Randy and team hung in there with me to find the leaks- it included a new flat roof and then patching all the little open spaces in the actual structure. Not an easy find!!! I am so appreciative.

Jason, roofing consultant, provided an exciting roofing experience. Initially, my emotions included fear and trepidation to tackle a roof replacement but quickly were dispelled. Jason held my hand throughout the process from start to completion. He is a professional who displays knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication about his work. In addition, he demonstrated patience, respect, and kindness when responding to all my calls and questions. He went above and beyond to discuss the roof replacement procedure. Upon his prompt arrival, Jason performed a detailed inspection of the roof. With photos, he thoroughly explained the condition of the roof. Moreover, with all the options, he clarified the positives and negatives of the different brands of roofing shingles. I appreciated his honesty and work ethic. Furthermore, Jason assisted me with the insurance company. Wow! In less than a month a new roof was installed.

Several shingles were ripped off of my roof recently, in the high winds of late February 2025. I immediately called Arrington Roofing, and Dakoda came out the next day, walked my roof, took photos, and submitted an estimate for the repairs. Dakoda and his colleague came out a few days later and installed the missing shingles. Start to finish, it was fast, reasonably priced, and clean! They took away my ripped up shingles, and my roof looks great. Thank you, Dakoda, and thank you, Arrington Roofing. You are awesome.

I brought arrington in to check my suspicions about the complete mess a different roofer had made of my attic ventilation when installing my new solar roof. They identified the specific issues, worked with the roof manufacturer to design a ventilation plan that corrected my ventilation, and did so in a timely and expedient manner. Their communication was top notch and they were impressively professional - I will definitely use them in the future and dearly wish I'd reached out to them at the start of this journey.

I recently discovered squatter squirrels in my attic. I found an entry under a front eave and thought there might be a second entrance near my skylight. I called Arrington Roofing because they had given me quality service in the past. Dakoda Sambrano and team came out to inspect and repair the damages. Upon checking the skylight, he found no further damage or squirrel entrance. They checked the rest of my roof and found it to be sound except for some pop-ups and flashing areas and pipes that needed resealing. He used metal flashing to cover the squirrels’ entryway and added flashing under my other eave to prevent a second occurrence. They also took care of the pop-ups and resealing those needed areas. Dakoda took care of those repairs in a professional manner and then checked inside my attic to make sure we hadn’t sealed any critters in. While in the attic he noted a rafter that needs attention, so I’ll be having Arrington Roofing out to handle that problem in the near future. I thought the price was fair for the service I received. I highly recommend Dakoda Sambrano and the Arrington Roofing family for your roofing needs.

Dakota and team did an amazing job replacing two sky lights that were leaking. Their attention to detail and quality of work was second to none. Dakota kept me informed the entire project and the daily photo updates of work completed was great to see progress and the completed job with out having to get on the roof myself.

I had immediate need and Arrington sent a crew out on a Friday evening to provide a temporary cover for a leak where a squirrel dug through and returned as promised on Monday for a permanent fix. I have used them before and will recommend them to anyone. They replaced a roof on the top on my 3 story home and resealed my garaged roof about 4 yrs ago and inspected them this time. They were in perfect shape.

I am very impressed with Arrington Roofing's fast response to my leaking roof. I called Dave Brady two days ago, and he came out the very next day to assess my leak. Then he squeezed me into Dakota's schedule and he made the effort to work beyond his normal time to come make a stop gap repair on my roof, until the insurance adjuster and Dave can meet at my house to review the past hail damage.

Arrington, Roofing Is spectacular. Being a property insurance adjuster, I've been involved with them over the past several years. I've been very impressed with their knowledge and work. Many roofers do not want to attempt roof repairs. I had a skylight which had leaked, and they were my first option. Dakoda, Mario and Chance came out and replaced the skylight and roof flashing and a total vent with no issues. They installed and tied in the new shingles to the manufacturers specifications, and the repairs look great. They did the repairs for a fair price and I sure appreciate their professionalism.

Very professional company that has always had a great reputation around the neighborhood. Randy did a great job every step of the way making sure to communicate my concerns to his crew. He did a walk through he day before with the crew leader and followed up with me at the end of the job. They discovered some decking that needed to be replaced after they removed the shingles and the bid for everything was reasonable. I would use them again but I hope I don’t have to!

Arrington re-roofed my house almost. 2 years ago. We recently had a skylight leak. I called Brooks Arrington and he came over a day or two later to examine the issue. He concluded that there was a leak and a few days later his crew came over and fixed the problem. The repair was under warranty and I was very pleased with the company’s very prompt response. Dog Dallas! After the big storms, we had a huge hole in our roof and it was RAINING in our indoor playroom. Our huge commercial building is wonderful, but the roof's vintage is 1948. This took an out-of-the-box solution and Chris' team designed and executed it perfectly.

They replaced my roof and built a new flat roof for me 4 years ago. We had a horrible hail storm a few days ago and there are a lot of blue tarps on my street. When I emailed Randy about inspecting my roof he responded immediately. Inspection done, no damage to my roof, pictures received by email. I am a happy girl! Don't think I would call anyone else.

Thank you Mr Brooks Arrington for your prompt response to my emergency service request on 7 May, 2024. Brooks quickly and accurately analyzed the area of water intrusion over my den. After a quick inspection and explanation of the damage, he offered an immediate solution to the problem. He also checked the entire house roofing for any damage that may have gone unnoticed by me.
This is not the first time I have called on Arrington Roofing for roof repairs. Several years ago I was in contact with them (Brooks Arrington, again) concerning another water intrusion area in my kitchen. This problem necessitated the removal and replacement of several shingles and reinforcing the vent stacks.
As a born and raised Oak Cliff native, I, as well as my family, always look to local contractors for our maintenance and repair needs. Arrington Roofing is a distinguished part of the history of Oak Cliff.

I bought a class 4 roof, and it paid for itself in less than three years through my lower insurance premiums. After 3 years I’m making a profit on my roof investment. Who knew a roof could be a vehicle for financial gain. Also, the team at Arrington roofing was great to work with.

Had Dakoda and Medford come fix the exposed gaps in my heater stack flashing that was causing rain to leak into my attic and cause my water heater to shut off. They were both very kind and efficient. They also took the time to explain to me the issue and plan of action before beginning the work and we all debriefed after they had finished the job. They wanted to make sure it was done today and done correctly so I wouldn’t find myself having that issue again. Great experience and job by two great guys!

Medford was very conscientious and came back out to our house on a Saturday afternoon to put on a temporary fix when the weather forecasted rain. Texted the next day to confirm no leaks.

I received estimates from six different roofing companies and Arrington came out on top. Ken with Arrington educated me on the roofing materials and the best options for my roof. The roofers were very kind and I am so happy knowing that my home will stay dry and secure with my new roof.

We built our house in Granbury about one year ago. Since we’ve moved in we’ve had two significant hail storms one last year with zero damage and on this year on May 6th. The one this has reports of 3.25 in stones and we only had maybe 5-6 spots that have small tears. I’m so glad I chose to spend a little more and have the F-Wave shingle put on by Arrington Roofing co. It has save us two claims and deductibles we’d otherwise be shelling out. It is certainly worth a look.

We contacted Arrington because of a leak around a roof vent. Peter came out and verified that the vent was installed incorrectly. He noticed some rotting wood at the base of one eave. Upon further inspection, he discovered that the flashing along that part of the roof was installed incorrectly.

He and another tech arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work. It took them almost all day to complete the work, primarily because of the bad flashing and rotting wood at the eave (Peter said there was even a hole in the roof decking). The repairs were completed successfully and look great.

I very highly recommend Arrington Roofing and will not consider using anyone else.

Update:

Subsequent to the patching done by Arrington, we discovered that we needed a new roof. As I said in my first review, I didn't consider using anyone else and contracted Arrington to install the new roof.

Cameron provided us three options for the type of shingle and once we chose that, they started about a week later. Our house is a bit older, so the crew ran into some issues that we not easily remediated. Chris Arrington and Cameron both came out to inspect what that crew had done and decided we should have the work re-done. They put on another new roof at no extra cost to us and it's outstanding. It looks great and we love it!

Again, would not consider anyone else! Can't recommend Arrington highly enough!
