They were also great about working on my timeline. After the damage occurred the team was fast and responsive in assessing and providing an estimate for the work. I needed some time before I could schedule and they were diligent about checking in periodically and keeping the communication open without being overbearing. Very good customer service!

I was introduced to Firehouse Roofing through my HVAC service company. I requested a quote for some repair work on my roof. The price was reasonable for the amount of work needed and the quality of work was very good. Roof work is not particularly going to be inexpensive due to the materials, skills, access, and risk. Also if you want you roof repairs done right then you have to pay for good work and the skills to do that work. I had some roofing and masonry on my chimney work done, flashing repaired, and updates to a small section of roofing. Mostly I think it would be considered minor repair and update work that required different skills and teams. The job supervisor and management ensured that not only scope but the quality of the work was completed per their standards and a team had to revisit to a couple of times to finalize repairs on one particular section of the chimney. I am not a roofer nor an expert in roofing but I am happy that Firehouse Roofing has team members that perform scope and quality of work inspections before and after the work is completed. They do not just show up to do the job and then leave, but they make sure that their work is up to standards and that the customer is satisfied. Thank you Firehouse Roofing for placing quality of work and customer satisfaction as important!

I had an excellent experience with Fire House Roofing. Christian kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I understood each step along the way. They handled negotiations with my insurance multiple times to ensure I received the correct replacements, which was a huge help. Their clean-up after the job was outstanding — they left everything spotless. They were quick to respond and always professional whenever I had a question. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. From now on, I won’t go with anyone else for roofing work. Highly recommended!

Great people to work with…easy to contact and responsive to any concerns. Work looks great and cleaned up as if they were never there! Working with roofers can be difficult, but overall this was a good experience.

Jake Arledge was wonderful!! He came out for what we thought was a roofing issue but turned out to be an HVAC issue! Jake stayed with me and contacted Milestones HVAC department and they placed me with a technician and he was on his way within 15 minutes!!! Jake Arledge saved my day!!! Great customer service!!!

I had some shingles blow off during a storm. Firehouse Roofing gave me a good quote, came and did the job without needing me at all. The job looks great. They cleaned all the trash and took it with them.

Firehouse replaced our hail damaged shingles, gutters, and downspouts. All crew members were courteous. Thye crews cleaned up all residual debris.

Firehouse had fast response time. They went over options for me. They also helped me find ways for me to get financing to have the work done. My metal roof looks new again after they finished sealing it.

I had some small repairs that needed to be addressed. Firehouse Roofing came out, gave me an estimate, and fixed the repairs within a week! Everyone was friendly and everything looks great!

I needed an inspection of the blower motor for my range exhaust hood and Firehouse went above and beyond to help me figure out what the problem was and the parts needed for the fix. George was excellent to work with and would not hesitate to use Firehouse again.

Crew arrived early to make sure they had all the correct parts. Got started right after that. They explained all they were doing and asked if I had any questions. Had to wait on solar company to remove two panels. Firehouse crew was kind enough to wait till solar people got their job done. Blake was professional and thorough when inspecting my roof. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and provided honest feedback. I appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend his services.

We have lived in Plano for nearly 30 years and during this time we have had many major projects in our home. These projects included 2 other roofs, 2 major kitchen remodels, adding a media room above our garage, 3 bathroom remodels, and 2 pool resurfacing.

The recently completed roof/fence project was among the 2 best and most professional projects we have had done during those years. A special “shout out” to Skyler, Christian, Jose, and most importantly Jordan. Starting with the need to have 2 insurance company inspections to obtain approval, virtually every interaction was timely and professional. Prices were reasonable and clear, timelines were communicated and met, the crews were competent and professional and the work areas were cleaned at the conclusion of the work.

While all of the Firehouse employees were great, Jordan and Skylar went over and above to deliver a quality project. If you are considering a roofing project, ignore those guys who prowl the neighborhoods and give Firehouse a call.

I seldom give a 5 star review. These guys are unique in today's service industry. They do what they say they will do, when they say and in a very professional manner. If it's still available, I totally recommend their pest special for closing up access points to your roof. It's an outstanding value.

I had to have 1/2 of my roof reshingled thanx to the recent wind storm. I've used Firehouse Roofing before, so I gave 'em a call. Jeff came out the next day & gave me an accurate estimate and the staff scheduled the work according to my schedule. At 6 a.m., Travis arrived to prep the area. He hung protective nets over open areas & windows. Then his awesome crew arrived to do the job. After the crew left, I noticed a few shingles lifting up in the wind, so Tuff Travis climbed back up & caulked them down. Big sigh. They thoroughly cleaned up my yard and Travis did 2 sweeps for hidden nails. I'm very satisfied with the results and HIGHLY recommend Firehouse Roofing.

On time, very professional and concerned. They explained their work and backed it up with pictures. They also discovered where a squirrel made a hole in the roof and fixed it the same day.

Careful with these guys. I had them out to work with me on replacing my roof that had discontinued shingles and leaks caused by shingles falling off. They sounded really sincere and acted like they would do what it took to get the work done, but when Allstate denied the claim, Firehouse disappeared with no advice on how to move forward. Now I’m working with a new roofing company and kicking myself that I ever engaged Firehouse now that my claim is close to expiring. This will be $70K+ job, and Firehouse seemed unwilling to help me fight to take care of my home. Good luck if you work with them.

Great experience, quickly got us on the calendar, timely on day work initiated, very transparent during day of construction on what to expect and cleaned up work area thoroughly once completed.

Executed contract in August 2022.Small roof repair. So far have ended up with holes in area that was not involved with original repair. Still waiting on straight answer and follow through. Promised agreed upon resolution has not happened, no definitive timeline, just a lot of lip service. Original rating was 1 star as there was not a way to skip ANY star.
>>>UPDATE 10-10-2022 Within 8 hours of the original posting (10-5-2022) , I received a contact from Firehouse Roofing. Within 36 hours of the original posting, they came out and repaired/replaced the original installation. Thank you to SHANE MOORE, the Production Manager who came to the job site and remained on location until it was completed, and provided a Lifetime Warranty to the work that was done. Out of 5 people I had spoken to, he was the ONLY one that provided definitive results and movement. Now we wait until the next rain storm to determine if the roof work was effective and meets the stated quality standards of the organization.

Honest, professional, caring service. I would highly recommend them. Jordan, our project manager, took great care of us and answered all of our questions . Oscar and his installation team were meticulous in their work and the cleanup afterwards.

Excellent experience working with Jeff at Firehouse; I am a repeat customer having used them 5 years ago to install gutters. This time they provided roof repair, re insulated the attic and chimney services. They are professional, on time, and communicate throughout the process. Very smooth process and reliable.

Firehouse Roofing came out to repair some areas above the front porch that were dripping down to the porch. Highly recommend Firehouse Roofing. They respond quickly to calls for service. Communications related to visits are excellent. I have a quirky leak around a furnace vent and Firehouse Roofing has been very good to work with in resolving the issue.

They have always been very responsive to any questions or concerns, especially this time of year with hail and high winds.

We had hail damage this past Spring and Firehouse Roofing replace the roof this Fall. They have been great to work with. Their crews that did the replacement were here bright and early and completed the replacement in 1 1/2 days. They did an excellent job.
