My home was damaged in a hail storm back in September. There was obvious damage outside but I very much appreciated that they found interior ceiling damage that I had not even noticed, and got my insurance to cover the repair. RPB was able to get more than was initially offered, which was great. The whole thing was easy enough, helpful people.

I’m very pleased with the work RPB was able to complete! This was my first time making a homeowners insurance claim for my roof and it was a real learning experience. Both Ryan’s were professional and partnered with my adjuster to get my roof replaced. I’ve always heard stories or adjusters and roofers being at odds but every party involved was super helpful.

RPB did renovations on my mother-in-law’s home, and our experience with RPB was fantastic. Their customer service and their work truly exceeded our expectations. I sincerely regret choosing RPB Roofing and Construction. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and there is no end in sight as we have been out of our home for 9 months and counting. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and wish I had looked into the owner, Ryan Badii, more carefully before hiring him.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this roofing company. They are attempting to place a mechanics lien on my property for $8,000, despite only conducting a “free” inspection and providing an estimate. This feels like an unscrupulous attempt to take advantage of me as an older Hispanic woman. Such practices are not only unethical but also deeply concerning. I strongly advise others to be cautious and to reconsider engaging with this company. It is absolutely absurd to think that they are charging $8000 for an estimate and an inspection. Border line a robbery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this roofing company. They are attempting to place a mechanics lien on my mother’s property for $8,000, despite the fact that they did nothing more than a “free” inspection and estimate. This feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of my elderly mother, who is a vulnerable Hispanic woman. Their practices are not only unethical but also exploitative. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Proceed with extreme caution.

Great service and attention to the customer. Replaced the roof quickly and left the area around the house spotless. Stained the wood fences and decking and repaired damaged lighting. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I used RPB to handle my hail claim via reference from my neighborhood. My experience with RPB was up and down like roller coaster. I worked with product manager Adam most of time, he is professional, polite and responsible. But I have some reservation with management. For some reason, a billing issue was found several months after job was complete. Instead of looking into problem inside company, owner was trying to blame customer for underpayment. Issuing bill to customer correctly is the responsibility of company, isn't it? Also, if you have oral agreement with company, you'd better to write it down so you can get protected when any disagreement arises later.

It is said that an organization is the reflection of its leadership. From my first contact with the owner, Ryan, I was impressed by his candid and informative personality. I felt confident in going into and through the insurance process. Ryan, his team and crews were easy to work with and willing to quickly respond to requests. I applaud their efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The roofing project was completed and cleaned up with no disruptions to my work from home lifestyle, which gave me the opportunity to witness their teamwork and efforts. Would I contact RPB again or recommend others to contact Ryan for an estimate on their roofing and construction needs? You bet!! Ryan and Adam have been a pleasure to work with and fought hard against my insurance policy to get my roof repaired. I even had them do both of my properties and they guided me every step of the way and we went with black trim, gutters, garage door and roof and it looks like a new house!

Everything about using this team has been awesome. Almost completely hands off after my claim was submitted. They even handled my appeals. Two of them. Any issues they always had a PM on site or close. Adam and Ryan make a great team. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Ryan and his team were amazing from start to finish! From the claim to inspection to installation, we couldn’t have asked for a more personalized, timely, professional service. His guys did the roof for our entire 4100+ sq ft home in Rockwall within a day and a half! Some debris from the roof fell into our neighbors yard while they were working on Day 1 and Ryan immediately sprang into action to make sure none of our neighbors were inconvenienced by this! He even left a thank you basket for us after the job was complete! Honestly can’t imagine having gone with anybody else at this point. Would and WILL hire them again for any future needs!

These Gentlemen were very detail-oriented and made sure that the insurance company covered not only the roof but the gutters and the water damage to my windows. At first, I didn't think the insurance was going to cover it but Adam assured me with his team of supplement-ers we would get it covered. They did! My house looks better than it has in 10years.

I needed repair for some gutter damage from squirrels. They did a terrific job. They inspected my roof while they were up there which gave me peace of mind. This company also does remodeling and I have them scheduled to do my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I’m really pleased with their work and work ethic. I will update my review once the remodeling is complete. I recommend this company!

These guys were so thoughtful, they came out after the storm and picked up broken glass and debris in my yard and I hadn't even met or hired them yet. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Adam spoke Spanish so it was easy for my husband to understand the process.! We will use them for all future renovations because they take care of their customers.

They handled everything from working with the insurance adjuster to the claims department. I had a large house and they installed the roof in one day!!! 5 stars isn’t enough!! I’m not even kidding. Adam was seriously one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. My family and I were dealing with leaks due to hail damage from last year. Unfortunately, we werent sure who to use. but when we came across RPB roofing, we knew it had to be them. Not only did they take my cost concerns into consideration, they actually took the time to make sure I was happy with everything from start to finish. 10/10 would use these guys again.

RPB did a great job removing shingles and completing a full replacement of my roof, gutters, and front door. They were timely, efficient and friendly. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to use them in the future.
