Firstly, the good things. These guys responded quickly and were on site and ready to work. The not so good stuff, the initial estimate was $6500 and then that went up to $8000 and then finally came in at $9000 even though they did less work than the original estimate called for (didn't have to tear up another room). A certain line item got added to the final invoice for $500 that was not reflected on the initial invoice or communicated that it could become a cost. After multiple emails and jumping on a call they were unwilling to see that there estimate was way off and wouldn't reconcile the $500 line item or the lack of transparency from their initial estimate.

They also damaged the trim work when removing it and then didn't admit to it. Only after being pushed (after initially denying it) did they admit they had damaged some.

Use with caution.

In response to 24/7's reply. A $6500 estimate was given over the phone initially. A picture of the line item that wasn't initially charged. An on the note of the trim. It is guaranteed that $200 would not cover getting a contractor to come out and try and match and replace the trim and then a painter to paint it. Other than the fact they needed to be called out on damaging the trim. While we are at it, charging $850 to remove and re-install a water heater is literally extortionate.

I hired 24/7 to mitigate a flood that occurred in my basement. Straight up, this company is a 10/10. They show up on time, they communicate clearly, they exceed expectations.

If any part of your house is flooding, these are the people you want to work with. Yair and Damian are the best.

24-7 has taken care of a black water leak in our lower level (2011) and now (recently) a roof leak with much work in kitchen, bathrooms, and upper level bedroom. The are thorough and clean -- taking care with all our belongings. Their communication prior to their work each day was excellent and they emailed to follow up each day. I'd never choose another company.

24-7 was professional, speedy, and clean/tidy in their work for a large water leak we discovered. The initial project manager that came to document the damage and start work was helpful walking us through the process and what to expect when communicating with insurance. They also helped us get an estimate for the rebuild and communicated directly with our insurance. During the mitigation portion, they were extremely tidy and left our home clean every day. While we are not fully wrapped up with the project, I feel they have been fair and honest through the process. We decided to use our own contractor for the rebuild, but I would recommend 24-7 for mitigation. They have been easy and efficient to work with.

24-7 is super professional and responsive. You can be confident that the job is done right. Our final invoice ended up being about double what the original estimate was, and it took about twice as long, but 1) that is probably to be expected when they don't know the extent of damage inside the drywall, and 2) they were extremely thorough about providing photos and documentation, and with following up with, answering questions from, and giving me advice as to how to deal with, the insurance company. Be aware that dealing with the insurance company is a drawn-out process.

Erik, Sebastian, Jordin, Javier L, Pete, Joseph, Daniel S, and Nico were so kind and gentle helping my mom get her apartment restored after a small apartment fire that happened yesterday. They worked diligently to ensure all of the chemicals from the fire suppression was thoroughly removed and even moved her furniture back into place. Sebastian, especially, was so so kind and friendly. He took pride in the work and was patient with my mother who was itching to get back into her home. I would absolutely recommend this company, and Sebastian in particular to help you remedy any fire restoration! Please give them a call! Fabulous local company!

Would’nt use again. Despite having some nice Superintendants on the ground, there were two specific instances where 24-7 caused additional water damage due to mishandling basic pluming e.g. proper caping of pipes, protection and draining their drying machines directly to the dry cabinets. They only took a minor level responsibility and were rather pretty rude in their general response.

We felt that 24-7 has a rather aggressive estimating and invoicing practice such as charging indirect cost as direct, inflating scope, pushy payment follow up that left us with a bad taste over an already bad situation. Finally our insurance company ( which is one of the largest in this market) in their own words recommended we use a different remediation company in the future given their record history and statistics which validated my particular experience.

Yair, Martin, and everyone else involved in addressing our water damage issue demonstrated excellent customer service and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions and concerns. During the process of identifying the extent of the water damage, they accidentally nicked an electrical wire. They immediately contacted us to let us know what had happened, and in the same day had an electrician out to identify the repairs that needed to be done. This has been a stressful process, but having a company as responsive as 24/7 Restoration helped reduce some of the anxiety, especially in those early days/weeks when timely mitigation matters most. I will definitely recommend 24/7 restoration to others.

Yair, Michael, and team were great to work with! Communication was clear and consistent during the mitigation process, especially when it came to understanding mitigation and abatement. We had a very unique situation and they were patient and understanding. 24-7 does not complete abatements but they were able to connect us to an abatement company which was so helpful and cut out the stressor of trying to find a company on top of the stressors of mitigation. Lastly, their quality of work was great, they were quick, and our unit looks a whole lot better!

Martin arrived the day I requested help after an upstairs toilet flooded (it was raining in our kitchen ), and both him and Daniel worked quickly to get the water mitigated. I was especially grateful that they were so kind and that they weren’t pushy. After informing me early in the process that they might need more costly measures if the first effort was inadequate, I honestly expected that they might employ those measures regardless of the extent of the water damage (other companies have employed those kinds of tactics), but they really did make an honest assessment and kept the intervention as minimal as possible. We had the unpleasant surprise of undetected water damage behind our drywall that started pooling in our garage. When we reached out to 24-7 Restoration, we didn't know the water source or what we were really getting into. From the very beginning, we received prompt and professional service to mitigate the damage. Hector was a great project manager and his team thoroughly cleaned and dried the impacted area (over multiple visits), helped us identify the culprit (a cold water supply line), and were highly knowledgeable about dealing with insurance.

Once mitigation was complete, we then started the rebuild process with the restoration team. Dale and Rhonda were awesome to work with, explained things clearly, and really stepped up for us. We needed new drywall, flooring, insulation and painting, and the quality of the team's work was excellent. Dale's communication was great and he went above and beyond to make sure our main floor restoration was ready just in time so we could host Thanksgiving. As first-time homeowners, this whole event was an eye-opening experience for us, but we are so glad 24-7 was there for us. Now our house is even better than before.

My wife and I recently had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. There has been extensive water damage. My wife contacted 24-7 Restoration in Longmont, Yair called back immediately, and he and his crew were at our home in 30 minutes! He used amazing tech to identify moisture and water damaged areas. Yair was out to our house within an hour of us calling 24/7 Restoration. Our basement had severe water damage due to a broken pipe. He was very clear about what he and his crews would do for us. He started the process and within an hour a crew of 3 people showed up. Two hours later 2 more people arrived. They had everything packed up and moved, the carpet & pad torn up & fans set in place by the end of the day. Next day they torn out baseboards & drywall. We had a frozen pipe that broke allowing water to proceed to fill our living area in basement. This occurred while we were in Mexico. Upon contacting them regarding our situation they were at our home within an hour to begin process of mitigation. There communication each day while we were still on vacation was a blessing as to what they were doing. Their quality work with their staff was fantastic & after 3 weeks our basement reached the dry standard & we can now begin reconstruction.

We called 24-7 to check on what we worried was a mold issue. They responded rapidly and came to the house exactly on time. Erik was outstanding. We had a leak that turned into a mold issue, and I had 24-7 come out and they found an even bigger, second mold issue I would have never known about. They were very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. I got a phone call every morning letting me know what the plan for the day was, and a very detailed email every evening explaining the work that was done, what they found, and what they planned on doing the next day. Yair was our project manager and Michael was the crew chief. They were both great to work with, as was the rest of the team. Very professional. Another bonus of 24-7 is that they will do demo AND restoration, in addition to the remediation, which not all companies will do. I would definitely recommend 24-7 to anyone needing their services and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

When my sink broke and caused extensive water damage, Yair from 24-7 came over immediately to help me. He calmly walked me through what my options for next steps were, whether or not I proceeded through 24-7 (though I am obviously glad I chose to do so). Yair even helped coordinate with insurance when I was too overwhelmed to do so.

My elderly father‘s basement flooded with a foot of water. I called 24/7 Restoration . Yair Salas and his team were there that day, got all the water evacuated out of the basement, hauled all the damaged furniture out and disposed of it, boxed up everything that wasn’t damaged with water and moved it upstairs. They basically took care of everything.

The entire experience with Dale and the team was amazing. Everyone was very professional and courteous. My experience working with 24/7 Restoration was one of the most positive experiences I have had working with a service company in over 30 years of owning at least 7 homes. Dale, the Project Manager, was prompt, courteous, informative with the evaluation and provided straight-forward and consisting pricing. Sebastian and Nicco, who twice came to perform the work of extraction, cleaning, mitigation, disinfecting and re-installation of insulation in our garage attic were excellent employees. They engaged with me, explaining the processes and at conclusion, showed me the work performed. They requested my feedback and answered my questions politely and informatively. Without question, I would hire them if I owned a business. In addition, communication over the phone or email with Deena and Rhonda was efficient and helpful.

I came home from a trip and opened the garage door and water was coming down from the second floor. It was a mess. I called a plumber and he was able to come out and repair a valve that had leaked under the bathroom sink. I asked him if he knew of a place that could come out and handle the mitigation. I called 24/7 and they came to the rescue. Out came a qualified team that started tearing up carpet, removing wet insalltion in the garage worked until around 11PM to get everything under control and started the drying process. They were competent and saved me from mold issues. It took about three days before all the drying equipment got everything taken care of. Good communication through the whole process, kept me informed. Highly recommend this company for their expertise and
professionism. Happy to recomend them.

I had extensive water damage in my home after a second-floor toilet overflowed for several hours while we were away at work. Pretty much a nightmare scenario with water damage across all three levels of my house. We didn't know what was going on in our basement but Ron and Luis came and carefully checked everything out, scrupulously checking walls and ceiling, then explained that some of the blown in insulation had come out. Ron also explained how to look after an unfinished basement. They were very professional and really careful. Could not have been a better experience!

Erik called me back very quickly on a Friday at nearly 5pm, and showed up early on Saturday. He was extremely professional, kind, and empathetic to our concerns about potential mold. Ultimately he didn’t believe we had an issue but he still spent a considerable amount of time checking moisture levels, taking pictures of moisture readings, and educating us on mold and best practices. With two small kids, he really put my mind at ease.

The 24-7 employees who did the mitigation part of my restoration were great guys. Erick Lund, Project Manager was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me before and during the mitigation of the areas of my home that had come under severe water damage. The employees were on time 99% of the time, professional, always responsive and did a good job. Bryan Arritola who was the Lead Technician kept me updated every evening as to what was done each day by email. He is a very pleasant, kind, understanding and hard-working young man whom I'm sure is going far in the 24-7 Company. He appeared happy to do whatever I asked of him without complaint and always had a great smile on his face. Thank you 24-7, you are lucky to have them in your employ.

Had a great experience with 24-7 Restoration on the remediation phase of a home repair (water damage) project. Remediation estimate was thorough and 24-7 staff was courteous & professional. Work was completed as estimated and in a timely manner. My impression of 24-7 was very positive on this first phase and I would be willing to recommend them to others based on my recent interactions.

The team at 24-7 Restoration was a true life saver for us when we experienced a water emergency in our condo recently. Dale and Martin and the rest of the crew provided the best customer service during what was a very stressful time. The communication with us during every step of the restoration process was excellent and thorough. The crews were punctual and hardworking and took great care of our belongings with safety being their number one priority. If you are reading this I hope you never experience a broken pipe/water emergency in your home but if you do you would be wise to call 24-7 Restoration first before any other company. Super grateful for these guys!!

No one wants to experience water damage and it's a trying experience no matter what. I called 24-7 Restoration after finding a significant leak, and they were at my house within an hour to help me get my home back in order.

In particular, Forest Demaree, Rob Galindo, Louis Moreno, and several additional members of their team (I only caught so many of their names!) made an incredibly difficult situation far more bearable...in fact, I looked forward to seeing them each day because of their detailed and thoughtful updates.

Nobody wants to deal with a mold mitigation. Especially during the covid-19 pandemic. 24/7 has been remarkable. Care taken by each and every one of their techs to abide by social distancing and masking while in our home. Prompt, communicative, and courteous. We were well informed at every step. I would recommend 24/7 to anyone who has a restoration emergency.

Update for November 2023: worked again with 247 to help mitigate water and mold damage from this summer's heavy hail and rain. When our project grew extra legs, Yair was quick to adapt and helped us get our home cleaned up. We are repeat customers and will continue to think of 247 first whenever there is water damage!
