We had a fairly involved mold remediation project. I live 30 mins from the (rental) property so I didn't keep a real close eye on the project. The guys kept me informed, managed the whole process without my help, interacted with the tenants, etc. I went down to check the work this weekend, and everything looks great!

The people from 24/7 were very nice, always on time, always gave me a daily report. After the initial process of "drying" out the floor and walls, they were extremely helpful in pursuing a timely payment of insurance funds. I could not have been more pleased with the process.

We had a surprise issue with a leaking pipe hidden inside a wall. Maintenance pros and a Plummer came out several times and couldn’t find the leak. 24/7 came out and found the leak within an hour. They immediately jumped on it and minimized further damage. Every step of the way was clearly explained and I was offered an opportunity to continue moving forward or wait for insurance adjuster. I was given daily status reports with pictures and full explanations. When the reconstruction part rolled around Dale and Rhonda were there to assist and get the job done. From the moment we found the leak to full reconstruction completion was only 3 weeks! Great company all around with great people.

24-7 Restoration Company was hired after our home had a water leak 3/27/24 to remove water damage. They promised the work they performed would be covered by our home insurance before they did water mitigation. We were happy with their work until we learned they charged us $1200 for muck out of wet dirt that was prone to mold spread that was caused by leak. When we appealed the charge not covered by our insurance after our deductible, they told us it was our insurance agent we needed to contact. When we called to try to resolve problem, our phone calls and texts were not returned. My wife and I learned the hard way not to pay the bill for water mitigation before making sure all work was covered by our insurance.

24/7 was at our house maybe an hour after we called them, it was amazing. They took excellent care of the situation and their documentation of the work for insurance was impeccable. They worked insanely hard getting our lives back in order- thank you Dale and Kelvin!!

Very professional and quick to respond when we had a broken pipe behind a wall. Nick and his mitigation crew did an excellent job walking us through the steps to remove damaged drywall, clean the area behind wall, and setup dryers and dehumidifiers. Dale and his reconstruction did a great job reconstructing the wall, applying texture, repainting, and cleaning up. They made the extra effort to get us through a difficult situation and leave the area perfect as if we never had the damage.

Dale, Nick and their crews have delivered top notch service during a very stressful time.

24-7 restoration was amazing- Yair and Zach were wonderful- they came right away and helped us manage significant water damage. So appreciative!

24-7 responded quickly to my request for a mitigation company to assess and begin work on my flooded condo. Yair and Michael were excellent with communication and follow-ups. Michael sent daily email updates on progress. They also did a very nice job packing up my belongings in boxes and wrapping furniture with protective plastic coverings. All in all it was a very easy experience with 24-7, as well as Rhonda helped the final payment process go smoothly. My only wish was that the crew had kept samples of the flooring and carpet that was damaged as that may have helped with my insurance claim by having samples on-site for insurance purposes, but it all turned out okay and I still give them 5 stars.

I was recommended to 24-7 by my plumber who I had to call for an emergency visit when a drainage pipe failed and my basement got flooded. They showed up right away, the mitigation work was done fast and efficiently and Yair Salas was a pleasure to work with. He made me feel at ease in a very stressful situation and explained everything from A-Z. He coordinated asbestos testing and abatement with a third party company and all that went smoothly. The whole team was great to work with, including Rhonda in billing :-).

What a great crew to help in time of a great need. I had pipes freeze and burst when I was out of town. They were very trust worthy, and they went above and beyond to get the house mitigated and even cleaned better than before!

Outstanding/Fantastic service provided by 24-7 Restoration when I had a pipe break in my furnished basement. They came immediately, kept me informed at all times on every step taken and were very careful with my household items. I don't usually write reviews, but the professional service provided by 24-7 Restoration was extremely helpful in assessing possible water damage originating from the roof. Erik did a thorough investigation of the attic area in question and provided photo documentation. He was courteous, knowledgeable and mindful of the living space. The service was above and beyond expectation. I recommend them without question.

Being we were over a barrel, we assumed the worse and were expecting to be taken advantage of. Jr. and his crew arrived to access the situation. They donned hazmat suits and jumped into our crawl space to see the magnitude of our problem. Meanwhile Forrest, the job manager, showed up and ran through the issues, costs and remedies they were proposing. Every single proposal that Forrest made from drying to reconstruction was met in a timely and professional fashion. Trust is everything for us and I must say 24/7 restoration exceeded our expectations. Use them with confidence.

After I was dismayed to find some water damage in my house, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly a representative from 24-7 restoration was on site (about 2 hours from when I called).
All through the process, I found representatives from 24-7 restoration and the subcontractor (Ashmore construction) were available and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They worked around my work/life situation to get the job done as soon as possible.

I would recommend 24-7 Restoration in Boulder County for water damage mitigation. They offered an immediate appointment, but for my convenience, worked around my schedule. Their technicians were very informative and helped me understand the process. The technicians, owner and office personnel were courteous and patient when answering my questions. They continued to assist through reconstruction and that went well, also. I would highly recommend their services and wish I had called them sooner!

If I could give 10 stars I would. First off the customer care is off the charts. Second the responsiveness to our minor emergency could not have been better. The attention to detail has been outstanding. I don’t typically write reviews but when a company exceeds all expectations on every level like 24-7 has then they deserve to be recognized. I’ve never experienced better service in any industry.
